However, predicting the clinical response to immunotherap...Background: Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal types of cancer, and immunotherapy has become a promising remedy with advancements in tumor immunology. However, predicting the clinical response to immunotherapy in pancreatic cancer remains a dilemma for clinicians. Methods: GEPIA database was used to analyze the differential expression of MMR and PD-L1 genes in 33 common cancer types including pancreatic cancer. The expression levels of MMR and PD-L1 genes were downloaded from the GEPIA and GEO databases to analyze the correlation between MMR genes and PD-L1, and the clinicopathological and survival information were downloaded from the TCGA databases to analyze the relationship between the expression of MMR, PD-L1 and clinicopathological characteristics, prognosis. Meanwhile, the tumor tissue samples of 41 patients with pancreatic cancer were collected, and the protein expression levels of MMR and PD-L1 were detected by immunohistochemical assay. Furthermore, we analyzed the correlation between MMR and PD-L1, and the correlation between the expression of MMR, PD-L1 and clinicopathological characteristics, prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients. Results: Bioinformatics analysis showed that MLH1, MLH3, MSH2, MSH3, and PMS2 were highly expressed in most cancer types including pancreatic cancer (P P = 0.012), clinical stage (I vs II: P = 0.016), MSH2 expression was related to clinical stage (P < 0.05), T stage (T3 vs T4: P = 0.039), and MSH3 expression was related to T stage (P < 0.05). Besides, both MSH2 expression (P P = 0.044) were significantly associated with prognosis. GEPIA data also showed that MSH2 expression was related to prognosis (P = 0.008). The correlation analysis revealed that the expressions MSH2, MLH1, PMS2 had strong correlations with PD-L1 both in GEPIA and GEO databases. Real-world data indicated that of the 41 pancreatic cancer patients, 5 cases had MLH1 deletion, 5 cases had MSH2 deletion, 4 cases had PMS2 deletion, and 12 cases had PD-L1 positive expression. Notably, PMS2 deletion was associated with PD-L1 positive expression (P = 0.035). In addition, MLH1 was related to clinical stage (P = 0.033), age (P = 0.048), and MSH2 was related to clinical stage (P = 0.033). However, MLH1 (P = 0.697), MSH2 (P = 0.956), PMS2 (P = 0.341), and PD-L1 (P = 0.734) appeared to have no impact on overall survival among patients with pancreatic cancer. Conclusion: Both bioinformatics and real-world data showed that there were correlation between PMS2 deletion and PD-L1 expression, and correlation between MLH1, MSH2 and clinical stage.展开更多

Although AG measuring and testing technique is not new, the purchase and simultaneous testing of 3 A10 absolute gravimeters is unprecedented in China. This study conducted the first acceptance testing of the AGs at 3 locations(the Jiufengshan Gravity Observation Station, the Global Navigation Satellite System Observation Station in Wuhan, and the Jiugongshan Observation Station in Xianning). The results were compared using a method based on expert validation, and the acceptance testing scheme was formulated by referring to the Technical Regulations for Tectonic Environment Monitoring Networks in China and Specifications for Gravimetry Control. Based on the repeatability, precision, and consistency of the measured g values, the results from each instrument were evaluated using the air pressure precision test. Comparing the instrument reference values, the final test results can identify the indicator parameters for 3 A10 AGs, the effects of the surrounding environment, and the related parameters on measurement precision. The precision of A10-059, A10-058, and A10-057 exceeded 0.78 μGal, 0.79 μGal, and 0.42 μGal, respectively.This testing scheme can be used as a reference for conducting acceptance testing of AGs in the future and obtaining absolute gravimetric measurements.展开更多
