The development of a core set of SNP molecular markers that could be widely used in soybean genetic research would greatly facilitate research into the genetic diversity of soybean.We conducted an analysis of Tokachi ...The development of a core set of SNP molecular markers that could be widely used in soybean genetic research would greatly facilitate research into the genetic diversity of soybean.We conducted an analysis of Tokachi nagaha and 137 of its descendant soybean cultivars using 4044 SNP markers with the goal of determining the appropriate number of single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)needed to construct unambiguous molecular IDs and characterize genetic diversity based on a genetic distance matrix correlation method.When the number of SNPs was held constant,the number of accession pairs that could be distinguished increased as the polymorphism informative content(PIC)value of the SNPs increased.A core panel of 20 selected SNPs from 11 linkage groups with a mean PIC value of 0.3703 and a range of 0.3640–0.3749 was able to identify almost all of the accession pairs in our study[9445 pairs(99.92%)].The eight accession pairs that could not be identified with this core SNP set all originated from the same province and some of them had the same parental cultivars.The molecular IDs of the 138 accessions were constructed using the core 20 SNPs.It is known that both the number of SNPs and PIC values should be considered when SNPs are selected for use in the analysis of genetic diversity.In this study,when the PIC value was 0.3460,the correlation coefficient between the genetic distance matrices associated with a panel of 200 SNPs and the total population was>0.800,indicating satisfactory correlation.Our high-accuracy,high-resolution core SNP panel for germplasm fingerprinting and our findings about assessing genetic diversity will likely markedly improve the management and utilization efficiency of soybean germplasm resources.展开更多

RESULTS:Characteristics of 27 p...AIM:To investigate the feasibility of laparoscopyassisted total gastrectomy(LATG)using trans-orally inserted anvil(OrVilTM)in terms of operative characteristics and short term outcomes. RESULTS:Characteristics of 27 patients with gastric cancer who underwent LATG from October 2009 to October 2012 in the Foshan Affiliated Hospital of South Medical University were retrospectively reviewed. Among these patients,six were reconstructed by minilaparotomy and 21 by OrVilTM.The clinicopathological characteristics,total operation time,total blood loss, abdominal incision and complications of anastomosis including stenosis and leakage,were compared between the groups undergoing LATG with OrVilTM and the group undergoing minilaparotomy. RESULTS:The operations were successfully performed on all the patients without intraoperative complications or conversion to open surgery.Two(10%)patients received palliative procedure under laparoscope who were prepared for LATG preoperatively.One case had hepatic metastatic carcinoma and 1 case had tumor recurrence near the anastomosis 8 mo after surgery.The mean follow-up duration was 10 mo(range,2-24 mo). Operation time was significantly reduced by the use of OrVilTM(198.42±30.28 min vs 240.83±8.23 min). The postoperative course with regard to occurrence of stenosis and leakage was not different between the two groups.There were no significant differences in estimated blood loss.The upper abdominal incision was smaller in OrVilTM group than in minilaparotomy group (4.31±0.45 cm vs 6.43±0.38 cm). CONCLUSION:LATG using OrVil TM is a technically feasible surgical procedure with sufficient lymph node dissection,less operation time and acceptable morbidity.展开更多

Results show that IBA could significantly enhance rooting and root characteristics of cuttings and were best with IBA at 1500 mg/L. In the rooting process, the formation of adventitious roots was related to the consumption and accumulation of nutrients(soluble sugars and proteins) and the changes in endogenous hormones in phloem, leaf tips and leaf bases. The rooting of cuttings had a positive correlation with the consumption of soluble sugars during the period of callus formation and with the accumulation of soluble sugars during adventitious root formation and growth. Rooting was positively related to the breakdown of soluble proteins in the phloem when the callus formed, and had a positive correlation with its accumulation during adventitious root formation and growth. Leaf tips and leaf bases showed a reverse trend in changes of soluble protein. However, together with the phloem, leaf tips and leaf bases regulated and controlled the formation and development of adventitious roots. The main activities of soluble proteins exist in the leaf tips as this was the main source of soluble proteins. The relation between rooting and IAA(indole-3-acetic acid) content in phloem was positive and thus a high concentration of IAA could benefit the induction and formation of adventitious roots. However, rooting was negatively related with ABA(abscisic acid) and GA(gibberellic acid) and a high concentration of both could inhibit the induction and formation of adventitious roots. Rooting had a positive correlation with phloem IAA/ABA ratios, and higher ratios could improve rooting. Low concentrations of ZR(zeatin riboside) triggered the induction of adventitious roots, while higher concentrations promoted root growth.Endogenous hormones in leaf tips and bases had an impact on rooting. The activities of endogenous hormones mainly existed in leaf tips because they play a major role in the production and consumption of IAA and its ABA content increased during rooting. The ZR in leaf tips influenced the rooting of cuttings, especially in the callus formation and rooting stage. Leaf tips were the main source of GA.展开更多
