Cardiac arrhythmia is a serious public health problem in many countries.Previous studies estimated that 33.5 million people are affected by cardiac arrhythmia worldwide,and this number will continue to grow as society ages.Despite improvements in diagnostic and therapeutic interventions in electrophysiology,the disease burden,incidence and prevalence of cardiac arrhythmia continue to increase and have aroused public health concern.Increasing evidence has indicated that air pollution may be associated with cardiac autonomic nervous system.Among air pollutants,particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter of≤2.5μm(PM_(2.5))is considered exert more toxicity than other air pollutants,as it provides a larger surface area and absorbs or condenses more toxic substances per unit mass. 展开更多

老年糖尿病患者医院-家庭过渡期用药偏差的影响因素 被引量:12

目的探讨老年糖尿病患者医院-家庭过渡期用药偏差的影响因素.方法选择2019年3月至2021年3月河南省人民医院老年糖尿病患者278例作为研究对象,均于出院1周时进行电话随访;采用用药偏差评估工具(MDT)评估患者医院-家庭过渡期用药偏差情况... 目的探讨老年糖尿病患者医院-家庭过渡期用药偏差的影响因素.方法选择2019年3月至2021年3月河南省人民医院老年糖尿病患者278例作为研究对象,均于出院1周时进行电话随访;采用用药偏差评估工具(MDT)评估患者医院-家庭过渡期用药偏差情况,并分为用药偏差发生组和未发生组,比较两组患者社会人口学及疾病相关资料以及用药管理相关资料,采用Logistic回归分析老年糖尿病患者医院-家庭过渡期用药偏差发生的影响因素.结果278例老年糖尿病患者医院-家庭过渡期发生用药偏差162例(至少发生1项用药偏差),发生率58.27%;用药偏差发生组家庭关怀度指数低于未发生组,差异有统计学意义(Z=6.578,P<0.001);用药偏差发生组出院医嘱药物数量高于未发生组,服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)、糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)、合理服药自我效能量表(SEAMS)评分低于未发生组,差异有统计学意义(Z=10.971、6.077,t=5.947、14.105,均P<0.001);二分类Logistic回归分析结果显示,出院医嘱药物数量多是老年糖尿病患者医院-家庭过渡期用药偏差的危险因素(OR=4.128,P<0.001),家庭关怀度指数、MMAS-8评分、SDSCA评分、SEAMS评分高是其保护因素(OR=0.343、0.523、0.922、0.568,均P<0.05).结论老年糖尿病患者医院-家庭过渡期用药偏差的发生率较高,且其可能的保护因素为MMAS-8、SDSCA、SEAMS评分高,危险因素为出院医嘱药物数量多,可据此实施针对性干预措施,以减少用药偏差的发生. 展开更多
