Digital holographic microscopy has been a powerful metrological technique for phase-contrast imaging.However inherent phase aberrations always exist and degrade the quality of the phase-contrast images.A surface fitti...Digital holographic microscopy has been a powerful metrological technique for phase-contrast imaging.However inherent phase aberrations always exist and degrade the quality of the phase-contrast images.A surface fitting method based on an improved mathematic model is proposed,which can be used to remove the phase aberrations without any pre-knowledge of the setup or manual operation.The improved mathematic model includes not only the usual terms but also the cross terms and the high order terms to describe the phase aberrations with high accuracy.Meanwhile,a non-iterative algorithm is used to solve the parametersand thus less computational load is imposed.The proposed method is applied to the live imaging of cells.The experimental results verify its validity.展开更多

It is a very attractive technique for the detection of various organic and in...The surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) technique has been developed greatly since its first discovery nearly twenty-nine years ago. It is a very attractive technique for the detection of various organic and inorganic molecules due to its sensitivity and selectivity. However, the most critical aspect for performing a SERS experiment is the choice and fabrication of the substrates. For many yeas, SERS has been still restricted primarily to the usage of detecting analytes adsorbed onto coinage(Au, Ag or Cu) or alkali( Li, Na or K) rough metallic surfaces. Recently, Quagliano reported SERS from molecules adsorbed on InAs/GaAs semiconductor quantum dots for the first time. Until now, few reports on semiconductor materials as the SERS substrates have been noted. Herein, we report our successful attempt to gain high signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) SERS spectra of 4-mercaptopyridine ( 4-Mpy ) adsorbed on Pb3O4 nanopaticles.展开更多

The reaction is usually carried out in the presence of con-centrated aqueous sodium or potassium hydroxide and a phase transfer catalyst, such as, quaternary ammonium salts^[1-3] species, miscible which facilitate the interphase transfer of making reactions between reagents in two im-phases possible. [Objective]In order to carriy on effective medication and immune prevention and control,pathogen and etiology of a Rana spinosa David disease in a Rana spinosa David breeding company in Zhejiang was researched from 20...[Objective]In order to carriy on effective medication and immune prevention and control,pathogen and etiology of a Rana spinosa David disease in a Rana spinosa David breeding company in Zhejiang was researched from 2009 to 2010. [Methods]Conventional bacteria separation and purification technology was used to purify pathogenic bacteria,regression infection and toxicity test was used to determine its virulence,physiological and biochemical and molecular biology identification was carried out to the the pathogen,k- b paper method was adopted for the susceptibility test,normal paraffin wax flaking technology was used for pathology observations,finally,the inactivation conditions of pathogenic bacteria was explored. [Results]The pathogenic bacteria separated from sick Rana spinosa David body had Median Lethal Concentration( LC 50) of 5.62 ×105 cfu / ml; the strain was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila by ATB bacteria identification instrument and 16 s rRNA sequence analysis( GenBank login number: HQ322682); histopathology observation results showed that the disease had main symptoms of the liver and kidney damage,inflammatory cells increase. Susceptibility test showed that the strain was highly sensitive to gentamicin,norfloxacin,florfenicol,enrofloxacin etc. [Conclusions]1% formaldehyde could well inactivate the pathogenic bacteria at 60 ℃ for 24 h,which would provide technical reference for whole bacteria inactivated vaccine preparation.展开更多
