阿加曲班对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清PTX3、YKL-40、VEGF的影响

目的:研究阿加曲班对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者血清正五聚蛋白-3(PTX3)、人类软骨糖蛋白-39(YKL-40)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法:选择2017年1月~2020年12月本院收治的90例AIS患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用阿加曲班注射液。观察治疗前后两组神经功能、认知功能、日常生活能力,血清PTX3、YKL-40、VEGF水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,MMSE评分、MoCA评分、BI评分及FIM评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清PTX3、YKL-40、VEGF水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿加曲班联合常规治疗方案可通过降低血清PTX3、YKL-40、VEGF水平,有效改善AIS患者神经功能、认知功能,提高日常生活能力,疗效显著,安全性高。

Left-definite boundary conditions of Sturm-Liouville problems when the interval shrinks to a point

On the condition that the interval of the problem shrinks to a point, we investigated the separated boundary conditions Sα,β of left-definite Sturm-Liouville problem, and answered the following question： Is there a co ∈ J such that Sα,β is always left-definite or semi-left-definite for the Sturm-Liouville equation for each c ∈ （a, co）？
