Coating Process of Paeonol Sustained Release Pills

[Objectives] To study the coating process of paeonol sustained release pills by extrusion-spheronization method taking ethyl cellulose as the coating material. [Methods] Paeonol pills were made by Auari AW-95 Full Automatic Pill Making Machine. Coating of paeonol sustained release pills was prepared by Auari Mini Pill Polishing Machine. The prescription and process factors of paeonol sustained release pills coating were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The release of paeonol sustained release pills was determined according to the cumulative release curve of paeonol. [Results] The prepared paeonol sustained release pills released slowly within 24 h, and the release rate reached 80% in 12 h. [Conclusions] The prepared paeonol sustained release pills basically meet the 24 h sustained release standard, and can be further developed and applied. 展开更多

Growth Characteristic of the Oleaginous Mi-croalga <i>Chlorella ellipsoidea</i>SD-0701 with Lipid Accumulation

But microalgae are photosynthetic microorganisms, which normally grow in the light. Because of this growth condition, the commercial viability of microalgal biofuel is limited by current production systems. To obtain microalgal biofuel, fermentation is a more convenient, more economical and practical industry model. In this study, we asked whether and why the dark fermentation of C. ellipsoidea SD-0701 could be achieved by changing the culture medium formula. We focused the research on carbon-containing compounds and the initial pH of media. The results indicated that glucose was the optimum carbon-containing compound, which provided C. ellipsoidea SD-0701 with energy and carbon skeleton for accumulating organic compounds including lipids. When C. ellipsoidea SD-0701 was cultivated in the add-nutrition medium containing glucose, the optimum initial pH for the growth of C. ellipsoidea SD-0701 was pH 7.71. Therefore, if the suitable medium is used, C. ellipsoidea SD-0701 can grow normally in the dark, which is the same condition as the fermenter, and high microalgal biomass (0.50 g&middotL-1) and lipid yield (232.90 mg&middotL-1) can be achieved. 展开更多

A numerically efficient broadband, range-dependent propagation model is proposed, which incorporates the Hamiltonian method into the coupled-mode model DGMCM. The Hamiltonian method is highly efficient for finding broadband eigenvalues, and DGMCM is an accurate model for range-dependent propagation in the frequency domain. Consequently, the proposed broadband model combining the Hamiltonian method and DGMCM has significant virtue in terms of both efficiency and accuracy. Numerical simulations are also provided. The numerical results indicate that the proposed model has a better performance over the broadband model using the Fourier synthesis and COUPLE, while retaining the same level of accuracy. 展开更多
