开发一种基于黏性蒸馏-气相分离的高纯碲材料制备方法。通过调节冷凝器结构和冷凝温度,达到黏性蒸馏、控制碲优势冷凝区的目的,使挥发性差的物质留在残留物中,而硒在气相中与碲分离,实现冶金级粗碲的提纯。研究饱和蒸气压、碲分子平均... 开发一种基于黏性蒸馏-气相分离的高纯碲材料制备方法。通过调节冷凝器结构和冷凝温度,达到黏性蒸馏、控制碲优势冷凝区的目的,使挥发性差的物质留在残留物中,而硒在气相中与碲分离,实现冶金级粗碲的提纯。研究饱和蒸气压、碲分子平均自由程、不同冷凝位置的杂质分布特征以及冷凝物形貌。500 g级的实验结果表明,在5 Pa、773 K和90 min的最佳实验条件下,碲的直收率为83.40%,纯度高于99.9996%,碲优势冷凝区冷凝物中硒含量降低至2.76×10^(-4)%(质量分数)。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Patients rarely develop complicated infections in thyroid cysts.Here,we describe a patient with chronic infected unilateral giant thyroid cyst related to diabetes mellitus(DM).CASE SUMMARY A 66-year-old male was admitted due to an evident neck lump for 5 d after approximately 40 years of gradually progressive neck mass and 7 years of DM.Doppler ultrasound and computed tomography scan showed a giant lump in the left thyroid gland lobe.He was diagnosed with a large thyroid nodule complicated by tracheal dislocation and had surgical indications.Surgical exploration revealed evident inflammatory edema and exudation between the left anterior neck muscles,the nodule and glandular tissue.Fortunately,inflammatory lesions did not affect major neck vessels.Finally,a left partial thyroidectomy was performed.Macroscopic observation showed that the cystic thyroid mass consisted of extensive cystic wall calcification and was rich in massive rough sand-like calculi content and purulent matter.Postoperative pathology confirmed benign thyroid cyst with chronic infection.CONCLUSION The progression of this chronic infectious unilateral giant thyroid cyst may have been related to DM,and identifying blood vessels involvement can prevent serious complications during operation. 展开更多

Predictive value of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes for neoadjuvant therapy response in triple-negative breast cancer: A systematic review and meta-analysis

BACKGROUND The association between tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte(TIL)levels and the res-ponse to neoadjuvant therapy(NAT)in patients with triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)remains unclear.AIM To investigate the predictive potential of TIL levels for the response to NAT in TNBC patients.METHODS A systematic search of the National Center for Biotechnology Information PubMed database was performed to collect relevant published literature prior to August 31,2023.The correlation between TIL levels and the NAT pathologic com-plete response(pCR)in TNBC patients was assessed using a systematic review and meta-analysis.Subgroup analysis,sensitivity analysis,and publication bias analysis were also conducted.RESULTS A total of 32 studies were included in this meta-analysis.The overall meta-ana-lysis results indicated that the pCR rate after NAT treatment in TNBC patients in the high TIL subgroup was significantly greater than that in patients in the low TIL subgroup(48.0%vs 27.7%)(risk ratio 2.01;95%confidence interval 1.77-2.29;P<0.001,I2=56%).Subgroup analysis revealed that the between-study hetero-geneity originated from differences in study design,TIL level cutoffs,and study populations.Publication bias could have existed in the included studies.The meta-analysis based on different NAT protocols revealed that all TNBC patients with high levels of TILs had a greater rate of pCR after NAT treatment in all protocols(all P≤0.01),and there was no significant between-protocol difference in the statistics among the different NAT protocols(P=0.29).Additionally,sensitivity analysis demonstrated that the overall results of the meta-analysis remained consistent when the included studies were individually excluded.CONCLUSION TILs can serve as a predictor of the response to NAT treatment in TNBC patients.TNBC patients with high levels of TILs exhibit a greater NAT pCR rate than those with low levels of TILs,and this predictive capability is con-sistent across different NAT regimens. 展开更多

