Inhibitory Effect of Bergenin on TLR-4/NF-κB Signal Pathway in Reducing Allergic Rhinitis in Mice

[Objectives]To explore the effect and possible mechanism of bergenin in relieving allergic rhinitis(AR)in mice.[Methods]50 C57/BL6 mice were randomly divided into blank group(n=10),model group(n=10)and high(100 mg/kg),medium(50 mg/kg)and low(25 mg/kg)dose bergenin groups with 10 mice in each group.Except for the blank group,the other mice were sensitized by basic ways combined with attack to replicate the AR model.From the 15th d of modeling(from the second d after the end of the basic modeling),the drug group was given bergenin orally for 15 d,and the blank group and model group were given the same volume of normal saline once a day.24 h after the last establishment of the model,the content of interleukin 4(IL-4),IL-6,TNF-αand IL-1βin nasal lavage fluid and serum of mice in each group was detected by ELISA.The expression of TLR-4,NF-κB and p-NF-κB in nasal mucosa of mice was detected by Western blot.[Results]Compared with the blank group,the content of inflammatory factors IL-4,IL-6,TNF-αand IL-1βin nasal lavage fluid and serum of model group was significantly increased,and the protein expression of TLR-4 and p-NF-κB was significantly increased.After the intervention of bergenin,the content of IL-4,IL-6,TNF-αand IL-1βin nasal lavage fluid and serum and TLR-4 and p-NF-κB protein in tissue was significantly inhibited in bergenin group.[Conclusions]Bergenin can effectively reduce allergic inflammation in AR model mice,and its mechanism may be related to inhibition of inflammation and down-regulation of TLR-4/NF-κB signal pathway. 展开更多

Partial substitution of polyoxometalate(POM)is an efficient route to modulate the catalytic property of maternal POM.In this work,a new Keggin type POM involving{Ni 6}cluster,{[Ni(H_(2) O)_(2)(Dach)_(2)][Ni(Dach)_(2)]_(2)}{[Ni_(6)Cl(μ-OH)_(3)(H_(2) O)(Dach)_(3)(WO_(4))(PW9 O_(3)_(4))][Ni_(6)(μ-OH)_(3)(H_(2) O)_(2)(Dach)_(3)(WO_(4))(PW9 O_(3)_(4))]}Cl·27H_(2) O,(1,Dach=1,2-diaminocyclohexane)was synthesized.Compounds 1 shows excellent catalytic performance in the selective oxidation of aniline to azoxybenzene(AOB)in water.The apparently different results from that with the matrix{PW 9 O_(3)_(4)}({PW9})suggest the successful regulation of the catalytic property of{PW9}by the introduction of the{Ni6}cluster into the skeleton.The experimental results indicate that the highlighted performance of 1 is contributed by the synergy of W and Ni sites,which are respectively responsible for the oxidation and condensation steps in the production of AOB.The good selectivity to AOB is essentially attributed to the effective modulation of the reaction rates of oxidation and condensation steps by W and Ni sites,respectively. 展开更多

In this paper, a learning and recognition approach is proposed for univariate time series composed of output measurements of general nonlinear dynamical systems. Firstly, a class of dynamical systems in the canonical form is derived to describe the univariate time series by introducing coordinate transformation. An observer-based deterministic learning technique is then adopted to achieve dynamical modeling of the associated transformed systems of the training univariate time series, and the modeling results in the form of radial basis function network (RBFN) models are stored in a pattern library. Subsequently, multiple observer-based dynamical estimators containing the RBFN models in the pattern library are constructed for a test univariate time series, and a recognition decision scheme is proposed by the derived recognition indicator. On this basis, more concise recognition conditions are provided, which is beneficial for verifying the recognition results. Finally, simulation studies on the Rossler system and aero-engine stall warning verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

目的通过文献计量方法,定量和定性地预测预检分诊研究活动的热点话题,为急诊分诊领域研究提供借鉴。方法通过检索Web of Science数据库中2016年1月至2020年12月国际急诊分诊研究的相关文献,利用文献计量学的方法绘制可视化图谱。结果共... 目的通过文献计量方法,定量和定性地预测预检分诊研究活动的热点话题,为急诊分诊领域研究提供借鉴。方法通过检索Web of Science数据库中2016年1月至2020年12月国际急诊分诊研究的相关文献,利用文献计量学的方法绘制可视化图谱。结果共检索得到发表文献2880篇,急诊预检分诊的研究数量总体上呈现逐年增加趋势,开展该领域研究最多的国家是美国,中介中心性为0.58,最多的研究机构是卡罗林斯卡学院,中介中心性为0.28。大血管阻塞、Manchester预检分诊系统一直都是该领域的研究热点。新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)流行是近期的研究热点。结论大血管闭塞导致的危重症疾病,如急性心肌梗死、急性脑卒中的预后一直是急诊预检分诊领域的重点与热点,利用信息技术进行COVID-19患者的预检分诊可能成为新的研究热点。 展开更多

In this paper,we proposed a quality of transmission(QoT)prediction technique for the quality of service(QoS)link setup based on machine learning classifiers,with synthetic data generated using the transmission equations instead of the Gaussian noise(GN)model.The proposed technique uses some link and signal characteristics as input features.The bit error rate(BER)of the signals was compared with the forward error correction threshold BER,and the comparison results were employed as labels.The transmission equations approach is a better alternative to the GN model(or other similar margin-based models)in the absence of real data(i.e.,at the deployment stage of a network)or the case that real data are scarce(i.e.,for enriching the dataset/reducing probing lightpaths);furthermore,the three classifiers trained using the data of the transmission equations are more reliable and practical than those trained using the data of the GN model.Meanwhile,we noted that the priority of the three classifiers should be support vector machine(SVM)>K nearest neighbor(KNN)>logistic regression(LR)as shown in the results obtained by the transmission equations,instead of SVM>LR>KNN as in the results of the GN model. 展开更多
