带状疱疹伴发后遗神经痛患者外周血p38MAPK、ERK1/2、JNK表达量与细胞因子、疼痛介质的相关性

目的:研究带状疱疹伴发后遗神经痛(PHN)患者外周血p38MAPK、ERK1/2、JNK表达量与细胞因子、疼痛介质的相关性。方法:选择在医院首次诊断为带状疱疹的患者并根据治疗后神经痛情况分为合并带状疱疹后神经痛的PHN组、未遗留神经痛的单纯HZ组,选择同期体检的健康志愿者作为对照组。采集外周血并检测MAPK信号分子的表达量,采集血清并检测细胞因子、疼痛介质的含量。结果:PHN组和HZ组患者外周血中p38 MAPK、ERK1/2、JNK的mRNA表达量以及血清中5-HT、CGRP、SP、NSE、S100B、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-17的含量均显著高于对照组,β-EP的含量显著低于对照组;PHN组外周血中p38 MAPK、ERK1/2、JNK的mRNA表达量以及血清中5-HT、CGRP、SP、NSE、S100B、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-17的含量均显著高于HZ组,β-EP的含量显著低于HZ组。PHN患者外周血中p38 MAPK、ERK1/2、JNK的表达量与血清中CGRP、5-HT、SP、NSE、S100B、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-17的含量呈正相关,与血清中β-EP的含量呈负相关。结论:PHN患者外周血p38MAPK、ERK1/2、JNK的高表达能够增加细胞因子及致痛介质的分泌、减少镇痛介质的分泌。

Synthesis of Imidazole Derivatives for Their Second-order Nonlinear Optics

The design and the synthesis of two conjugated donor acceptor imidazole derivatives(1, 2) were carried out for second order nonlinear optics. The thermal properties, the transparency and second order nonlinear optical properties of the molecules were investigated. The experimental results indicate that a good nonlinearity transparency thermal stability trade off is achieved for them.
