Dear Editor,Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma(UPS)is a subtype of soft tissue sarcoma first reported by O’Brien and Stout in 1964.1 It is a common soft tissue sarcoma in adults,commonly occurring in the extremitie...Dear Editor,Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma(UPS)is a subtype of soft tissue sarcoma first reported by O’Brien and Stout in 1964.1 It is a common soft tissue sarcoma in adults,commonly occurring in the extremities and retroperitoneum.2,3 However,the incidence of testicular UPS is extremely rare in China and the rest of the world.In addition,radical orchiectomy is the preferred treatment for this disease,but the role of postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy remains unclear.This paper reports the diagnosis,treatment process,and prognosis of a case of recurrent testicular UPS.After performing a literature review,it was found that postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy may prolong the progression-free survival of the patient,so we present this paper to raise clinicians’understanding of the disease.This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Baiyin,China;approval No.YL-X2-2020-018).The patient was informed of the content and significance of the study and signed an informed consent form.展开更多
