The strikingly rapidly mutating nature of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)genome has been a constant challenge during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic.In this study,various...The strikingly rapidly mutating nature of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)genome has been a constant challenge during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic.In this study,various techniques,including reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction,antigen-detection rapid diagnostic tests,and high-throughput sequencing were analyzed under different scenarios and spectra for the etiological diagnosis of COVID-19 at the population scale.This study aimed to summarize the latest research progress and provide up-to-date understanding of the methodology used for the evaluation of the immunoprotection conditions against future variants of SARS-CoV-2.Our novel work reviewed the current methods for the evaluation of the immunoprotection status of a specific population(endogenous antibodies)before and after vaccine inoculation(administered with biopharmaceutical antibody products).The present knowledge of the immunoprotection status regarding the COVID-19 complications was also discussed.Knowledge on the immunoprotection status of specific populations can help guide the design of pharmaceutical antibody products,inform practice guidelines,and develop national regulations with respect to the timing of and need for extra rounds of vaccine boosters.展开更多
By investigating a harmonically confined and periodically driven particle system with spin-orbit coupling(SOC)and a specific controlled parameter,we demonstrate an exactly solvable two-level model with a complete set ...By investigating a harmonically confined and periodically driven particle system with spin-orbit coupling(SOC)and a specific controlled parameter,we demonstrate an exactly solvable two-level model with a complete set of spin-motion entangled Schrödinger kitten(or cat)states.In the undriven case,application of a modulation resonance results in the exact stationary states.We show a decoherence-averse effect of SOC and implement a transparent coherent control by exchanging positions of the probability-density wavepackets to create transitions between the different degenerate ground states.The expected energy consisting of quantum and continuous parts is derived,and the energy deviations caused by the exchange operations are much less than the quantum gap.The results could be directly extended to a weakly coupled single-particle chain for transparently encoding spin-orbit qubits via the robust spin-motion entangled degenerate ground states.展开更多

There were six categories for the pattern of dampness obstructing the spleen-stomach(0.02466). There were two categories for the pattern of spleen-stomach Qi deficiency(0.013 89).There were three categories for the pattern of spleen-stomach deficiency cold(0.009 15). A facile process to prepare self-reinforced antibacterial paper(SRAP)was developed by in situ synthesis of zinc oxide(ZnO)in partially dissolved cellulose.The SRAP was fabricated by impregnating filter paper in zinc c...A facile process to prepare self-reinforced antibacterial paper(SRAP)was developed by in situ synthesis of zinc oxide(ZnO)in partially dissolved cellulose.The SRAP was fabricated by impregnating filter paper in zinc chloride(ZnCl_(2))solution and then reacting with sodium hydroxide(NaOH).Filter paper was firstly impregnated with ZnCl_(2) solution of 65 wt%concentration for 5 seconds at 80℃,and then pressed at 3.85 kPa for 5 seconds to remove excess liquid.Subsequently,the paper was soaked in a 0.8 wt%NaOH solution for 1 hour,and then washed with deionized water,and dried finally to yield SRAP.Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were used to characterize the SRAP.The results revealed that the SRAP contained intact cellulose fibers as the skeleton,gelled cellulose as the matrix,and clusters of nano ZnO particles as the filler.The SRAP had a much higher density,tensile and burst strength,compared with the untreated cellulose paper,and the folding strength was enhanced by more than fifteen times.In addition,the SRAP had outstanding antibacterial properties due to the presence of nano ZnO particles.展开更多