目的探讨p53 codon 72基因多态性与中国女性乳腺癌发生风险的关系。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库,收集有关p53 codon 72基因多态性与乳腺癌发生风险的相关研究,检索时限为建库至2021年3月31日... 目的探讨p53 codon 72基因多态性与中国女性乳腺癌发生风险的关系。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库,收集有关p53 codon 72基因多态性与乳腺癌发生风险的相关研究,检索时限为建库至2021年3月31日。采用Stata 16.0、RevMan 5.4软件进行系统评价和Meta分析。结果共纳入13项研究,包括5411例乳腺癌患者和5758例医院非癌患者或社区健康人群。Meta分析结果显示,纯合子模型[PP vs.RR:OR=1.16,95%CI(0.93,1.46),P=0.200]、隐性模型[PP vs.RR+PR:OR=1.09,95%CI(0.91,1.32),P=0.340]及显性模型[PP+PR vs.RR:OR=1.13,95%CI(0.97,1.30),P=0.120]显示p53 codon 72基因多态性与中国女性乳腺癌发生风险无关,而杂合子模型[PR vs.RR:OR=1.15,95%CI(1.05,1.26),P=0.002]则显示有关。亚组分析进一步发现,样本量较大的研究更易得出p53 codon 72基因多态性与中国女性乳腺癌发生风险相关的结论。此外,在杂合子模型中,对照组为社区健康人群或基因型频率符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡时,也易于得出类似结论。漏斗图和Egger's检验均提示无发表偏倚。敏感性分析显示,除显性模型外,其余模型分析均显示单个研究不改变Meta分析结果。结论杂合子模型分析显示p53 codon 72基因多态性可能与中国女性乳腺癌发生风险有关,未来需纳入更多高质量、大样本研究进行验证。 展开更多

Vacuum distillation is a technique suitable for low boiling and melting point materials,to remove the heavy and low vapor pressure impurities at low level.As indium has low melting point and high boiling point,it is suitable for refining by vacuum distillation.First,saturation vapor pressure for major elements in crude indium was calculated by the Clausius–Clay Prang equation,which could approximately predict the temperature and pressure during vacuum distillation process.Second,the activity coefficients for In–Cd,In–Zn,In–Pb,In–Tl at 1373 K,and In–Sn at 1573 K were acquired by means of molecular interaction on volume model.Vapor–liquid equilibrium composition diagrams of those above systems in crude indium were drawn based on activity coefficients.These diagrams could estimate the compositions of products in each process during the refinement of crude indium.Finally,1.2–1.6 ton crude indium was used per day when vacuum distillation experiments were carried out,and experimental results are in good agreement with the predicted values of the vapor–liquid equilibrium composition diagrams. 展开更多

To provide an accurate prediction of the product component dependence of temperature and pressure in vacuum distillation and give convenient and efficient guidance for the designing of the process parameters of industrial production, according to the molecular interaction volume model(MIVM), the separation coefficient(β) and vapor-liquid equilibrium composition of Au-Ag alloy at different temperatures are calculated. Combined with the vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) theory, the VLE phase diagrams, including the temperature-composition(T-x) and pressure-composition(p-x) diagrams of Au-Ag alloy in vacuum distillation are plotted. The triple points and condensation temperatures of gold and silver vapors are calculated as well. The results show that the β decreases and the contents of gold in vapor phase increase with the distillation temperature increasing. Low pressures have positive effect on the separation of Ag and Au. The difference between the condensation temperatures of gold and silver is about 450 K in the pressure range of 1-10 Pa. 展开更多

Experiments on the thermal decomposition of CuSe were carried out by using a thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)at different heating rates.The kinetic parameters and mechanisms were discussed based on model-free and model-based analyses.The decomposition rate and decomposition behavior of CuSe were investigated by using a vacuum thermogravimetric furnace.The results showed that the R3 model was identified as the most probable mechanism function under the present experimental conditions.The average values of activation energy and the pre-exponential factor were 12.344 J/mol and 0.152 s^(−1),respectively.The actual decomposition rate of CuSe was found to be 0.0030 g/(cm^(2)·min). 展开更多
