Kenics static mixers(KSM)are extensively used in industrial mixing-reaction processes by virtue of high mixing efficiency,low power homogenization and easy continuous production.Resolving liquid droplet size and its d...Kenics static mixers(KSM)are extensively used in industrial mixing-reaction processes by virtue of high mixing efficiency,low power homogenization and easy continuous production.Resolving liquid droplet size and its distribution and thus revealing the dispersion characteristics are of great significance for structural optimization and process intensification in the KSM.In this work,a computational fluid dynamics-population balance model(CFD-PBM)coupled method is employed to systematically investigate the effects of operating conditions and structural parameters of KSM on droplet size and its distribution,to further reveal the liquid-liquid dispersion characteristics.Results indicate that higher Reynolds numbers or higher dispersed phase volume fractions increase energy dissipation,reducing Sauter mean diameter(SMD)of dispersed phase droplets and with a shift in droplet size distribution(DSD)towards smaller size.Smaller aspect ratios,greater blade twist and assembly angles amplify shear rate,leading to smaller droplet size and a narrower DSD in the smaller range.The degree of impact exerted by the aspect ratio is notably greater.Notably,mixing elements with different spin enhance shear and stretching efficiency.Compared to the same spin,SMD becomes 3.7-5.8 times smaller in the smaller size range with a significantly narrower distribution.Taking into account the pressure drop and efficiency in a comprehensive manner,optimized structural parameters for the mixing element encompass an aspect ratio of 1-1.5,a blade twist angle of 180°,an assembly angle of 90°,and interlaced assembly of adjacent elements with different spin.This work provides vital theoretical underpinning and future reference for enhancing KSM performance.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate the knowledge,compliance,and influencing factors of hand hygiene among psychiatric healthcare workers.Methods:68 healthcare workers who worked in the Department of Psychiatry between September 20...Objective:To evaluate the knowledge,compliance,and influencing factors of hand hygiene among psychiatric healthcare workers.Methods:68 healthcare workers who worked in the Department of Psychiatry between September 2023 and May 2024 were selected to assess their knowledge of hand hygiene and compliance by questionnaire as well as to analyze their influencing factors.Results:Knowledge of hand hygiene among healthcare workers was less than 90%,and doctors’knowledge was lower than that of nurses(P<0.05).The healthcare workers’compliance with hand hygiene was lower than 80%,and the adherence of doctors was lower than that of nurses(P<0.05).Analysis of influencing factors reveals that skepticism about the effectiveness of rapid disinfectants/hand washing,skin irritation from disinfectants/cleaning agents,and busy work schedules with time constraints are the main factors affecting healthcare workers’compliance with hand hygiene,with P<0.05 compared with the same group.Conclusion:Psychiatric healthcare workers’knowledge of hand hygiene as well as compliance with it is low,and there are various factors affecting it,so targeted training is required to strengthen their hand hygiene implementation.展开更多
Objective:To study the application effect of the plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle management in the hand hygiene management of psychiatric medical staff.Methods:One hundred and twenty medical staff from a psychiatric hosp...Objective:To study the application effect of the plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle management in the hand hygiene management of psychiatric medical staff.Methods:One hundred and twenty medical staff from a psychiatric hospital from May 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(May 2023 to August 2023)applied the conventional management model,and the observation group(September 2023 to December 2023)applied the PDCA cycle management.The hand hygiene compliance,hand hygiene knowledge,and hygiene qualifications were compared,including the amount of hand sanitizer used.Results:The proportion of medical staff’s hand hygiene compliance and hand hygiene knowledge mastery scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the hand hygiene passing rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the daily amount of hand sanitizer per patient bed and the amount of hand sanitizer used was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle management model for psychiatric medical staff promoted the improvement of hand hygiene compliance and increased their hand hygiene qualifications.It is suitable for further popularization and application in future clinical practice.展开更多

In this study, 35 novel single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers were developed based on restriction-site associated DNA sequencing. The results showed that the observed heterozygosity and expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.1875 to 0.6562 and 0.2679 to 0.5079, respectively. The minor allele frequency ranged from 0.1875 to 0.4375. Polymorphic information content ranged from 0.229 to 0.375. Six SNPs were found to be deviated significantly from the HWE (P H. otakii.展开更多