Neuromorphic computing simulates the operation of biological brain function for information processing and can potentially solve the bottleneck of the von Neumann architecture.This computing is realized based on memri...Neuromorphic computing simulates the operation of biological brain function for information processing and can potentially solve the bottleneck of the von Neumann architecture.This computing is realized based on memristive hardware neural networks in which synaptic devices that mimic biological synapses of the brain are the primary units.Mimicking synaptic functions with these devices is critical in neuromorphic systems.In the last decade,electrical and optical signals have been incorporated into the synaptic devices and promoted the simulation of various synaptic functions.In this review,these devices are discussed by categorizing them into electrically stimulated,optically stimulated,and photoelectric synergetic synaptic devices based on stimulation of electrical and optical signals.The working mechanisms of the devices are analyzed in detail.This is followed by a discussion of the progress in mimicking synaptic functions.In addition,existing application scenarios of various synaptic devices are outlined.Furthermore,the performances and future development of the synaptic devices that could be significant for building efficient neuromorphic systems are prospected.展开更多

The results indicate that the prototype TPC has a good performance in three-dimensional track resolution. In X direction the position resolution is about 0.2 mm, and in Y direction the position resolution is about 0.5 mm. The results also determine that the energy resolution is about 5.4%, which achieve the requirements of the CEE experiment and can be used to study the nuclear state equation and the quantum chromo dynamics.展开更多
We synthesized a mesoporous film based on TiO2-reduced graphene oxide(RGO)hybrids using a one-step vapor-thermal method without the need for an additional annealing process.The vapor-thermally prepared TiO2-graphene h...We synthesized a mesoporous film based on TiO2-reduced graphene oxide(RGO)hybrids using a one-step vapor-thermal method without the need for an additional annealing process.The vapor-thermally prepared TiO2-graphene hybrid(VTH)features unique structures with an ultra-large specific surface area of^260 m^2 g^-1 and low aggregation,giving rise to enhanced light harvesting and increased charge generation and separation efficiency.It was observed that a mesoporous film with uniform pore distribution is simultaneously obtained during the VTH growth process.When a 5.0 wt%RGO VTH film was used as the active layer in photocatalysis,the highest photocatalytic activity for degradation of methyl orange was achieved.For another,when a 0.75 wt%RGO VTH film was used as the photoanode in a dye-sensitized solar cell,the power conversion efficiency reached 7.58%,which represents an increase of 73.1%compared to a solar cell using an a photoanode of pure TiO2 synthesized by a traditional solvothermal method.It is expected that this facile method for the synthesis of TiO2/graphene hybrid mesoporous films will be useful in practical applications for preparing other metal oxide/graphene hybrids with ultra-high photocatalytic activity and photovoltaic performance.展开更多

However, most studies have focused on open surgery...BACKGROUND Multiple studies have demonstrated that neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT) can prolong the overall survival of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC) patients. However, most studies have focused on open surgery following NACT.AIM To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic radical resection following NACT for PDAC.METHODS We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 15 patients with pathologically confirmed PDAC who received NACT followed by laparoscopic radical surgery in our hospital from December 2019 to April 2022. All patients underwent abdominal contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CT) and positron emission tomography-CT before surgery to accurately assess tumor stage and exclude distant metastasis.RESULTS All 15 patients with pancreatic cancer were successfully converted to surgical resection after NACT, including 8 patients with pancreatic head cancer and 7 patients with pancreatic body and tail cancer. Among them, 13 patients received the nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine regimen(gemcitabine 1000 mg/m^(2) plus nabpaclitaxel 125 mg/m^(2) on days 1, 8, and 15 every 4 wk) and 2 patients received the modified