目的本文针对现有Morris水迷宫实验结果进行分析,探讨间歇低氧对哺乳动物学习记忆能力的影响。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普、万方、Web of Science、PubMed、Elsevier等数据库,根据纳入及排除标准筛选文献,检索时间限定为建库到2...目的本文针对现有Morris水迷宫实验结果进行分析,探讨间歇低氧对哺乳动物学习记忆能力的影响。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普、万方、Web of Science、PubMed、Elsevier等数据库,根据纳入及排除标准筛选文献,检索时间限定为建库到2023年2月25日。使用RevMan 5.3软件对提取的数据进行统计学分析,主要分析间歇低氧对鼠在Morris水迷宫实验中逃避潜伏期和跨越目标象限时间的影响。随后采用敏感性分析的方法对所纳入研究的质量进行评价。结果本研究共纳入24篇文章,263个研究对象。Meta分析结果显示,在Morris水迷宫实验中,相较于对照组,在间歇低氧2周后鼠逃避潜伏期增长[SMD=4.17,95%CI(3.46,4.89),P<0.01];而鼠跨越目标象限时间缩短[SMD=-3.07,95%CI(-3.56,-2.58),P<0.01]。在间歇低氧4周后鼠逃避潜伏期长于对照组[SMD=8.03,95%CI(6.21,10.40),P<0.01];跨越目标象限时间缩短[SMD=-6.79,95%CI(-8.60,-4.99),P<0.01]。结论在间歇低氧不同时间后,鼠在水迷宫中的逃避潜伏期增长;而跨越目标象限时间缩短,即表现出学习记忆能力受损。展开更多