Background:To evaluate the efficacy of stent-assisted coiling(SAC)for the treatment of carotid ophthalmic segment aneurysm segment aneurysms(OSAs)of the internal carotid artery(ICA)through detailed long-term follow-up...Background:To evaluate the efficacy of stent-assisted coiling(SAC)for the treatment of carotid ophthalmic segment aneurysm segment aneurysms(OSAs)of the internal carotid artery(ICA)through detailed long-term follow-up of a large patient cohort.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 88 consecutive patients with OSAs between January 2009 and January 2020 at our center.Angiographic results were evaluated using the modified Raymond grading system and clinical outcomes were evaluated using the mRS scale.The primary endpoints were major aneurysm recurrence and poor clinical outcomes for at least 18 months of follow-up.The patients were asked to attend clinical follow-up assessments and possibly undergo DSA or MR via telephone.Results:We enrolled 88 patients with 99 OSAs treated with coiling,of whom 76 were treated with SAC.The coiling procedures were successful in all 88 patients.Overall,complications occurred in 8 patients(9.1%).No procedure-related mortality was observed.67(76.1%)experienced immediate aneurysm occlusion at the end of the procedure.Long-term angiographic follow-up(18 months)was available in 45/88 aneurysms(51%)(average 18.7±5.2 months).Four patients continued their follow-up for 5 years after initial aneurysm treatment.After a clinical follow-up time of 28.7 months(range,12-51 months),85 patients(95.5%)achieved favorable clinical outcomes(mRS scores of 0-2).Conclusions:This study indicates that SAC treatment is a safe and effective therapeutic alternative for ruptured and unruptured OSAs.The procedural risks are low with relatively long-term effectiveness.展开更多
Oxygen carriers(OCs)with perovskite structure are attracting increasing interests due to their redox tunability by introducing various dopants in the structure.In this study,LaNixFe1-xO3(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,1.0)perovs...Oxygen carriers(OCs)with perovskite structure are attracting increasing interests due to their redox tunability by introducing various dopants in the structure.In this study,LaNixFe1-xO3(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,1.0)perovskite OCs have been prepared by a citric acid–nitrate sol–gel method,characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis and tested for algae chemical looping gasification in a fixed bed reactor.The effects of perovskite types,OC/biomass mass ratio(O/B),gasification temperature and water injection rate on the gasification performance were investigated.Lower Ni-doped(0≤x≤0.5)perovskites crystalized in the rhombohedra system which was isostructural with LaNiO3,while those with composition 0.5≤x≤1 crystalized in the orthorhombic system.Despite the high reactivity for LaNiO_(3),LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3)(LN5F5)was found to be more stable at a high temperature and give almost as good results as LaNiO_(3)in the formation of syngas.The relatively higher syngas yield of 0.833 m^(3)·kg^(-1) biomass was obtained under the O/B of 0.4,water injection rate of 0.3 ml·min^(-1) and gasification temperature at 850C.Continuous high yield of syngas was achieved during the first 5 redox cycles,while a slight decrease in the reactivity for LN5F5 after 5 cycles was observed due to the adhesion of small grains occurring on the surface of OCs.However,an obvious improvement in the gasification performance was attained for LN5F5 compared to raw biomass direct gasification,indicating that LN5F5 is a promising functional OC for chemical looping catalytic gasification of biomass.展开更多
Objective: To identify serum biomarkers that may predict the short or long term outcomes of anti-Helicobacter gylori (H. pylori) treatment, a follow-up study was performed based on an intervention trial in Linqu Co...Objective: To identify serum biomarkers that may predict the short or long term outcomes of anti-Helicobacter gylori (H. pylori) treatment, a follow-up study was performed based on an intervention trial in Linqu County, China. Methods: A total of 529 subjects were selected randomly from 1,803 participants to evaluate total anti-H, pylori immunoglobulin G (IgG) and 10 specific antibody levels before and after treatment at 1-, 2- and 7.3-year. The outcomes of anti-H, pylori treatment were also parallelly assessed by 13C-urea breath test at 45-d after treatment and 7.3-year at the end of follow-up. Results: We found the medians of anti-H, pylori IgG titers were consistently below cut-off value through 7.3 years in eradicated group, however, the medians declined in recurrence group to 1.2 at 1-year after treatment and slightly increased to 2.0 at 7.3-year. While the medians were significantly higher (〉3.0 at 2- and 7.3-year) among subjects who failed the eradication or received placebo. For specific antibody responses, baseline seropositivities of FliD and HpaA were reversely associated with eradication failure [for FIiD, odds ratio (OR)=0.44, 95% confidence interval (95% CI): 0.27-0.73; for HpaA, OR=0.32, 95% Ch 0.I7-0.60]. The subjects with multiple positive specific antibodies at baseline were more likely to be successfully eradicated in a linear fashion (Ptrend=0.006). Conclusions: Our study suggested that total anti-H, pylori IgG level may serve as a potential monitor of long- term impact on anti-H, pylori treatment, and priority for H. pylori treatment may be endowed to the subjects with multiple seropositive antibodies at baseline, especially for FliD and HapA.展开更多
