Using the stroboscopic map and comparison theorem, we proved that the disease-free equilibrium is global attractive determined by the basic reproduction number <em>R</em>1 < 1, and in such a case, the endemic equilibrium does not exist. Using the stroboscopic map and comparison theorem, we proved that the disease-free equilibrium is global attractive determined by the basic reproduction number <em>R</em>1 < 1, and in such a case, the endemic equilibrium does not exist. The disease uniformly persists only if <em>R</em>2 > 1.
