乳腺癌患者术后持久心理困扰的现状调查 被引量:15

目的调查乳腺癌患者术后持久心理困扰现状,并探讨其所表现的具体问题。方法采用方便取样法,连续收集南京医科大学附属三级甲等医院外科2014年8月至2015年8月收治的初诊乳腺癌并行手术的263例患者为研究对象。应用美国国立综合癌症网(... 目的调查乳腺癌患者术后持久心理困扰现状,并探讨其所表现的具体问题。方法采用方便取样法,连续收集南京医科大学附属三级甲等医院外科2014年8月至2015年8月收治的初诊乳腺癌并行手术的263例患者为研究对象。应用美国国立综合癌症网(NCCN)推荐的心理痛苦温度计(DT)及问题列表和一般情况调查表,分别在术后第6、15、20、25、30个月5个时间点对患者进行问卷调查。结果通过DT筛查结果显示,16%(42/263)的乳腺癌患者存在持久心理困扰;乳腺癌患者存在持久心理困扰;术后第6、15、20、25、30个月心理困扰(DT均分≥4分)发生率分别为43%(113/263)、34%(89/263)、31%(81/263)、28%(73/263)、25%(65/263);与持久心理困扰有关的原因为疲乏59例占22.4%、睡眠障碍51例占19.4%、紧张48例占18.2%、焦虑24例占9.1%、担心外表23例占8.7%等;不同人口学特征(年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、经济状况、手术方式、疾病阶段)的乳腺癌患者持久心理困扰得分之间差异有统计学意义(t=-2.295-2.966,P〈0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者术后持久心理困扰发生率较高,且表现形式不一,应引起医务工作者的重视。 展开更多

A single-particle microbeam facility has been constructed at the Key Laboratory of Ion Beam Bioengi- neering (LIBB), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). The system was designed to deliver a defined numbers of hydro- gen ions, produced by a van de Graaff accelerator, in an en- ergy range of 2.0—3.0 MeV, into an area smaller than that of the nucleus of an individual living cell. The beam is colli- mated by a borosilicate glass capillary that forms the beam-line exit. An integrated computer program recognizes the cells and locates them one by one over the microbeam exit for irradiation. We present technical details of the CAS-LIBB microbeam facility, particularly on the collimator, hardware, control program, as well as cell irradiation proto- cols available. Various factors contributing to the targeting and positioning precision are discussed along with accuracy measurement results. 展开更多