Selenium(Se)deficiency commonly occurs in soils of northeastern China and leads to insufficient Se intake by humans.A two-year field study of Se biofortification of common buckwheat supplied with 40 g Se ha^(-1)as sel...Selenium(Se)deficiency commonly occurs in soils of northeastern China and leads to insufficient Se intake by humans.A two-year field study of Se biofortification of common buckwheat supplied with 40 g Se ha^(-1)as selenite(Se(IV)),selenate(Se(VI)),or a combination(1/2 Se(IV+VI))was performed to investigate Se accumulation and translocation in plants and determine the effects of different forms of Se on the grain yield,biomass production,and Se use efficiency of plants and seeds.Se application increased seed Se concentrations to 47.1–265.1μg kg^(-1).Seed Se concentrations following Se(VI)or 1/2 Se(IV+VI)treatment exceeded 100μg kg^(-1),an amount suitable for crop Se biofortification.Se concentration in shoots and roots decreased with plant development,and Se translocation from root to shoot in Se(IV)-treated plants was lower than that in plants treated with 1/2 Se(IV+VI)and Se(VI).Both grain yield and biomass production increased under 1/2 Se(IV+VI)treatment,with grain yields reaching 1663.8 and 1558.5 kg ha^(-1)in 2015 and 2016,respectively,reflecting increases of 11.0% and 10.3% over those without Se application.The Se use efficiency of seeds and plants under Se(VI)treatment was significantly higher than those under 1/2 Se(IV+VI)and Se(IV)treatments.Thus,application of selenate could result in higher Se accumulation in buckwheat seeds than application of the other Se sources,but the combined application of selenate and selenite might be an alternative approach for improving buckwheat grain yield by Se biofortification in northeastern China.展开更多

Transient enclosure voltage(TEV),which is a phenomenon induced by the inner dielectric breakdown of SF_6 during disconnector operations in a gas-insulated switchgear(GIS),may cause issues relating to shock hazard ...Transient enclosure voltage(TEV),which is a phenomenon induced by the inner dielectric breakdown of SF_6 during disconnector operations in a gas-insulated switchgear(GIS),may cause issues relating to shock hazard and electromagnetic interference to secondary equipment.This is a critical factor regarding the electromagnetic compatibility of ultra-high-voltage(UHV)substations.In this paper,the statistical characteristics of TEV at UHV level are collected from field experiments,and are analyzed and compared to those from a repeated strike process.The TEV waveforms during disconnector operations are recorded by a self-developed measurement system first.Then,statistical characteristics,such as the pulse number,duration of pulses,frequency components,magnitude and single pulse duration,are extracted.The transmission line theory is introduced to analyze the TEV and is validated by the experimental results.Finally,the relationship between the TEV and the repeated strike process is analyzed.This proves that the pulse voltage of the TEV is proportional to the corresponding breakdown voltage.The results contribute to the definition of the standard testing waveform of the TEV,and can aid the protection of electronic devices in substations by minimizing the threat of this phenomenon.展开更多
Introduction In recent years,three-dimensional printing(3DP),an additive manufacturing process,has gained widespread clinical application,and 3DP has been considered as the third industrial revolution.1 In its early i...Introduction In recent years,three-dimensional printing(3DP),an additive manufacturing process,has gained widespread clinical application,and 3DP has been considered as the third industrial revolution.1 In its early introduction in the 1980s,3DP served as a software-controlled technology that converted computer-aided-design(CAD)data into a physical object via a single process.By depositing multiple two-dimensional cross-sections one above the other,3DP can now be used to build arbitrarily complex geometries and patient-specific constructs using the patient’s imaging data.Till date,computed tomography has been the main imaging data source for 3DP owing to its excellent spatial resolution.Furthermore,current 3D printers have enabled bedside on-demand fabrication of medical products in hospitals.New materials including polymers,ceramics,biomaterials,and metals have been developed for such applications over the last few decades.Medical fields that employ 3DP technologies have also expanded,such as tissue engineering,regenerative medicine,pharmaceutics,and medical models and devices.2 The market for additive manufacturing is expected to surpass$20 billion in the global industry by the end of the 2020.3 Although the use of 3DP technology in interventional medicine is still relatively new,advancements are occurring within this discipline at a rapid rate.Different 3DP technologies,materials,and clinical applications relevant to the interventional field are discussed in this article.展开更多
The Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)is a widely used deep neural network.Compared with the shallow neural network,the CNN network has better performance and faster computing in some image recognition tasks.It can eff...The Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)is a widely used deep neural network.Compared with the shallow neural network,the CNN network has better performance and faster computing in some image recognition tasks.It can effectively avoid the problem that network training falls into local extremes.At present,CNN has been applied in many different fields,including fault diagnosis,and it has improved the level and efficiency of fault diagnosis.In this paper,a two-streams convolutional neural network(TCNN)model is proposed.Based on the short-time Fourier transform(STFT)spectral and Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient(MFCC)input characteristics of two-streams acoustic emission(AE)signals,an AE signal processing and classification system is constructed and compared with the traditional recognition methods of AE signals and traditional CNN networks.The experimental results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.Compared with single-stream convolutional neural network and a simple Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network,the performance of TCNN which combines spatial and temporal features is greatly improved,and the accuracy rate can reach 100%on the current database,which is 12%higher than that of single-stream neural network.展开更多
Western China has lagged a lot in terms of industrial structure and economic development,compared with the national average.And China announced its target of CO_2 emission reduction,i.e.by 2020,CO_2 emission per GDP w...Western China has lagged a lot in terms of industrial structure and economic development,compared with the national average.And China announced its target of CO_2 emission reduction,i.e.by 2020,CO_2 emission per GDP will drop by40-45%compared with 2005.The target will be incorporated into China's long-term industrial planning.Against this background,this paper will make a comprehensive examination of the industrial development of Western China,aiming to discover a green and compatible way.First,we analyze the spatiotemporal evolution of regional industrial structure for the period 2000-2010.Second,we try to discover the industrial structure optimization path for Western China by employing the Vector Auto Regression model.Lastly,we try to provide some advice and suggestions for further industrial development in Western China.Our examination shows that further industrial development in Western China should pay full attention to resource conservation and recycling,and develop on a green and compatible path.展开更多
Objective:This study aimed at examining the alterations in metabolomic profiles caused by treatment of H.pylori infection,and the associations between key plasma metabolites and the risk of gastric lesion progression ...Objective:This study aimed at examining the alterations in metabolomic profiles caused by treatment of H.pylori infection,and the associations between key plasma metabolites and the risk of gastric lesion progression during follow-up after treatment.Methods:An intervention trial was performed in 183 participants,117 of whom were H.pylori positive participants receiving treatment for H.pylori infection.H.pylori positive participants were prospectively followed for 182 to 1,289 days.Untargeted metabolomics assays were conducted on plasma samples collected at baseline,6 months after treatment,and during continued follow-up.Results:We identified 59 metabolites with differential posttreatment changes between participants with successful and failed H.pylori eradication,17 metabolites significantly distinguished participants with successful vs.failed eradication.Two metabolites[PC(18:1(11Z)/14:1(9Z))and(2S)-6-amino-2-formamidohexanamide]showed posttreatment changes positively associated with successful H.pylori eradication,and were inversely associated with the risk of gastric lesion progression among participants with successful eradication.In contrast,9-decenoic acid showed posttreatment changes inversely associated with successful eradication:its level was positively associated with the risk of gastric lesion progression among participants with successful eradication.Although the identified metabolites showed a temporary but significant decline after treatment,the trend generally reversed during continued follow-up,and pretreatment levels were restored.Conclusions:Treatment of H.pylori infection significantly altered plasma metabolic profiles in the short term,and key metabolites were capable of distinguishing participants with successful vs.failed eradication,but might not substantially affect metabolic regulation in the long term.Several plasma metabolites were differentially associated with the risk of gastric lesion progression among participants with successful or failed eradication.展开更多

