Objective:The miR-497 promotes proliferation and migration in MHCC97L cells.Methods:After 24 h transfected with miR-Zip or miR-497,in MHCC97L cells,the proliferation of MHCC97L was analyzed by CCK-8.The migration was ...Objective:The miR-497 promotes proliferation and migration in MHCC97L cells.Methods:After 24 h transfected with miR-Zip or miR-497,in MHCC97L cells,the proliferation of MHCC97L was analyzed by CCK-8.The migration was detected by transwell in MHCC97L transfected with miR-Zip or miR-497.The expression of RIPK1 and NF-κB were analyzed by qPCR and western blot in MHCC97L with miR-Zip or miR-497.Results:The proliferation of MHCC97L expressed miR-497 was significantly increased than that of expressed miR-Zip MHCC97L.The migration of MHCC97L expressed miR-497 was significantly improved than that of MHCC97L with miR-Zip.The expressions of RIPK1 mRNA and NF-κB mRNA were increased in cells with miR-497;The expression of RIPK1 and NF-κB protein were up-regulated in the cells with miR-497.Conclusion:The miR-497 promote the proliferation and migration of the MHCC97L cell via regulating RIPK1-NF-κB pathway.展开更多
