DEAR EDITOR,The composition and diversity of the human vaginal microbial community have been investigated intensively due to the diversity-stability relationship (DSR)-based hypothesis for bacterial vaginosis (BV) etiology, which was first proposed in the 1990s and has received renewed interest in recent years. Nevertheless, diversity changes (scaling) across individuals in a cohort or population have not yet been addressed, which is significant both theoretically and practically. Theoretically, biodiversity scaling is the core of biogeography, and practically, inter-subject heterogeneity is critical for understanding the etiology and epidemiology of human microbiome-associated diseases such as BV. Here we applied the diversity-area relationship (DAR), a recent extension to the classic species-area relationship (SAR), to study diversity scaling of the vaginal microbiome by reanalyzing reported data collected from 1 107 postpartum women. The model used here characterized the power-law (or its extension) relationships between accrued diversity and areas (numbers of individuals), upon which four biogeographic profiles were thus defined. Specifically, we established the DAR profile (relationship between diversity scaling parameter and so-termed diversity order (q)), similarly pair-wise diversity overlap (PDO) profile, maximal accrual diversity (MAD) profile, and ratio of individual-level to population-level diversity (RIP) profile. These four profiles offer valuable tools to assess and predict diversity scaling (changes) in the human vaginal microbiome across individuals, as well as to understand the dynamics of vaginal microbiomes in healthy women. 展开更多

目的调查医务人员职业倦怠与工作满意度情况。方法采用随机数字表法选取佛山市公立医院医务人员1 620名,采用职业生活质量量表(Pro QOL)、明尼苏达工作满意度问卷短式量表(MSQ)、主观幸福感量表(SHS)进行评定。结果共收集有效问卷1 423... 目的调查医务人员职业倦怠与工作满意度情况。方法采用随机数字表法选取佛山市公立医院医务人员1 620名,采用职业生活质量量表(Pro QOL)、明尼苏达工作满意度问卷短式量表(MSQ)、主观幸福感量表(SHS)进行评定。结果共收集有效问卷1 423份;30≤年龄<40岁的医务人员职业倦怠评分高于20≤年龄<30岁者[(28.29±5.38)分vs.(27.27±5.20)分,t=-1.02,P=0.014],医生职业倦怠评分高于护士[(28.34±5.29)分vs.(27.34±5.16)分,t=-1.00,P=0.009],中级职称医务人员职业倦怠评分高于初级职称者[(28.28±5.16)分vs.(27.36±5.25)分,t=0.92,P=0.020],硕士学历者职业倦怠评分高于专科学历者[(28.49±4.96)分vs.(27.08±5.30)分,t=1.42,P=0.043],精神专科医院及口腔医院的医务人员职业倦怠评分低于其他医院医务人员[(25.39±5.00)分vs.(26.03±4.22)分,F=11.62,P<0.01],而工作满意度评分[(72.98±9.52)分vs.(71.18±8.07)分,F=7.31,P<0.01]和主观幸福感评分[(20.02±3.94)分vs.(20.33±3.67)分,F=5.65,P<0.01)]均高于其他医院。结论 30≤年龄<40岁、医生、中级职称、硕士学历的医务人员职业倦怠水平较高,精神专科医院及口腔医院医务人员职业倦怠水平较低且工作满意度和主观幸福感较高。 展开更多