The nucleotide sequence and protein sequence were analyzed by bioinformatics software. [Result] The full-length cDNA of OsARAB-1 gene was obtained. The coding sequence (CDS) of OsARAB-1 gene is 1 086 bp in length, encoding a protein of 361 amino acid residues. OsARAB-1 gene was located in the genome sequence NC 008398.2 (6 769 813 -6 773 213 bp segment) of rice chro- mosome 5 by in silico mapping. OsARAB-1 protein is an extracellular hydrophilic protein, which is relatively stable, slightly alkaline. The secondary structure of OsARAB-1 protein is mainly composed of or-helices and random coils. OsARAB-1 protein has two functional domains : SGNH hydrolase-type esterase and GDSL li- pase. There are 21 phosphorylation sites and seven O-[3-GlcNAc glycosylation sites. The putative active-site amino acid residues are Ser34, Glyl07, Asn167, Asp333 and His336, respectively. OsARAB-1 protein has the closest genetic relationship with esterase subtype B4FM12 from maize. The expression of OsARAB-1 gene plays an important role in the development and morphogenesis of rice and is related with rice blast resistance. Although several schemes have been proposed for 2D WSNs, f...Due to the power limitation of nodes in wire-less sensor networks (WSNs), how to maximize network lifetime has become a critical issue for deployment of WSNs. Although several schemes have been proposed for 2D WSNs, few for 3D WSNs are known. In this paper, we present a scheme to maximize network lifetime for 3D WSNs through balancing energy consumption, as an extension of the existing scheme for 2D WSNs proposed recently [1]. Same as [1], we formulate the energy consumption balancing problem as an problem of optimal distribution of transmitting data by combining the techniques of sphere-corona based network division, mixed-routing and data aggregation. We first present a Tiled-block based routing scheme in order to balance energy consumption among nodes in each sphere-corona. Then we design an algorithm to compute the optimal distribution ratio of transmitting data between direct and hop-by-hop transmission, with the purpose of balancing energy consumption among nodes across different sphere-coronas. We show maximizing network lifetime through computing the optimal number of sphere-coronas. Afterwards a energy consumption balanced data collecting protocol (ECBDC) is designed and a solution to extend ECBDC to largescale WSNs is also presented. Simulaiton results show that ECBDC is superior to conventional direct and multihop transmission schemes in network lifetime.展开更多

文摘Objective:To study the application effect of the plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle management in the hand hygiene management of psychiatric medical staff.Methods:One hundred and twenty medical staff from a psychiatric hospital from May 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(May 2023 to August 2023)applied the conventional management model,and the observation group(September 2023 to December 2023)applied the PDCA cycle management.The hand hygiene compliance,hand hygiene knowledge,and hygiene qualifications were compared,including the amount of hand sanitizer used.Results:The proportion of medical staff’s hand hygiene compliance and hand hygiene knowledge mastery scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the hand hygiene passing rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the daily amount of hand sanitizer per patient bed and the amount of hand sanitizer used was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle management model for psychiatric medical staff promoted the improvement of hand hygiene compliance and increased their hand hygiene qualifications.It is suitable for further popularization and application in future clinical practice.
文摘Hexagrammos otakii is an important kind of economic fish species in East Asia. However, wild H. otakii resources have declined sharply in recent years as a result of human disturbance and habitat destruction. Thus, it is crucial to protect the current resources of H. otakii. In this study, 35 novel single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers were developed based on restriction-site associated DNA sequencing. The results showed that the observed heterozygosity and expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.1875 to 0.6562 and 0.2679 to 0.5079, respectively. The minor allele frequency ranged from 0.1875 to 0.4375. Polymorphic information content ranged from 0.229 to 0.375. Six SNPs were found to be deviated significantly from the HWE (P H. otakii.

文摘Background:To evaluate the efficacy of stent-assisted coiling(SAC)for the treatment of carotid ophthalmic segment aneurysm segment aneurysms(OSAs)of the internal carotid artery(ICA)through detailed long-term follow-up of a large patient cohort.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 88 consecutive patients with OSAs between January 2009 and January 2020 at our center.Angiographic results were evaluated using the modified Raymond grading system and clinical outcomes were evaluated using the mRS scale.The primary endpoints were major aneurysm recurrence and poor clinical outcomes for at least 18 months of follow-up.The patients were asked to attend clinical follow-up assessments and possibly undergo DSA or MR via telephone.Results:We enrolled 88 patients with 99 OSAs treated with coiling,of whom 76 were treated with SAC.The coiling procedures were successful in all 88 patients.Overall,complications occurred in 8 patients(9.1%).No procedure-related mortality was observed.67(76.1%)experienced immediate aneurysm occlusion at the end of the procedure.Long-term angiographic follow-up(18 months)was available in 45/88 aneurysms(51%)(average 18.7±5.2 months).Four patients continued their follow-up for 5 years after initial aneurysm treatment.After a clinical follow-up time of 28.7 months(range,12-51 months),85 patients(95.5%)achieved favorable clinical outcomes(mRS scores of 0-2).Conclusions:This study indicates that SAC treatment is a safe and effective therapeutic alternative for ruptured and unruptured OSAs.The procedural risks are low with relatively long-term effectiveness.

