盐水泥浆工况下对螺杆钻具转子的耐磨、耐蚀性能提出更高的要求,为延长螺杆转子的使用寿命,在35CrMo钢基体上采用超音速火焰喷涂工艺分别制备了WC-50Cr3C2-30NiCr和WC-10Co-4Cr涂层,测试了2种涂层的基本力学性能以及耐磨损和耐腐蚀性能... 盐水泥浆工况下对螺杆钻具转子的耐磨、耐蚀性能提出更高的要求,为延长螺杆转子的使用寿命,在35CrMo钢基体上采用超音速火焰喷涂工艺分别制备了WC-50Cr3C2-30NiCr和WC-10Co-4Cr涂层,测试了2种涂层的基本力学性能以及耐磨损和耐腐蚀性能,并将其与电镀硬铬层(EHC)进行对比,还将性价比更优的WC-50Cr3C2-30NiCr涂层喷涂到转子表面用于钻井实践。结果表明:2种WC基涂层在各项性能上均明显优于电镀硬铬。虽然WC-50Cr3C2-30NiCr和WC-10Co-4Cr涂层性能相似,但WC-50Cr3C2-30NiCr涂层在制造成本和生产效率方面要优于WC-10Co-4Cr涂层。并且,采用这种高性价比的WC-50Cr3C2-30NiCr涂层防护的螺杆钻具在实际生产中表现出优异的使用性能。 展开更多

In the quantum metrology,applications of quantum techniques based on entanglement bring in some better performances than conventional approaches.We experimentally investigate an application of entanglement in accurate ranging based on the second-order coherence in the time domain.By a fitting algorithm in the data processing,the optimization results show a precision of±200μm at a distance of 1043.3 m.In addition,the influence of jamming noise on the ranging scheme is studied.With some different fitting parameters,the result shows that the proposed scheme has a powerful anti-jamming capability for white noise. 展开更多

A novel approach is proposed towards the design of fiber Bragg gratings with multi-channel right-angled triangular spectrum.Firstly,a single-channel grating is synthesized utilizing an adaptive quantum particle swarm optimization with the piecewise constant mutated factor.Meanwhile,the reflectivity spectrum with good linear edge for a short grating is obtained.Then,for its merits of easy fabrication,the superposition method is adopted to design multi-channel gratings with initial spectral distortion.Finally,this distortion is optimized by the method in the first step.It is shown that the design outcomes still retain the features of easy fabrication and short length.Such gratings would be useful as wavelength-interrogation devices with multiple physical parameters in optical sensor systems. 展开更多

Four prenylated flavonoids compounds 1-4,named sinopodophyllines A-D,and a flavonoid glycoside(compound 13),sinopodophylliside A,together with 19 known compounds(compounds 5-12 and 14-24) were isolated from the fruits of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum.The structures of new compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis,including HRESIMS,1D and 2D NMR.Compounds 1-6,9-11,and 14-17 were tested for their cytotoxicity against human breast-cancer T47 D,MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells in vitro,and compounds 2,5,6,10 and 11 showed significant cytotoxicity(IC50 values < 10 μmol·L^(-1))against T47 D cells. 展开更多
