新世纪以来,有关“师道”的研究主要集中在师道的概念、发展历程、衰落和现代重塑等方面,涉及尊师与重道、道统与政统、师道尊严等相关范畴。师道的概念本身难以清晰,对师道和相关词语的运用也多有歧义。随着时代发展与教育变革,传统师... 新世纪以来,有关“师道”的研究主要集中在师道的概念、发展历程、衰落和现代重塑等方面,涉及尊师与重道、道统与政统、师道尊严等相关范畴。师道的概念本身难以清晰,对师道和相关词语的运用也多有歧义。随着时代发展与教育变革,传统师道因为逐渐失去其存在的现实依据而衰落。对师道的研究和继承应致力于明确师道的现代内涵:立足于教师职业属性,从教师的职业素养、职业规范等角度定义“从师之道”;另外,在恪守职业规范和提升职业素养的前提下,需要从人格平等、职业平等、劳动价值平等的意义上,朴素地理解“师道尊严”。 展开更多