FOLFIRINOX regimen(intravenous oxaliplatin 68 mg/m^(2), irinotecan 135 mg/m^(2), and leucovorin 400 mg/m^(2) on day 1 and fluorouracil 400 mg/m^(2) on day 1, followed by 46-h continuous infusion of fluorouracil 2400 mg/m^(2)). After each treatment cycle, abdominal CT, tumor markers, and circulating tumor cell counts were reviewed to evaluate the treatment efficacy. All 15 patients achieved partial remission. The surgical procedures included laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD, n = 8) and laparoscopic radical antegrade modular pancreatosplenectomy(L-RAMPS, n = 7). None of them were converted to a laparotomy. One patient with pancreatic head carcinoma was found to have portal vein involvement during the operation, and LPD combined with vascular resection and reconstruction was performed. The amount of blood loss and operation times of L-RAMPS vs LPD were 435.71 ± 32.37 m L vs 343.75 ± 145.01 m L and 272.52 ± 49.14 min vs 444.38 ± 68.63 min, respectively. The number of dissected lymph nodes was 16.87 ± 4.10, and 3 patients had positive lymph nodes. One patient developed grade B postoperative pancreatic fistula(POPF) after LRAMPS, and one patient experienced jaundice after LPD. None of the patients died after surgery. As of April 2022, progressive disease was noted in 4 patients, 2 patients had liver metastasis, and one had both liver metastasis and lymph node metastasis and died during the follow-up period.CONCLUSION Laparoscopic radical resection of PDAC after NACT is safe and effective if it is performed by a surgeon with rich experience in LPD and in a large center of pancreatic surgery.展开更多
BACKGROUND Fish gallbladder has long been used as a folk remedy in Asian countries.Multiple organ damage after ingestion of fish gallbladder resulting in near mortality has been known to us.Here,we describe a case of ...BACKGROUND Fish gallbladder has long been used as a folk remedy in Asian countries.Multiple organ damage after ingestion of fish gallbladder resulting in near mortality has been known to us.Here,we describe a case of acute renal failure(ARF)and hepatitis due to grass carp gallbladder poisoning and review the literature.CASE SUMMARY A previously healthy,50-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with a 2-d history of generalized abdominal pain and repeated vomiting following ingestion of two raw grass carp gallbladders in an attempt to alleviate her cough.She developed anuria on day 4 with markedly elevated serum creatinine,urea,bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase,and aspartate aminotransferase.Based on thorough evaluation of her history and prompt biochemical investigations,we diagnosed her with ARF and hepatitis secondary to fish gallbladder poisoning.Her renal biopsy revealed acute tubular necrosis,following which she underwent six sessions of conventional hemodialysis due to renal failure.Supportive treatment with gastric mucosal protectant and liver protectant was administered for targeted organ protection.The patient’s liver function gradually recovered,and serum creatinine was 164 mmol/L at discharge on day 24.Over a follow-up period of 2 wk,her renal function completely recovered.CONCLUSION Physicians should be mindful of toxic complications of raw grass carp gallbladder ingestion and we should promote awareness to reduce incidences of food poisoning.展开更多
The nature of the Cooper pairing in the paradigmatic unconventional superconductor Sr_(2)RuO_(4) is an outstanding puzzle in condensed matter physics.Despite the tremendous efforts made in the past twenty-seven years,...The nature of the Cooper pairing in the paradigmatic unconventional superconductor Sr_(2)RuO_(4) is an outstanding puzzle in condensed matter physics.Despite the tremendous efforts made in the past twenty-seven years,neither the pairing symmetry nor the underlying pairing mechanism in this material has been understood with clear consensus.This is largely due to the lack of a superconducting order that is capable of interpreting in a coherent manner the numerous essential experimental observations.At this stage,it may be desirable to reexamine our existing theoretical descriptions of superconducting Sr_(2)RuO_(4).This review focuses on several recent developments that may provide some clues for future study.We highlight three separate aspects:1)any pairing in the Eu symmetry channel,with which the widely discussed chiral p-wave is associated,shall acquire a 3D structure due to spin-orbit entanglement;2)if the reported Kerr effect is a superconductivity-induced intrinsic bulk response,the superconductivity must either exhibit a chiral character,or be complex mixtures of certain set of helical p-wave pairings;3)when expressed in a multiorbital basis,the Cooper pairing could acquire numerous exotic forms that are inaccessible in single-orbital descriptions.The implications of each of these new perspectives are briefly discussed in connection with selected experimental phenomena.展开更多
