目的:探究四逆散合二陈汤联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的疗效的及对胃分泌功能、血清人生长素释放多肽(Ghrelin)、瘦素(Leptin)水平的影响。方法:将2019.12~2020.12期间于我院就诊的84例反流性食管炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组42例,... 目的:探究四逆散合二陈汤联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的疗效的及对胃分泌功能、血清人生长素释放多肽(Ghrelin)、瘦素(Leptin)水平的影响。方法:将2019.12~2020.12期间于我院就诊的84例反流性食管炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组42例,对照组实施常规莫沙必利常规西药治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上予以四逆散合二陈汤治疗,比较治疗8w后两组中医证候疗效差异,比较治疗前及治疗8w后两组中医症状积分、胃分泌功能[胃动素(MTL)、促胃泌素(GAS)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)]、血清学指标(Ghrelin、Leptin)水平、生活质量[胃肠道疾病患者生活质量指数(GIQLI)评分]变化。结果:治疗8w后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医症状积分、Leptin水平均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组明显低于同一时间对照组(P<0.05);两组MTL、GAS、VIP、Ghrelin水平及GIQLI评分均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四逆散合二陈汤联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的疗效显著,有助于促进患者胃分泌功能改善以及血清Ghrelin、Leptin水平调节,亦有利于生活质量提高,有较高临床应用价值。 展开更多

Polarization holography is a newly researched field,that has gained traction with the development of tensor theory.It primarily focuses on the interaction between polarization waves and photosensitive materials.The extraordinary capabil-ities in modulating the amplitude,phase,and polarization of light have resulted in several new applications,such as holo-graphic storage technology,multichannel polarization multiplexing,vector beams,and optical functional devices.In this paper,fundamental research on polarization holography with linear polarized wave,a component of the theory of polariz-ation holography,has been reviewed.Primarily,the effect of various polarization changes on the linear and nonlinear po-larization characteristics of reconstructed wave under continuous exposure and during holographic recording and recon-struction have been focused upon.The polarization modulation realized using these polarization characteristics exhibits unusual functionalities,rendering polarization holography as an attractive research topic in many fields of applications.This paper aims to provide readers with new insights and broaden the application of polarization holography in more sci-entific and technological research fields. 展开更多

The rapid growth of lithium ion batteries (LIBs) for portable electronic devices and electric vehicles has resulted in an increased number of spent LIBs. Spent LIBs contain not only dangerous heavy metals but also toxic chemicals that pose a serious threat to ecosystems and human health. Therefore, a great deal of attention has been paid to the development of an efficient process to recycle spent LIBs for both economic aspects and environmental protection. In this paper, we review the state-of-the-art processes for metal recycling from spent LIBs, introduce the structure of a LIB, and summarize all available technologies that are used in different recovery processes. It is notable that metal extraction and pretreatment play impor- tant roles in the whole recovery process, based on one or more of the principles of pyrometallurgy, hydrometallurgy, biometallurgy, and so forth. By further comparing different recycling methods, existing challenges are identified and suggestions for improving the recycling effectiveness can be proposed. 展开更多

AIM:To describe the design and clinical application of a corneal donor dehydrator which can quickly dehydrate corneas and keep its original shape.METHODS:The corneal donor material is placed on stainless steel beads with different diameters in the dehydrating box to make the cornea the same shape as the steel ball.Then,the cornea is placed inside the dehydrater for rapid dehydrating using the internal cleaning and ventilation system.Totally 83 eyes underwent deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty(DALK)using corneal donor tissue preserved with corneal dehydrater,and 60 patients(60 eyes)received DALK by the same surgeon using corneal donor tissue preserved with glycerol were included in the control group.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),the thickness and transparency of the corneal buttons were recorded.RESULTS:After the completion of dehydrating,all the donor corneas maintained a normal shape without any shrinkage or distortion,and the average intraoperative rehydration time was 43.3±12.1 s during operation.The mean BCVA of the dehydrater group was 0.30±0.18 at 1 wk and 0.32±0.16 at 1 mo,which were statistically better than that of the control group(P<0.001).The score of corneal buttons transparency were lower than that of the control group with statistical difference(P<0.001).The thickness of corneal buttons at 1 wk and at 1 mo in the dehydrater group was significantly better than that of the control group respectively(P<0.001).One week after operation,no corneal button turbidity or edema was observed in both groups.CONCLUSION:The dehydrater can quickly dehydrate the corneal material in a clean and airtight environment and maintain the original shape of the corneal donor during the dehydrating process.This dehydrater is recommended for long-term high-quality preservation in areas where corneal materials cannot be used within a reasonable time period. 展开更多

