目的:对天天胶囊作安全性研究。方法:本实验选取5周龄SD大鼠100只并将其随机分为空白组、芦荟低、高剂量组(27、108mg·kg-1)、天天胶囊低、高剂量组(108、432 mg·kg^(-1))。连续给药13周和26周后,行血液学检查,同时通过X射线... 目的:对天天胶囊作安全性研究。方法:本实验选取5周龄SD大鼠100只并将其随机分为空白组、芦荟低、高剂量组(27、108mg·kg-1)、天天胶囊低、高剂量组(108、432 mg·kg^(-1))。连续给药13周和26周后,行血液学检查,同时通过X射线检测大鼠的胃肠传输功能,并对肝、肾、盲肠、结肠进行组织病理学观察。结果:在给药13周和26周,天天胶囊明显增强大鼠胃肠传输和结肠转运的能力,且结肠组织无黑变和炎性病变,天天胶囊高剂量组促进了大鼠结肠杯状细胞数目和肠黏膜厚度的增加。此外,天天胶囊组谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶的活性以及肌酐、尿素氮的含量均无明显变化,肝脏和肾脏无病理改变,但给药26周后芦荟高剂量组肾脏脏器指数和肌酐显著性升高。结论:天天胶囊未引起大鼠结肠黑变和肝肾毒性等副作用,芦荟可能造成肾损伤。 展开更多

In this paper,the approximate synchronization of leader-follower multiagent systems(MASs) over finite fields is studied in regard to local and global synchronization.First,the approximately synchronous state set(ASSS) is obtained.Second,combined with ASSS and transient periods,some criteria for the local and global approximate synchronization of systems are given.Moreover,the algorithms for calculating the maximum approximately synchronous basin(MASB) and the maximum control invariant set(MCIS) are presented.Third,the global approximate synchronization of the system is achieved by designing the state feedback control,and a design algorithm of the controller using the truth matrix method is proposed.Moreover,the results of approximate synchronization are degenerated to complete synchronization.Last,two examples are shown to demonstrate the results of this paper. 展开更多

This paper considers the issue of H_(∞)dynamic output feedback controller design for T-S fuzzy Markovian jump systems under time-varying sampling with known upper bound on the sampling intervals.The main aim is to realize sampled-data fuzzy dynamic output feedback control so as to demonstrate the stochastic stability and H_(∞)performance index of the closed-loop sampled-data fuzzy Markovian jump systems.Then,by making the most of the information within the sampling interval,a suitable closed-loop function is constructed and the integral terms are handled by using free weighted matrix method and improved integral inequality technique.Numerical example and single-link robot arm are presented to show the effectiveness of the developed method. 展开更多

An adaptive sliding mode control(ASMC) method, based on fractional-order disturbance-observer(FODOB), is presented for a class of fractional-order nonlinear time-delay systems(FONTDS) with uncertainties to solve the target output tracking problem.The external disturbances are estimated by FODOB, and the unknown internal perturbations of the system are adaptively estimated by sliding mode control(SMC). Furthermore, Gronwall's inequality approach is used to ensure that the output tracking error is uniformly bounded for FONTDS. Firstly, a fractional-order sliding mode control(FOSMC) based FODOB is proposed for a fractional-order linear time-delay system(FOLTDS). Secondly, combined with adaptive estimation, the ASMC of FONTDS is studied. Finally, a numerical example of FONTDS is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods. 展开更多

This paper investigates adaptive tracking control for mobile manipulators with stochastic disturbances and parametric uncertainties. Based on an appropriate reduced dynamic model and an adaptive law, a controller, which is provided by incorporating stochastic control theory with related adaptive technique, overcomes the problem of over-parametrization. It is shown that the designed state-feedback controllers can guarantee that the mean square of the tracking errors can be made arbitrarily small by choosing suitable design parameters. Simulation studies on the control of 2-DOF mobile manipulator shows the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. 展开更多

The problem of designing a passive filter for nonlinear switched singularly perturbed systems with parameter uncertainties is explored in this paper.Firstly,the multiple-time-scale phenomenon is settled effectively by introducing a singular perturbation parameter in the plant.Secondly,the interval type-2 fuzzy set theory is employed where parameter uncertainties are expressed in membership functions rather than the system matrices.It is worth noting that interval type-2 fuzzy sets of the devised filter are different from the plant,which makes the design of the filter more flexible.Thirdly,the persistent dwell-time switching rule,as a kind of time-dependent switching rules,is used to manage the switchings among nonlinear singularly perturbed subsystems,and this rule is more general than dwell-time and average dwell-time switching rules.Next,sufficient conditions are provided for guaranteeing that the filtering error system is globally uniformly exponentially stable with a passive performance.Furthermore,on the basis of the linear matrix inequalities,the explicit expression of the designed filter can be obtained.Finally,a tunnel diode electronic circuit is rendered as an example to confirm the correctness and the validity of the developed filter. 展开更多

This work focuses on the design of a sliding mode controller for a class of continuoustime interval type-2 fuzzy-model-based nonlinear systems with unmeasurable state information over a finite-time interval.Aiming at describing the nonlinearities containing parameter uncertainties that inevitably appear in practice,the interval type-2 fuzzy sets are employed to model the studied system.To improve the designing flexibility,a fuzzy observer model non-parallel distribution compensation scheme is designed to estimate the state information of the plant,i.e.,the observer is allowed to have a mismatching premise structure from the system.On this basis,the appropriate fuzzy sliding surface and fuzzy controller are constructed by following the same premise variables as the designed fuzzy observer.Then,by means of the sliding mode control theory and the Lyapunov function method,some novel sufficient criteria are established to ensure the finite-time boundedness for the studied systems via a partitioning strategy including the reaching phase,the sliding motion phase and the whole time interval.Furthermore,the designed gains are acquired by solving the matrix convex optimization problem.Finally,the effectiveness of the developed method is demonstrated by two simulation examples. 展开更多