BACKGROUND Familial gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)is a rare autosomal dominant disorder characterized by an array of clinical manifestations.Only 35 kindreds with germline KIT mutations and six with germline P...BACKGROUND Familial gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)is a rare autosomal dominant disorder characterized by an array of clinical manifestations.Only 35 kindreds with germline KIT mutations and six with germline PDGFRA mutations have been reported so far.It is often characterized by a series of manifestations,such as multiple lesions and hyperpigmentation.However,the effect of imatinib treatment in these patients is still uncertain.CASE SUMMARY Here,we report two patients(father and daughter)in a Chinese family(for the first time)with germline KIT mutation,and described their pathology,genetics and clinical manifestations.A 25-year-old Chinese woman went to hospital because of abdominal pain,and computed tomography showed multiple tumors in the small intestine.Small pigmented spots appeared on the skin within a few months after birth.Her father also had multiple pigmented spots and a history of multifocal GISTs.Multiple GISTs associated with diffuse interstitial Cajal cells(ICCs)hyperplasia were positive for CD117 and DOG-1.Gene sequencing revealed a germline mutation at codon 560 of exon 11(p.V560G)of KIT gene in these two patients.Imatinib therapy showed the long-lasting disease stability after resection.Remarkably,the hypopigmentation of the skin could also be observed.Luckily germline KIT mutation has not been identified yet in the 3-year-old daughter of the female patient.CONCLUSION Diagnosis of familial GISTs depends on combination of diffuse ICCs hyperplasia,germline KIT/PDGFRA mutation,hyperpigmentation and family history.展开更多

Methods This study enrolled 5154 participants. By excluding subjects with hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, kidney diseases, and overweight condition, as well as those with an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR)(60 ml/(min· 1.73 m^2), apparently healthy subjects (1168) were selected. Urine albumin was measured by using the immunoturbidimetic method, serum creatinine was measured by using Jaffe's kinetic method on a morning spot-urine sample, and ACR was calculated. The 95th percentile of ACR in the healthy subjects was used as the normal upper limit. Results The normal upper limit of ACR was 28.71 mg/g (3.25 mg/retool) for males and 31.85 mg/g (3.60 rag/retool) for females. Based on this ACR reference value, the age-gender standardized prevalence of albuminuria in the rural areas of Hebei province was 12.9%. Conclusion The ACR reference value in the rural of Hebei province is higher than that of the Western population.展开更多

文摘A prototype thick-GEM-based cooling storage ring external-target experiment(CEE) time projection chamber(TPC) is constructed and tested with the pulsed ultraviolet laser beams. The results indicate that the prototype TPC has a good performance in three-dimensional track resolution. In X direction the position resolution is about 0.2 mm, and in Y direction the position resolution is about 0.5 mm. The results also determine that the energy resolution is about 5.4%, which achieve the requirements of the CEE experiment and can be used to study the nuclear state equation and the quantum chromo dynamics.
文摘背景与目的间质性肺病(interstitial lung disease,ILD)是一组主要累及肺间质和肺泡腔导致肺泡-毛细血管功能单位丧失的弥漫性肺疾病,常导致限制性通气功能障碍和弥散功能障碍。ILD基础上肺癌发病率增高,肺癌合并间质性肺病(lung cancer combined with ILD,LC-ILD)的手术风险明显增加。本研究旨在探讨LC-ILD外科治疗的安全性,总结围术期诊治经验。方法回顾性分析2012年1月-2019年12月北京医院胸外科收治的LC-ILD行肺切除术的患者资料,总结其临床表现、影像、病理、手术安全性、围术期并发症和诊治经验。结果本研究共纳入23例患者,男性20例(87.0%),平均年龄(69.1±7.8)岁,吸烟者19例(82.6%)。ILD类型包括特发性肺纤维化14例(60.9%)、特发性非特异性间质性肺炎7例(30.4%)、结缔组织病相关ILD 2例(8.7%)。肺癌病理包括腺癌7例(30.4%)、小细胞癌7例(30.4%)、鳞癌6例(26.1%)、小细胞癌混合鳞癌1例(4.3%)、大细胞癌2例(8.7%)。手术入路包括经电视胸腔镜16例(69.6%)和前外侧开胸7例(30.4%),切除方式包括肺叶切除13例(56.5%)、双肺叶切除1例(4.3%)和亚肺叶切除9例(39.1%)。术后90 d并发症11例(47.8%),其中肺部并发症8例(34.8%),ILD急性加重(acute exacerbation of ILD,AE-ILD)4例(17.4%),心房纤颤6例(26.1%),急性左心功能不全1例(4.3%)。术后90 d死亡2例(8.7%),死因均为AE-ILD。结论LC-ILD以合并症多、肺功能差的高龄患者居多,手术风险明显增高。术前应充分控制ILD病情,术中尽量降低手术创伤,术后应特别关注肺部并发症和AE-ILD。AEILD预后差,治疗难度大,糖皮质激素有助于改善病情,早诊早治是治疗关键。
文摘We synthesized a mesoporous film based on TiO2-reduced graphene oxide(RGO)hybrids using a one-step vapor-thermal method without the need for an additional annealing process.The vapor-thermally prepared TiO2-graphene hybrid(VTH)features unique structures with an ultra-large specific surface area of^260 m^2 g^-1 and low aggregation,giving rise to enhanced light harvesting and increased charge generation and separation efficiency.It was observed that a mesoporous film with uniform pore distribution is simultaneously obtained during the VTH growth process.When a 5.0 wt%RGO VTH film was used as the active layer in photocatalysis,the highest photocatalytic activity for degradation of methyl orange was achieved.For another,when a 0.75 wt%RGO VTH film was used as the photoanode in a dye-sensitized solar cell,the power conversion efficiency reached 7.58%,which represents an increase of 73.1%compared to a solar cell using an a photoanode of pure TiO2 synthesized by a traditional solvothermal method.It is expected that this facile method for the synthesis of TiO2/graphene hybrid mesoporous films will be useful in practical applications for preparing other metal oxide/graphene hybrids with ultra-high photocatalytic activity and photovoltaic performance.

