Study on the Change of Eco-Environmental Quality in Jiufeng Mountain Area Based on InVEST Model

Habitat is not only an important place for animals and plants to inhabit and reproduce, but also the basis of human survival and development. With the large-scale development of mineral resources, land use types have changed sharply, fragile habitats tend to collapse, and the future sustainable development has lost a stable carrier. Habitat quality is a comprehensive expression of the interaction of many factors such as land, biology and water resources for many years. Natural factors are the most direct factors affecting habitat quality, and human activities are the most intense factors. The habitat module of invest model was used to evaluate the changes and temporal and spatial characteristics of habitat quality in Jiufeng Mountain from 1990 to 2018. It is found that the habitat quality in Jiufeng Mountain area shows a downward trend, and the ecological environment is very fragile. The high value areas of eco-environmental quality are mainly distributed in mountainous and hilly areas with high vegetation coverage;The low value areas of eco-environmental quality are mainly distributed in industrial and mining land and gully areas. With the development of society and economy and the development of mining industry in Jiufengshan area, the area of construction land is also increasing. 展开更多

含贝达喹啉方案治疗耐多药/广泛耐药结核病的24周单臂临床疗效观察 被引量:1

目的评价含贝达喹啉方案治疗耐多药/广泛耐药结核病的疗效,并探索其发生的不良反应,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析2019年10月至2021年10月昆明市第三人民医院收治的使用含贝达喹啉方案治疗的62例耐多药/广泛耐药结核病患... 目的评价含贝达喹啉方案治疗耐多药/广泛耐药结核病的疗效,并探索其发生的不良反应,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析2019年10月至2021年10月昆明市第三人民医院收治的使用含贝达喹啉方案治疗的62例耐多药/广泛耐药结核病患者的临床资料,对含贝达喹啉方案的有效性和安全性进行评价;统计背景药品组成种类、痰菌阴转例数与天数、病灶吸收、空洞闭合及不良反应事件分布,并分析其相关性;记录服药前后QTcF值(按心率校正,采用Fridericia公式计算的QT间期值),对比分析各监测点与基线的变化。结果62例患者24周随访全部到位,无死亡、失访或退组病例;治疗24周末62例患者痰涂片阴转率为93.5%(58/62),痰培养阴转率为85.4%(53/62),病灶吸收率为87.1%(54/62),并发空洞的39例患者空洞闭合率为92.3%(36/39)。不良事件共计217次,203次(93.5%)为轻中度(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)不良事件,14次(6.5%)为严重(Ⅲ~Ⅴ级)不良事件;治疗期间共停药22次,与贝达喹啉相关的不良事件停药11次,主要表现为QTc间期延长9次(41.0%),肝脏毒性2次(9.1%)。统计学结果显示,肝功能异常与痰菌阴转时间呈负相关关系(z=-0.293,P<0.01);QTc间期延长与痰菌阴转时间呈负相关关系(z=-0.544,P<0.01);62例患者进行各监测点QTcF平均值与基线QTcF值比较,随着疗程的延长QTcF值逐渐增加,第4、8、12、16、24周的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论含贝达喹啉方案治疗耐多药/广泛耐药结核病取得较高的24周痰菌阴转率,可促进患者影像学病灶吸收,药物不良反应事件发生率虽高,但多数患者能耐受;用药期间应特别注意QTc间期的延长及肝损伤。 展开更多

This paper presents the use of proposed Smart Grid Distribution Management System (SGDMS) for Singapore contestable and non-contestable consumers. The SGDMS is a distributed management system proposed using Multi-Agent System (MAS) technology. This system can optimise the distribution of renewable energy while minimizing electricity bills for consumers. The entire system was developed using Java with the extension of JADE which is an IEEE FIPA compliant multi-agent system platform. This decentralised platform allows agents to interact and communicate using energy sources from different sectors and control them intelligently to minimise the cost of electricity for the consumers. Simulation studies were carried out on the proposed system to show its potential for providing solutions through intelligent distribution techniques and how it influences the cost of electricity. 展开更多