目的 探讨围绕福尔马林固定石蜡包埋(formalin fixed paraffin embedded, FFPE)样本特性获取更高质量/得率的纳米磁珠核酸提取方案,改进分子病理技术。方法 合成4大类15个小类的备选磁珠,以FFPE样本为中心,筛选高质量/得率磁珠。模拟常... 目的 探讨围绕福尔马林固定石蜡包埋(formalin fixed paraffin embedded, FFPE)样本特性获取更高质量/得率的纳米磁珠核酸提取方案,改进分子病理技术。方法 合成4大类15个小类的备选磁珠,以FFPE样本为中心,筛选高质量/得率磁珠。模拟常规组织、粗针穿刺(肝脏)、纤维支气管镜样本(肺),装管相同张数连片。采用筛选的最佳磁珠与市场出售的常见磁珠试剂提取核酸,横向对比纯化总量、片段大小等质量参数。应用PCR和Sanger验证核酸的下游应用。结果 以FFPE样本DNA为中心筛选自制纳米磁珠,获得最佳性能纳米磁珠总回收率为58.5%±1.58%,5种市售商品化磁珠和3种国产磁珠总回收率为18.68%~40.71%。相同组织量(连片)提取的DNA总量,在模拟常规组织、粗针穿刺和纤维支气管镜样本核酸得率比市售试剂盒提高39.49%~181.72%(P<0.05)。模拟纤维支气管镜样本1张(4μm)总量可达100 ng以上、5张总量可达400 ng以上。结论 以FFPE样本DNA为中心筛选的DNA纯化纳米磁珠,与商品化磁珠相比有较大提升,为临床分子病理检测的质量保证、自动化检测和项目拓展提供空间。 展开更多

节状地下连续墙(简称节状墙)是一种新型的地基基础形式,具备良好的工程特性,相对于传统地下连续墙而言,由于节部的存在,其抗拔承载力得到了有效地提升。目前,节状墙的应用及研究尚处于起步阶段,其变形特性与破坏模式亟待摸清。通过室内... 节状地下连续墙(简称节状墙)是一种新型的地基基础形式,具备良好的工程特性,相对于传统地下连续墙而言,由于节部的存在,其抗拔承载力得到了有效地提升。目前,节状墙的应用及研究尚处于起步阶段,其变形特性与破坏模式亟待摸清。通过室内模型试验辅以粒子图像测速(particle image velocimetry,简称PIV)技术对节状墙基础竖向受拉下的位移和破坏形态开展了分析,研究结果表明:端部与中部节的设置扩大了深部与浅部土体的影响范围,多部节的设置相对于单部节有利于调动更广范围的土体。节状墙的破坏模式包括垂直滑移面、倒金字塔状或正切曲线和花瓶状曲线(即曲线滑移面)相连接的滑移面。总体而言,与抗拔桩相比,节状墙的抗拔破坏面受到节部数量和位置的影响而表现为复合型,且部分滑移面的走向与土体内摩擦角有关。 展开更多

Two-dimensional honeycomb lattices show great potential in the realization of Dirac nodal line fermions(DNLFs).Here,we successfully synthesized a gold telluride(AuTe)monolayer by direct tellurizing an Au(111)substrate.Low energy electron diffraction measurements reveal that it is(2×2)AuTe layer stacked onto(3×3)Au(111)substrate.Moreover,scanning tunneling microscopy images show that the AuTe layer has a honeycomb structure.Scanning transmission electron microscopy reveals that it is a single-atom layer.In addition,first-principles calculations demonstrate that the honeycomb AuTe monolayer exhibits Dirac nodal line features protected by mirror symmetry,which is validated by angle-resolved photoemission spectra.Our results establish that monolayer AuTe can be a good candidate to investigate 2D DNLFs and provides opportunities to realize high-speed low-dissipation devices. 展开更多

Clinical outcomes and complications between FLACS and conventional phacoemulsification cataract surgery: a PRISMA-compliant Meta-analysis of 25 randomized controlled trials