文摘BACKGROUND Multiple studies have demonstrated that neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT) can prolong the overall survival of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC) patients. However, most studies have focused on open surgery following NACT.AIM To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic radical resection following NACT for PDAC.METHODS We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 15 patients with pathologically confirmed PDAC who received NACT followed by laparoscopic radical surgery in our hospital from December 2019 to April 2022. All patients underwent abdominal contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CT) and positron emission tomography-CT before surgery to accurately assess tumor stage and exclude distant metastasis.RESULTS All 15 patients with pancreatic cancer were successfully converted to surgical resection after NACT, including 8 patients with pancreatic head cancer and 7 patients with pancreatic body and tail cancer. Among them, 13 patients received the nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine regimen(gemcitabine 1000 mg/m^(2) plus nabpaclitaxel 125 mg/m^(2) on days 1, 8, and 15 every 4 wk) and 2 patients received the modified FOLFIRINOX regimen(intravenous oxaliplatin 68 mg/m^(2), irinotecan 135 mg/m^(2), and leucovorin 400 mg/m^(2) on day 1 and fluorouracil 400 mg/m^(2) on day 1, followed by 46-h continuous infusion of fluorouracil 2400 mg/m^(2)). After each treatment cycle, abdominal CT, tumor markers, and circulating tumor cell counts were reviewed to evaluate the treatment efficacy. All 15 patients achieved partial remission. The surgical procedures included laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD, n = 8) and laparoscopic radical antegrade modular pancreatosplenectomy(L-RAMPS, n = 7). None of them were converted to a laparotomy. One patient with pancreatic head carcinoma was found to have portal vein involvement during the operation, and LPD combined with vascular resection and reconstruction was performed. The amount of blood loss and operation times of L-RAMPS vs LPD were 435.71 ± 32.37 m L vs 343.75 ± 145.01 m L and 272.52 ± 49.14 min vs 444.38 ± 68.63 min, respectively. The number of dissected lymph nodes was 16.87 ± 4.10, and 3 patients had positive lymph nodes. One patient developed grade B postoperative pancreatic fistula(POPF) after LRAMPS, and one patient experienced jaundice after LPD. None of the patients died after surgery. As of April 2022, progressive disease was noted in 4 patients, 2 patients had liver metastasis, and one had both liver metastasis and lymph node metastasis and died during the follow-up period.CONCLUSION Laparoscopic radical resection of PDAC after NACT is safe and effective if it is performed by a surgeon with rich experience in LPD and in a large center of pancreatic surgery.
文摘BACKGROUND Fish gallbladder has long been used as a folk remedy in Asian countries.Multiple organ damage after ingestion of fish gallbladder resulting in near mortality has been known to us.Here,we describe a case of acute renal failure(ARF)and hepatitis due to grass carp gallbladder poisoning and review the literature.CASE SUMMARY A previously healthy,50-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with a 2-d history of generalized abdominal pain and repeated vomiting following ingestion of two raw grass carp gallbladders in an attempt to alleviate her cough.She developed anuria on day 4 with markedly elevated serum creatinine,urea,bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase,and aspartate aminotransferase.Based on thorough evaluation of her history and prompt biochemical investigations,we diagnosed her with ARF and hepatitis secondary to fish gallbladder poisoning.Her renal biopsy revealed acute tubular necrosis,following which she underwent six sessions of conventional hemodialysis due to renal failure.Supportive treatment with gastric mucosal protectant and liver protectant was administered for targeted organ protection.The patient’s liver function gradually recovered,and serum creatinine was 164 mmol/L at discharge on day 24.Over a follow-up period of 2 wk,her renal function completely recovered.CONCLUSION Physicians should be mindful of toxic complications of raw grass carp gallbladder ingestion and we should promote awareness to reduce incidences of food poisoning.