文摘Oxygen carriers(OCs)with perovskite structure are attracting increasing interests due to their redox tunability by introducing various dopants in the structure.In this study,LaNixFe1-xO3(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,1.0)perovskite OCs have been prepared by a citric acid–nitrate sol–gel method,characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis and tested for algae chemical looping gasification in a fixed bed reactor.The effects of perovskite types,OC/biomass mass ratio(O/B),gasification temperature and water injection rate on the gasification performance were investigated.Lower Ni-doped(0≤x≤0.5)perovskites crystalized in the rhombohedra system which was isostructural with LaNiO3,while those with composition 0.5≤x≤1 crystalized in the orthorhombic system.Despite the high reactivity for LaNiO_(3),LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3)(LN5F5)was found to be more stable at a high temperature and give almost as good results as LaNiO_(3)in the formation of syngas.The relatively higher syngas yield of 0.833 m^(3)·kg^(-1) biomass was obtained under the O/B of 0.4,water injection rate of 0.3 ml·min^(-1) and gasification temperature at 850C.Continuous high yield of syngas was achieved during the first 5 redox cycles,while a slight decrease in the reactivity for LN5F5 after 5 cycles was observed due to the adhesion of small grains occurring on the surface of OCs.However,an obvious improvement in the gasification performance was attained for LN5F5 compared to raw biomass direct gasification,indicating that LN5F5 is a promising functional OC for chemical looping catalytic gasification of biomass.

文摘Objective: To identify serum biomarkers that may predict the short or long term outcomes of anti-Helicobacter gylori (H. pylori) treatment, a follow-up study was performed based on an intervention trial in Linqu County, China. Methods: A total of 529 subjects were selected randomly from 1,803 participants to evaluate total anti-H, pylori immunoglobulin G (IgG) and 10 specific antibody levels before and after treatment at 1-, 2- and 7.3-year. The outcomes of anti-H, pylori treatment were also parallelly assessed by 13C-urea breath test at 45-d after treatment and 7.3-year at the end of follow-up. Results: We found the medians of anti-H, pylori IgG titers were consistently below cut-off value through 7.3 years in eradicated group, however, the medians declined in recurrence group to 1.2 at 1-year after treatment and slightly increased to 2.0 at 7.3-year. While the medians were significantly higher (〉3.0 at 2- and 7.3-year) among subjects who failed the eradication or received placebo. For specific antibody responses, baseline seropositivities of FliD and HpaA were reversely associated with eradication failure [for FIiD, odds ratio (OR)=0.44, 95% confidence interval (95% CI): 0.27-0.73; for HpaA, OR=0.32, 95% Ch 0.I7-0.60]. The subjects with multiple positive specific antibodies at baseline were more likely to be successfully eradicated in a linear fashion (Ptrend=0.006). Conclusions: Our study suggested that total anti-H, pylori IgG level may serve as a potential monitor of long- term impact on anti-H, pylori treatment, and priority for H. pylori treatment may be endowed to the subjects with multiple seropositive antibodies at baseline, especially for FliD and HapA.

文摘Selenium(Se)deficiency commonly occurs in soils of northeastern China and leads to insufficient Se intake by humans.A two-year field study of Se biofortification of common buckwheat supplied with 40 g Se ha^(-1)as selenite(Se(IV)),selenate(Se(VI)),or a combination(1/2 Se(IV+VI))was performed to investigate Se accumulation and translocation in plants and determine the effects of different forms of Se on the grain yield,biomass production,and Se use efficiency of plants and seeds.Se application increased seed Se concentrations to 47.1–265.1μg kg^(-1).Seed Se concentrations following Se(VI)or 1/2 Se(IV+VI)treatment exceeded 100μg kg^(-1),an amount suitable for crop Se biofortification.Se concentration in shoots and roots decreased with plant development,and Se translocation from root to shoot in Se(IV)-treated plants was lower than that in plants treated with 1/2 Se(IV+VI)and Se(VI).Both grain yield and biomass production increased under 1/2 Se(IV+VI)treatment,with grain yields reaching 1663.8 and 1558.5 kg ha^(-1)in 2015 and 2016,respectively,reflecting increases of 11.0% and 10.3% over those without Se application.The Se use efficiency of seeds and plants under Se(VI)treatment was significantly higher than those under 1/2 Se(IV+VI)and Se(IV)treatments.Thus,application of selenate could result in higher Se accumulation in buckwheat seeds than application of the other Se sources,but the combined application of selenate and selenite might be an alternative approach for improving buckwheat grain yield by Se biofortification in northeastern China.