Developing a Novel Approach for Sludge Treatment Using Microwaves Technology

The purpose of this research is to find a method that can improve the cost and efficiency of sludge treatment. Currently, large amounts of sludge are produced every day, but sludge treatment is neither efficient nor profitable. To improve the sludge treatment process, we proposed the method of using microwave technology to treat sludge. We hypothesized that using microwave technology, we can reduce the volume of the sludge up to 90%, and can save more energy and time comparing to the traditional methods that we are currently using to treat the sludge. To prove our hypothesis, we designed an experiment to compare the solid-liquid boundary height and the solid-liquid mass ratio of the sludge treated by the conventional method and the microwave technology. Prime temperature and time found for dewatering sludge are 70 Celsius degrees and five minutes. The results were rather surprising, as microwave heating demonstrated no significant advantage over conventional heating. The solid-liquid boundary height of sludge heated by conventional and by microwave methods are 22.34 mL and 22.56 mL;the solid-liquid mass ratio of sludge using conventional heating and microwave heating at 70 Celsius degrees are 14.28% and 14.55% (by separation with filter press), or 9.82% and 9.89% (by centrifugation). 目的评估MoodGYM网络认知行为治疗对护理人员焦虑、抑郁情绪的疗效。方法选取180例具有焦虑或者抑郁或者兼有焦虑抑郁情绪的护理人员,随机分成3组,每组各60例,分别使用MoodGYM(MoodGYM组)和健康教育(健教组)进行为期2个月的干预(每周1次... 目的评估MoodGYM网络认知行为治疗对护理人员焦虑、抑郁情绪的疗效。方法选取180例具有焦虑或者抑郁或者兼有焦虑抑郁情绪的护理人员,随机分成3组,每组各60例,分别使用MoodGYM(MoodGYM组)和健康教育(健教组)进行为期2个月的干预(每周1次,每次30~45分钟),另一组作为对照组。干预前后分别采用抑郁焦虑压力量表(depression anxiety stress scale 21,DASS-21)、明尼苏达满意度问卷(Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire,MSQ)和主观幸福感量表(subjective happiness scale,SHS)进行心理评估。结果与干预前相比,干预后MoodGYM组焦虑因子分[(16.76±7.61)分,(9.67±5.78)分,t=21.339,P<0.01]、抑郁因子分[(13.86±7.60)分,(10.91±7.12)分,t=16.716,P<0.01]下降,MSQ工作满意度[(65.11±11.12)分,(67.97±11.10)分,t=-16.400,P<0.01]、SHS主观幸福感[(17.67±4.59)分,(21.83±3.53)分,t=-20.221,P<0.01]升高;健教组焦虑[(15.81±8.24)分,(12.45±7.68)分,t=17.566,P<0.01]、抑郁因子分[(12.44±8.23)分,(12.09±7.95)分,t=3.934,P<0.01]下降,工作满意度[(67.37±9.76)分,(68.91±9.67)分,t=-4.474,P<0.01]、主观幸福感分值[(17.93±3.80)分,(19.85±3.96)分,t=-14.897,P<0.01]升高;干预后,MoodGYM组在改善焦虑、抑郁、提升工作满意度和主观幸福感方面的效应较健教组更明显(均P<0.01)。结论MoodGYM干预能缓解护理人员的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升护理人员的工作满意度与主观幸福感。 展开更多

目的了解佛山市医务人员二级创伤状况及其相关因素,为促进医务人员心理健康提供依据。方法选取医务人员1423例,采用职业生活质量量表中的二级创伤分量表评估二级创伤状况,采用中国大五人格问卷简式版、一般自我效能感量表、Rosenberg自... 目的了解佛山市医务人员二级创伤状况及其相关因素,为促进医务人员心理健康提供依据。方法选取医务人员1423例,采用职业生活质量量表中的二级创伤分量表评估二级创伤状况,采用中国大五人格问卷简式版、一般自我效能感量表、Rosenberg自尊量表、心理弹性量表、朗格专念量表、多维幽默感量表评估人格特质,分析医务人员的二级创伤与人格特质等因素的关系。结果医务人员的二级创伤分值与职称、医院等级、学历、工作时间、年收入以及中国大五人格问卷中的神经质、尽责性因子和多维幽默感量表中的幽默应对因子分值正相关(r=0.06~0.40,均P<0.05),与多维社会支持感知量表中的其他社会支持、朗格专念量表中的专注、Rosenberg自尊量表分值负相关(r=-0.24、-0.19、-0.29,均P<0.01)。结论医务人员的二级创伤与年龄、收入、医院等级、职称、工作时间、学历、神经质、尽责性、幽默应对正相关,与其他社会支持、专注、自尊负相关。 展开更多
