分割RCHOP方案在老年初治弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中的疗效与安全性分析

目的:探究分割利妥昔单抗(rituximab)+环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,CTX)+长春新碱(vincristine,VCR)+多柔比星(doxorubicin)+泼尼松(prednisone)的(RCHOP方案)治疗65~80岁初治弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL)... 目的:探究分割利妥昔单抗(rituximab)+环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,CTX)+长春新碱(vincristine,VCR)+多柔比星(doxorubicin)+泼尼松(prednisone)的(RCHOP方案)治疗65~80岁初治弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL)的疗效与安全性。方法:选取郑州大学第一附属医院2013年4月至2022年9月收治的137例65~80岁初治DLBCL患者,根据化疗方案的不同分为分割RCHOP组、足量RCHOP组和减量RCHOP样组3组。所有患者均以21天为1个周期,治疗4~8个周期。比较3组近期疗效、远期疗效和不良反应发生情况,分析患者无进展生存期(progressiom-free survival,PFS)及总生存期(overall survival,OS)的影响因素。结果:分割RCHOP组、足量RCHOP组和减量RCHOP样组的客观缓解率(overall respond rate,ORR)分别为89.7%、90.3%、86.1%,差异无统计学意义,分割RCHOP组的完全缓解率(complete respond rate,CRR)为64.1%高于减量RCHOP样组(33.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.008),而与足量RCHOP组(66.1%)差别不大。生存曲线分析结果显示分割RCHOP组与足量RCHOP组的PFS和OS均无统计学差异。分割RCHOP组相比减量RCHOP样组改善了PFS(P=0.036),而两组的OS无统计学差异。多因素分析显示,国际预后指数(IPI)和分割RCHOP方案对DLBCL患者PFS均有显著性影响(均P<0.05),IPI评分对DLBCL患者OS具有显著性影响(P<0.001)。分割RCHOP组白细胞减少及3~4级白细胞减少的发生率低于足量RCHOP组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.007、P=0.012),其余差异无统计学意义。结论:年龄在65~80岁的初治弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤患者中,分割RCHOP方案近期疗效、远期疗效及安全性、耐受性均良好。 展开更多

We studied the evolution of wavefront aberration(WFA) of a signal beam during amplification in a Ti:sapphire chirped pulse amplification(CPA) system. The results verified that the WFA of the amplified laser beam has little relation with the change of the pump beam energies. Transverse parasitic lasing that might occur in CPA hardly affects the wavefront of the signal beam. Thermal effects were also considered in this study, and the results show that the thermal effect cumulated in multiple amplification processes also has no obvious influence on the wavefront of the signal beam for a single-shot frequency. The results presented in this paper confirmed experimentally that the amplification in a Ti:sapphire CPA system has little impact on the WFA of the signal beam and it is very helpful for wavefront correction of single-shot PW and multi-PW laser systems based on Ti:sapphire. 展开更多

Quantitative Evaluation on the Comprehensive Benefit of Controlled-Release Fertilizer in Typically Middle-Low Yield Rice Field

Quantitative evaluation and analysis was made to the soil nutrients,rice yield,rice and fertilizer utilization rate,and economic and ecological benefits of the slow controlled release fertilizer in typical rice fields with middle-low yield by comparing the one-time application and split applications of slow-or controlledrelease fertilizer( CRF) with farmers fertilizer practice as the control,with the aim to explore the effect of CRF. Results showed that compared with the control,the application of CRF could meet balance nutrients required for rice growth,and the effective panicles and seed-setting rate were higher in the treatment groups of FVOL,SVOL,LADVOLwhich applied CRF. As for soil nutrients,soil pH maintained balance in FVOL,FCAI,SVOL,LADVOL. In addition,differences in soil nutrient reduction amount reached the extremely significant level between FVOLand SXNK.SVOLwhich applied CRF provided reasonable regulation of N,P and K release rate,which showed advantages over blending fertilization and farmers fertilizer practice. Comprehensive analysis found that the application of CRF could make rice tillering growth and decline leveled off,which effectively improved the quality of rice population,and it also had higher input-output ratio than that of the control and good economic benefits. In general,CRF suits to be used widely on rice crop in the regions with medium-low yield. 展开更多

目的:探讨以利妥昔单抗、苯达莫司汀、阿糖胞苷和泼尼松联合布鲁顿氏酪氨酸激酶(Bruton's tyrosine kinase,BTK)抑制剂的方案治疗MCL患者的疗效和安全性,旨在改良套细胞淋巴瘤(mantle cell lymphoma,MCL)的治疗方案。方法:回顾性分... 目的:探讨以利妥昔单抗、苯达莫司汀、阿糖胞苷和泼尼松联合布鲁顿氏酪氨酸激酶(Bruton's tyrosine kinase,BTK)抑制剂的方案治疗MCL患者的疗效和安全性,旨在改良套细胞淋巴瘤(mantle cell lymphoma,MCL)的治疗方案。方法:回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院2021年3月至2023年11月收治的26例初治MCL病例,采用利妥昔单抗、苯达莫司汀、阿糖胞苷和泼尼松联合BTK抑制剂治疗方案的疗效和不良反应。结果:26例初治MCL患者中位年龄为59(41~72)岁,其中男性22例、女性4例,中位随访时间为12(3~28)个月。在26例患者中,总缓解率(overall response rate,ORR)为92.3%,完全缓解率(complete response rate,CRR)为88.5%。中位无进展生存期(progression-free survival,PFS)和中位总生存期(overall survival,OS)均未达到,1年PFS率为81.25%,1年OS率为92.3%。MCL国际预后指数(MIPI)评分0~3分组的PFS优于MIPI评分4~11分组(P=0.020),无B症状组的PFS优于有B症状组(P=0.002),经典型组的PFS优于母细胞样/多形性变异组(P=0.009)。主要不良反应为淋巴细胞和血小板减少症,在随访期间未观察到与治疗相关的严重不良事件发生。结论:利妥昔单抗、苯达莫司汀、阿糖胞苷和泼尼松联合BTK抑制剂的方案在初治MCL患者中治疗是安全有效的。 展开更多