文摘Transient enclosure voltage(TEV),which is a phenomenon induced by the inner dielectric breakdown of SF_6 during disconnector operations in a gas-insulated switchgear(GIS),may cause issues relating to shock hazard and electromagnetic interference to secondary equipment.This is a critical factor regarding the electromagnetic compatibility of ultra-high-voltage(UHV)substations.In this paper,the statistical characteristics of TEV at UHV level are collected from field experiments,and are analyzed and compared to those from a repeated strike process.The TEV waveforms during disconnector operations are recorded by a self-developed measurement system first.Then,statistical characteristics,such as the pulse number,duration of pulses,frequency components,magnitude and single pulse duration,are extracted.The transmission line theory is introduced to analyze the TEV and is validated by the experimental results.Finally,the relationship between the TEV and the repeated strike process is analyzed.This proves that the pulse voltage of the TEV is proportional to the corresponding breakdown voltage.The results contribute to the definition of the standard testing waveform of the TEV,and can aid the protection of electronic devices in substations by minimizing the threat of this phenomenon.
文摘Introduction In recent years,three-dimensional printing(3DP),an additive manufacturing process,has gained widespread clinical application,and 3DP has been considered as the third industrial revolution.1 In its early introduction in the 1980s,3DP served as a software-controlled technology that converted computer-aided-design(CAD)data into a physical object via a single process.By depositing multiple two-dimensional cross-sections one above the other,3DP can now be used to build arbitrarily complex geometries and patient-specific constructs using the patient’s imaging data.Till date,computed tomography has been the main imaging data source for 3DP owing to its excellent spatial resolution.Furthermore,current 3D printers have enabled bedside on-demand fabrication of medical products in hospitals.New materials including polymers,ceramics,biomaterials,and metals have been developed for such applications over the last few decades.Medical fields that employ 3DP technologies have also expanded,such as tissue engineering,regenerative medicine,pharmaceutics,and medical models and devices.2 The market for additive manufacturing is expected to surpass$20 billion in the global industry by the end of the 2020.3 Although the use of 3DP technology in interventional medicine is still relatively new,advancements are occurring within this discipline at a rapid rate.Different 3DP technologies,materials,and clinical applications relevant to the interventional field are discussed in this article.

文摘The Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)is a widely used deep neural network.Compared with the shallow neural network,the CNN network has better performance and faster computing in some image recognition tasks.It can effectively avoid the problem that network training falls into local extremes.At present,CNN has been applied in many different fields,including fault diagnosis,and it has improved the level and efficiency of fault diagnosis.In this paper,a two-streams convolutional neural network(TCNN)model is proposed.Based on the short-time Fourier transform(STFT)spectral and Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient(MFCC)input characteristics of two-streams acoustic emission(AE)signals,an AE signal processing and classification system is constructed and compared with the traditional recognition methods of AE signals and traditional CNN networks.The experimental results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.Compared with single-stream convolutional neural network and a simple Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network,the performance of TCNN which combines spatial and temporal features is greatly improved,and the accuracy rate can reach 100%on the current database,which is 12%higher than that of single-stream neural network.

文摘Western China has lagged a lot in terms of industrial structure and economic development,compared with the national average.And China announced its target of CO_2 emission reduction,i.e.by 2020,CO_2 emission per GDP will drop by40-45%compared with 2005.The target will be incorporated into China's long-term industrial planning.Against this background,this paper will make a comprehensive examination of the industrial development of Western China,aiming to discover a green and compatible way.First,we analyze the spatiotemporal evolution of regional industrial structure for the period 2000-2010.Second,we try to discover the industrial structure optimization path for Western China by employing the Vector Auto Regression model.Lastly,we try to provide some advice and suggestions for further industrial development in Western China.Our examination shows that further industrial development in Western China should pay full attention to resource conservation and recycling,and develop on a green and compatible path.