METHODS: A Meta-analysis w... AIM: To update and investigate the clinical outcomes and complications between femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery(FLACS) and conventional phacoemulsification cataract surgery(CPCS). METHODS: A Meta-analysis was performed using databases, including Pubmed, Embase, and the Cochrane library. At least one of the clinical outcomes and/or complications data in each included randomized controlled trials(RCT) was reported. The quality of the RCT was assessed with the Cochrane risk assessments tool.RESULTS: Overall, 25 RCTs including 3781 eyes were included. No statistically significant difference detected between FLACS and CPCS in terms of corrected distant visual acuity(CDVA), uncorrected distant visual acuity(UDVA), and central corneal thickness(CCT) at the longterm follow up, although FLACS showed better CDVA at 1 wk postoperatively, and less increase in CCT at 1 d and 1 wk. FLACS had better postoperative endothelial cell count(ECC) at 1 and 4-6 wk, while there was no significantly difference between FLACS and CPCS at 1 d, 3 and 6 mo [weighted mean difference(WMD): 51.54, 95% confidence interval(CI):-5.46 to 108.54, P=0.08;WMD: 48.52, 95%CI:-17.54 to 114.58, P=0.15;WMD: 12.17, 95%CI:-48.61 to 72.94, P=0.69, respectively]. Postoperative endothelial cell loss(ECL) of the FLACS was significantly lower than that of the CPCS at 1, 4-6 wk, and 3 mo(P=0.02, 0.008, 0.03, respectively). However, there was no significant difference between two groups at 6 mo(WMD:-30.36, 95%CI:-78.84 to 18.12, P=0.22). No significant difference was discovered with respect to the macular edema [odds ratio(OR): 0.93, 95%CI: 0.42 to 2.05, P=0.85], capsular complication excluding posterior capsular tears(OR: 0.79, 95%CI: 0.42 to 1.50, P=0.47) and intraocular pressure change(OR: 0.82, 95%CI: 0.39 to 1.72, P=0.60). However, posterior capsular tears were more common in CPCS group(OR: 0.12, 95%CI: 0.01 to 0.98, P=0.05). The effective phacoemulsification times were significantly lower in the FLACS group compared to the CPCS group(WMD:-0.78, 95%CI:-1.23 to-0.34, P=0.0006).CONCLUSION: No statistically significant difference is discovered between FLACS and CPCS in clinical outcomes at the long-term follow up. However, higher rate of posterior capsular tears is detected in patients receiving CPCS. 展开更多

ES is a kind of neoplasm with distinct histological characteristics and nonspecific clinical manifestations. Most ES cases have a benign course;however, malignant transformation would occur after a long period of latency. The diagnosis mostly depends on the clinic symptom, histological features and immunohistochemistry. Here, we report a case of ES and literature review. We report 2 cases of 31-year-... Atypical polypoid Adenomyomas (APA) is a rare benign tumour in uterine. It is would distinguished from well-differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma because of his histological features. We report 2 cases of 31-year-old and 33-year-old patient whose symptom were abnormal uterine bleeding. The mass was pedunculated with a narrow pedicle connecting to the pedunculated with a narrow pedicle connecting to the cervical;the other was in the uterine prolapse without pedicle. The surgical procedure was polypectomy only in all two patients with hysteroscopy. The histopathology showed the lesions were composed of a proliferation of irregular atypical endometrial glands separated by varying amounts of cellular smooth-muscle stroma. No mitotic activity was observed in the epithelial or mesenchymal elements in APA. The treatment of APA should depend on the age and reproductive desire of patient. 展开更多

Nrf-2 and HO-1 Expression in Medulloblastoma: A Clinicopathological Analysis

Medulloblastoma (MB) is one of the most common malignant tumors with poor survival in children. Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor2 (Nrf-2) and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) have been considered to play major roles in the pathogenesis of many tumors. There is no report about clinicopathological significance of Nrf-2 and HO-1 expression in medulloblastoma. In the present study, to explore the expression and potential function of Nrf-2 and HO-1 in MBs, immunohistochemistry was used to examine the Nrf-2 and HO-1 expression in 41 MBs and 27 control tissues adjacent to the tumor. The results showed that in the cases of MB, the positive expression rates of Nrf-2 and HO-1 (82.9% and 78.0%) were significantly increased compared with that (37.0% and 29.6%) in peritumoral control brain tissues. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The abnormal expression of Nrf-2 and HO-1 in MB suggest that the Nrf-2/HO-1 pathway plays an important role in the formation and development of MB and may be a potential therapeutic target for MB. 展开更多
