明胶稳定的银纳米粒子的合成及其Fe^(3+)响应性

贵金属纳米粒子(NMPs)由于独特的光学性质而被广泛应用于化学传感、单分子和生物成像等方面。典型的NMPs有金、银、铂。常用的合成水溶性NMPs的方法是以硫醇盐、DNA、树状分子等作为稳定剂或模板来制备。本文选用具有生物相容性的明胶大分子作为模板和还原剂,以硝酸银为前驱体,采取一步法合成荧光银纳米粒子(FAg NPs),并通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外吸收光谱仪(UV)、荧光光谱仪(PL)、纳米粒度仪等进行一系列表征。结果表明,合成的单分散、稳定的荧光FAg NPs的粒径约为12 nm,最大发射波长为530 nm,并能成功应用于废水中的Fe^(3+)的选择性检测。