Developingherbicide-tolerance rice is the most efficient strategy to control weed proliferation. CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing, which generates small InDels and nucleotide substitutions atand around target sites using error-prone non-homologous end joining DNA repairing, hasbeen widely adopted for generation of novel crop germplasm with a wide range of geneticvariation in important agronomic traits. We created a novel herbicide-tolerance allele inrice by targeting the acetolactate synthase (OsALS) gene using CRISPR/Cas9-mediated geneediting. The novel allele (G628W) arose from a G-to-T transversion at position 1882 of OsALSand conferred a high level of herbicide tolerance. Transgene-free progeny carryinghomozygous G628W allele were identified and showed agronomic performance similar tothat of wild-type plants, suggesting that the G628W allele is a valuable resource fordeveloping elite rice varieties with strong herbicide tolerance. To promote use of the G628Wallele and to accelerate introgression and/or pyramiding of the G628W allele with other elitealleles, we developed a DNA marker for the G628W allele that accurately and robustlydistinguished homozygous from heterozygous segregants. Our result further demonstratesthe feasibility of CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing in creating novel genetic variation forcrop breeding. 展开更多

[Objectives] This study aimed to investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of Baeckea frutescence L.in vitro and in vivo.[Methods]The anti-inflammatory activity of B.frutescence was measured by mouse peritoneal capillary permeability test,mouse auricle swelling test and rat cotton granuloma test.The RAW264.7 macrophage model was stimulated by lipopolysaccharide(LPS),and the effects of B.frutescence on tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the relative expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(i NOS) and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) proteins was detected by Western blot.Thus,the in vitro anti-inflammatory activity of B.frutescence was studied.[Results] B.frutescence significantly inhibited mouse peritoneal capillary permeability,inhibited xylene-induced mouse auricle swelling and rat cotton granuloma,significantly inhibited TNF-α and IL-6 levels,and down-regulated the expression of i NOS and COX-2 proteins in cells.[Conclusions]B.frutescence showed good anti-inflammatory activity both in vitro and in vivo,and the mechanism may be related to the release inhibition of inflammatory factors TNF-α and the regulation of COX-2. 展开更多

We demonstrate a high-performance acousto-optic modulator-based bi-frequency interferometer,which can realize either beating or beating free interference for a single-photon level quantum state.Visibility and optical efficiency of the interferometer are(99.5±0.2)%and(95±1)%,respectively.The phase of the interferometer is actively stabilized by using a dithering phase-locking scheme,where the phase dithering is realized by directly driving the acousto-optic modulators with a specially designed electronic signal.We further demonstrate applications of the interferometer in quantum technology,including bi-frequency coherent combination,frequency tuning,and optical switching.These results show the interferometer is a versatile device for multiple quantum technologies. 展开更多

Euryale(Nymphaeaceae) is a monotypic genus distributed in eastern Asia, but fossils in its native distribution are sparse as compared to Europe where the genus has disappeared. Here, we describe a new fossil species, Euryale yunnanensis sp. nov., from the late Miocene Zhaotong Basin in southwestern China on the basis of seed remains. Characteristics including an ellipsoidal to almost spherical shape,a smooth surface, a germination cap that covers the micropyle, the separation of the hilum and germination cap(micropyle), elliptic testa surface cells with undulate margins and thickened cell walls collectively indicate a close affinity with the genus Euryale in Nymphaeaceae. Comparisons ofseed morphology and anatomy demonstrate that the newly described fossil species differs from modern and other fossil species of Euryale and thus verify the assignment to a new fossil species. As the modern Euryale is an aquatic plant,preferably living in swamps and lakes with shallow and stable water, we hypothesize that a lake and/or swamp environment with shallow water was present near Shuitangba in the Zhaotong Basin, where the Shuitangba hominoid lived during the late Miocene. This inference is generally consistent with paleoenvironmental data extracted from avian, fish, frog, turtle and crocodile fossils, as well as from aquatic pollen. The fossil history suggests a comparatively recent(Miocene) emergence of Euryale, which is roughly in agreement with the divergence time inferred from the molecular information. 展开更多

The Hippo pathway is a newly identified pathway and evolutionarily conserved from flies to humans mainly regulating cell proliferation.Transcriptional co-activator Yes-associated protein(YAP)functions as a major downstream effector and key node of the Hippo pathway.Phosphorylation of YAP is critical to regulate YAP activity and its corresponding functions.β-adrenergic receptor(β-AR),a typical G protein coupled receptor(GPCR),mediates proliferation in various cell types and regulates multiple physical and pathological processes.However,the role ofβ-AR in regulating YAP remains elusive.Here,we report thatβ-AR can obviously stimulate YAP tyrosine phosphorylation.The mechanism is thatβ-AR stimulation results in tyrosine kinase Src activation and Src phosphorylates YAP tyrosine at Y357.Further studies demonstrate that inhibition of Src kinase activity can obviously alleviateβ-AR induced YAP tyrosine phosphorylation and cell proliferation.We conclude thatβ-AR can induce YAP tyrosine phosphorylation and also establish the Src/YAP pathway as a critical signaling branch downstream of GPCR. 展开更多