文摘Objective:This study aimed at examining the alterations in metabolomic profiles caused by treatment of H.pylori infection,and the associations between key plasma metabolites and the risk of gastric lesion progression during follow-up after treatment.Methods:An intervention trial was performed in 183 participants,117 of whom were H.pylori positive participants receiving treatment for H.pylori infection.H.pylori positive participants were prospectively followed for 182 to 1,289 days.Untargeted metabolomics assays were conducted on plasma samples collected at baseline,6 months after treatment,and during continued follow-up.Results:We identified 59 metabolites with differential posttreatment changes between participants with successful and failed H.pylori eradication,17 metabolites significantly distinguished participants with successful vs.failed eradication.Two metabolites[PC(18:1(11Z)/14:1(9Z))and(2S)-6-amino-2-formamidohexanamide]showed posttreatment changes positively associated with successful H.pylori eradication,and were inversely associated with the risk of gastric lesion progression among participants with successful eradication.In contrast,9-decenoic acid showed posttreatment changes inversely associated with successful eradication:its level was positively associated with the risk of gastric lesion progression among participants with successful eradication.Although the identified metabolites showed a temporary but significant decline after treatment,the trend generally reversed during continued follow-up,and pretreatment levels were restored.Conclusions:Treatment of H.pylori infection significantly altered plasma metabolic profiles in the short term,and key metabolites were capable of distinguishing participants with successful vs.failed eradication,but might not substantially affect metabolic regulation in the long term.Several plasma metabolites were differentially associated with the risk of gastric lesion progression among participants with successful or failed eradication.

文摘[ Objective] This study aimed to perform in silico cloning and bioinformatics analysis of OsARAB-1 gene from rice. [Method] Using NP 174188.1 as a query probe, the full-length cDNA sequence of OsARAB-1 gene was obtained by in silico cloning. The nucleotide sequence and protein sequence were analyzed by bioinformatics software. [Result] The full-length cDNA of OsARAB-1 gene was obtained. The coding sequence (CDS) of OsARAB-1 gene is 1 086 bp in length, encoding a protein of 361 amino acid residues. OsARAB-1 gene was located in the genome sequence NC 008398.2 (6 769 813 -6 773 213 bp segment) of rice chro- mosome 5 by in silico mapping. OsARAB-1 protein is an extracellular hydrophilic protein, which is relatively stable, slightly alkaline. The secondary structure of OsARAB-1 protein is mainly composed of or-helices and random coils. OsARAB-1 protein has two functional domains : SGNH hydrolase-type esterase and GDSL li- pase. There are 21 phosphorylation sites and seven O-[3-GlcNAc glycosylation sites. The putative active-site amino acid residues are Ser34, Glyl07, Asn167, Asp333 and His336, respectively. OsARAB-1 protein has the closest genetic relationship with esterase subtype B4FM12 from maize. The expression of OsARAB-1 gene plays an important role in the development and morphogenesis of rice and is related with rice blast resistance. [ Conclusion] This study laid a solid foundation for cloning and functional identification of OsARAB-1 gene with experimental methods.
文摘Due to the power limitation of nodes in wire-less sensor networks (WSNs), how to maximize network lifetime has become a critical issue for deployment of WSNs. Although several schemes have been proposed for 2D WSNs, few for 3D WSNs are known. In this paper, we present a scheme to maximize network lifetime for 3D WSNs through balancing energy consumption, as an extension of the existing scheme for 2D WSNs proposed recently [1]. Same as [1], we formulate the energy consumption balancing problem as an problem of optimal distribution of transmitting data by combining the techniques of sphere-corona based network division, mixed-routing and data aggregation. We first present a Tiled-block based routing scheme in order to balance energy consumption among nodes in each sphere-corona. Then we design an algorithm to compute the optimal distribution ratio of transmitting data between direct and hop-by-hop transmission, with the purpose of balancing energy consumption among nodes across different sphere-coronas. We show maximizing network lifetime through computing the optimal number of sphere-coronas. Afterwards a energy consumption balanced data collecting protocol (ECBDC) is designed and a solution to extend ECBDC to largescale WSNs is also presented. Simulaiton results show that ECBDC is superior to conventional direct and multihop transmission schemes in network lifetime.
