基于变分立体匹配算法的GMAW熔池形貌三维重建

为实现完整熔池表面形貌三维传感,构建了双棱镜单摄像机立体视觉传感系统.针对熔池图像纹理缺乏造成的立体匹配困难的问题,引入了全局优化的变分立体匹配算法,通过建立包含灰度差异数据项和空间连续性约束项的能量函数的可行性泛函,经... 为实现完整熔池表面形貌三维传感,构建了双棱镜单摄像机立体视觉传感系统.针对熔池图像纹理缺乏造成的立体匹配困难的问题,引入了全局优化的变分立体匹配算法,通过建立包含灰度差异数据项和空间连续性约束项的能量函数的可行性泛函,经过迭代求解获得具有丰富细节的熔池表面稠密视差图.对自制非标准凹面形状进行立体匹配和三维重建,结果表明,宽度误差小于3.16%,深度误差小于4.82%.基于该算法实现了熔化极气体保护焊(gas metal arc welding,GMAW)的堆焊及V形坡口对焊条件下,不同熔透状态熔池稠密视差图计算和表面形貌的三维重建. 展开更多

为将聚吡咯导电材料应用于纺织领域,制备纺织品为基材的超级电容器,以羊毛毡为基材、氯化铁为氧化剂,采用原位聚合法制备聚吡咯/羊毛复合导电织物。通过BoxBehnken中心组合试验和响应面法优化分析制备聚吡咯/羊毛复合导电织物的工艺条件... 为将聚吡咯导电材料应用于纺织领域,制备纺织品为基材的超级电容器,以羊毛毡为基材、氯化铁为氧化剂,采用原位聚合法制备聚吡咯/羊毛复合导电织物。通过BoxBehnken中心组合试验和响应面法优化分析制备聚吡咯/羊毛复合导电织物的工艺条件,探讨聚合温度、吡咯浓度、n(吡咯)∶n(三氯化铁)及其交互作用对导电织物导电率和电容量的影响,并得到二次多项式的回归方程。结果表明,聚吡咯/羊毛复合导电织物最佳工艺条件为:聚合温度10℃、吡咯浓度0.40 mol/L、n(吡咯)∶n(三氯化铁)为1∶1。该工艺条件下,聚吡咯/羊毛复合导电织物的电容量为5.658 F/cm^(2)。 展开更多

通过设置不同的层间停留时间、送丝速度和增材速度,对增材制造单道多层的直壁墙试样进行了金相、硬度和拉伸试验,在平行和垂直于增材2个方向上研究了工艺参数对Al-Si合金CMT增材制造组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:在层间停留时间为60 s... 通过设置不同的层间停留时间、送丝速度和增材速度,对增材制造单道多层的直壁墙试样进行了金相、硬度和拉伸试验,在平行和垂直于增材2个方向上研究了工艺参数对Al-Si合金CMT增材制造组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:在层间停留时间为60 s时,得到的微观组织最好,多为等轴晶;随送丝速度的增大,晶粒逐渐变大;随增材速度的增大,晶粒逐渐变小.送丝速度为3和4 m·min-1时,硬度较高,当送丝速度为4 m·min-1和增材速度为50 cm·min-1时,平行和垂直于增材2个方向上的抗拉强度和延伸率的差异最小,这时断口表面有很多深浅形状不一的韧窝,接头具有较好的塑性,断裂方式为韧性断裂.因此,Al-Si合金CMT增材制造较优的工艺参数为:层间停留时间为60 s,送丝速度为4 m·min-1,增材速度为50 cm·min-1. 展开更多
