Contradiction between Traditional Chinese Medicine and Modern Medicine in Understanding and Treating Parkinson’s Disease and Its Solutions

However, because of the misunderstand... Parkinson’s disease is not a lifelong disease. Although modern medicine cannot cure Parkinson’s disease, I found that traditional Chinese medicine can cure Parkinson’s disease. However, because of the misunderstanding of the treatment ideas of most of Chinese doctors, they failed to achieve the goal of curing Parkinson’s disease. There are differences not only in understanding and treating Parkinson’s disease between traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine, but also in understanding within the Chinese medicine community. Because they have not been able to cure Parkinson’s disease, they draw the conclusions from modern medicine and also believe that Parkinson’s disease is an incurable lifelong disease. This paper deeply explores the problems existing in modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, puts forward new ideas for understanding and treating Parkinson’s disease, and explores the correct way to understand and cure Parkinson’s disease for the medical community to overcome Parkinson’s disease. 展开更多

Parkinson’s Disease (PD) is a chronic progressive degeneration disease of the central nervous system of extrapyramidal system. The main pathological changes are the degeneration of the substantia nigra striatum, lack of dopamine in the brain, causing clinical performance: static tremor, muscle rigidity, slow movement and abnormal posture. It is one of the worldwide medical problems;at present, modern medicine thinks that PD is an incurable and permanent disease. However, in my long-term clinical work, I have cured many cases of PD patients by using Xifengzhizhan pills and Xifenzhizhan capsules, and I have found and proved that Chinese Medicine can cure PD. 展开更多

Preliminary Study on Interpreting Stock Price Forecasting Based on Tree Regularization of GRU

The gated recurrent unit (GRU) deep model is interpreted to predict price’s falling or rising. By using a technique called Tree Regularization of Deep Models for Interpretability, a GRU network is converted to a decision tree (called GRU-Tree) to interpret its prediction rules. This approach was tested by experimenting on a few sample stocks (e.g., the Gree company) and a main stock market index (SSE Composite Index) in China. The discovered prediction rules actually reflect a general rule called Mean Reversion in stock market. Results show that the GRU-Tree is more effective (higher AUC) than the decision tree directly trained from the data for small and moderate average path length (APL) of trees. And the fidelity between GRU and its generated GRU-Tree is high (about 0.8). 展开更多

Because of their unique structural and chemical properties,buckybowl molecules have attracted considerable attention in a wide range of scientific disciplines.The importance and utility of buckybowl molecules significantly increases once they acquire largerπ-surface area and/or heteroatoms.The fusion of buckybowl molecules has emerged as a new strategy to extend theπ-surface of polycyclic aromatic compounds;however,theπ-extension of heteroatom-embedded buckybowls by the fusion strategy is still rare.Here we report the synthesis and propeties of a fused azacorannulene dimer bearing a C62N2 core(1a),which can also be regarded as a double aza[5]helicene.Due to the steric repulsion between two azapentabenzocorannulene moieties,this molecule shows a rigid S-shaped structure where the two azacorannulene bowls face in opposite directions.Stepwise chemical oxidation of 1a resulted in the formation of the corresponding radical cation(1a^(+))and dication(1a^(2+)),providing an important insight into their aromaticity.The fusion of heteroatom-embedded buckybowls provides a powerful way to synthesizeπ-extended polycyclic aromatic molecules. 展开更多