文摘The nature of the Cooper pairing in the paradigmatic unconventional superconductor Sr_(2)RuO_(4) is an outstanding puzzle in condensed matter physics.Despite the tremendous efforts made in the past twenty-seven years,neither the pairing symmetry nor the underlying pairing mechanism in this material has been understood with clear consensus.This is largely due to the lack of a superconducting order that is capable of interpreting in a coherent manner the numerous essential experimental observations.At this stage,it may be desirable to reexamine our existing theoretical descriptions of superconducting Sr_(2)RuO_(4).This review focuses on several recent developments that may provide some clues for future study.We highlight three separate aspects:1)any pairing in the Eu symmetry channel,with which the widely discussed chiral p-wave is associated,shall acquire a 3D structure due to spin-orbit entanglement;2)if the reported Kerr effect is a superconductivity-induced intrinsic bulk response,the superconductivity must either exhibit a chiral character,or be complex mixtures of certain set of helical p-wave pairings;3)when expressed in a multiorbital basis,the Cooper pairing could acquire numerous exotic forms that are inaccessible in single-orbital descriptions.The implications of each of these new perspectives are briefly discussed in connection with selected experimental phenomena.

文摘BACKGROUND Familial gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)is a rare autosomal dominant disorder characterized by an array of clinical manifestations.Only 35 kindreds with germline KIT mutations and six with germline PDGFRA mutations have been reported so far.It is often characterized by a series of manifestations,such as multiple lesions and hyperpigmentation.However,the effect of imatinib treatment in these patients is still uncertain.CASE SUMMARY Here,we report two patients(father and daughter)in a Chinese family(for the first time)with germline KIT mutation,and described their pathology,genetics and clinical manifestations.A 25-year-old Chinese woman went to hospital because of abdominal pain,and computed tomography showed multiple tumors in the small intestine.Small pigmented spots appeared on the skin within a few months after birth.Her father also had multiple pigmented spots and a history of multifocal GISTs.Multiple GISTs associated with diffuse interstitial Cajal cells(ICCs)hyperplasia were positive for CD117 and DOG-1.Gene sequencing revealed a germline mutation at codon 560 of exon 11(p.V560G)of KIT gene in these two patients.Imatinib therapy showed the long-lasting disease stability after resection.Remarkably,the hypopigmentation of the skin could also be observed.Luckily germline KIT mutation has not been identified yet in the 3-year-old daughter of the female patient.CONCLUSION Diagnosis of familial GISTs depends on combination of diffuse ICCs hyperplasia,germline KIT/PDGFRA mutation,hyperpigmentation and family history.

文摘Objective To establish albumin-creatinine ratio (ACR) reference value of the rural population in Hebei province. Methods This study enrolled 5154 participants. By excluding subjects with hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, kidney diseases, and overweight condition, as well as those with an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR)(60 ml/(min· 1.73 m^2), apparently healthy subjects (1168) were selected. Urine albumin was measured by using the immunoturbidimetic method, serum creatinine was measured by using Jaffe's kinetic method on a morning spot-urine sample, and ACR was calculated. The 95th percentile of ACR in the healthy subjects was used as the normal upper limit. Results The normal upper limit of ACR was 28.71 mg/g (3.25 mg/retool) for males and 31.85 mg/g (3.60 rag/retool) for females. Based on this ACR reference value, the age-gender standardized prevalence of albuminuria in the rural areas of Hebei province was 12.9%. Conclusion The ACR reference value in the rural of Hebei province is higher than that of the Western population.
文摘The distribution coefficient of return current network is an important method to decrease the rail potential. In order to resolve the problem of high rail potential in high-speed railway based on EN50122-1 and Pr EN50170 the distribution coefficient of longitudinal traction return current conductors is calculated through changing the interval of transverse connection. Based on field data and theoretical analysis, the parameters of longitudinal traction return current conductors are calculated. Results indicate that the best distance of the transverse connection is 400 m – 600 m.