Objective:Angiogenesis plays a vital role in tumor growth and metastasis.Here,we aimed to find novel efficient antiangiogenic molecules targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA)at the transcriptional level...Objective:Angiogenesis plays a vital role in tumor growth and metastasis.Here,we aimed to find novel efficient antiangiogenic molecules targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA)at the transcriptional level to treat triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods:We used a cell-based seryl tRNA synthetase(SerRS)promoter-driven dual-luciferase reporter system to screen an in-house library of 384 naturally occurring small molecules and their derivatives to find candidate molecules that could upregulate the expression of SerRS,a potent transcriptional repressor of VEGFA.The levels of SerRS and VEGFA were examined by quantitative RT-PCR(qRT-PCR),western blotting,and/or ELISAs in TNBC cells after candidate molecule administration.Zebrafish,the Matrigel plug angiogenesis assay in mice,the TNBC allograft,and xenograft mouse models were used to evaluate thein vivoanti-angiogenic and anti-cancer activities.Furthermore,the potential direct targets of the candidates were identified by proteomics and biochemical studies.Results:We found the most active compound was 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)quinolin-4(1H)-one(MEQ),an isoflavone derivative.In TNBC cells,MEQ treatment resulted in increased SerRS mRNA(P<0.001)and protein levels and downregulated VEGFA production.Both the vascular development of zebrafish and Matrigel plug angiogenesis in mice were inhibited by MEQ.MEQ also suppressed the angiogenesis in TNBC allografts and xenografts in mice,resulting in inhibited tumor growth and prolonged overall survival(P<0.05).Finally,we found that MEQ regulated SerRS transcription by interacting with MTA2(Metastasis Associated 1 Family Member 2).Conclusions:Our findings suggested that the MTA2/SerRS/VEGFA axis is a drug-treatable anti-angiogenic target,and MEQ is a promising anti-tumor molecule that merits further investigation for clinical applications.展开更多
Adsorption desulfurization performance of Na Y,HY and Ce HY zeolites is evaluated in a miniature fixedbed flow by model gasoline containing with thiophene,tetrahydrothiophene,2-methylthiophene,benzothiophene or mixed ...Adsorption desulfurization performance of Na Y,HY and Ce HY zeolites is evaluated in a miniature fixedbed flow by model gasoline containing with thiophene,tetrahydrothiophene,2-methylthiophene,benzothiophene or mixed sulfur compounds.The structural properties of adsorbents are characterized by XRD,N2-adsorption and XPS techniques.Adsorption desulfurization mechanisms of these sulfur compounds over the specific active sites of adsorbents as a major focus of this work,have been systematically investigated by using in situ FT-IR spectroscopy with single and double probing molecules.Desulfurization experimental results show that the Ce HY adsorbent exhibits superior adsorption sulfur capacity at breakthrough point of zero sulfur for ultra-deep removal of each thiophenic sulfur compound,especially in the capture of aromatic 2-methylthiophene(about ca.28.6 mgS/gadsorbent).The results of in situ FT-IR with single probing molecule demonstrate an important finding that high oligomerization ability of thiophene or 2-methylthiophene on the CeHY can promote the breakthrough adsorption sulfur capacity,mainly resulting from the synergy between Br?nsted acid sites and Ce(III)hydroxylated species active sites located in the supercages of Ce HY.Meanwhile,the result of in situ FT-IR with double probing molecules further reveals the essence of oligomerization reactions of thiophene and 2-methylthiophene molecules on those specific active sites.By contrast,the oligomerization reaction of benzothiophene molecules on the active sites of Ce HY cannot occur due to the restriction of cavity size of supercages,but they can be adsorbed on the Br?nsted acid sites via protonation,and on Ce(III)hydroxylated species and extra-framework aluminum hydroxyls species via direct"S-M"bonding interaction.As to the tetrahydrothiophene,adsorption mechanism is similar to that of benzothiophene,except in the absence of protonation.The paper can provide a new design idea of specific adsorption active sites in excellent desulfurization adsorbents for elevating higher quality of FCC gasoline in the future.展开更多

A novel antibacterial acrylate polymer composite modified with capsaicin was successfully synthesized by a two-step reaction.Capsaicin and acryloyl chloride were firstly esterified,and then applied to solution polymer...A novel antibacterial acrylate polymer composite modified with capsaicin was successfully synthesized by a two-step reaction.Capsaicin and acryloyl chloride were firstly esterified,and then applied to solution polymerization with acrylate monomers and styrene.The yield of the esterified products was about 85.3%.The polymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),contact angle(CA)and antibacterial ring tests.The number-average molecular weight(M_n)of the polymer was 27214,based on the capsaicin-acrylate dosage of 6.5 wt%.The TGA revealed a stable thermal property.The contact angles of the polymers films on tinplate increased from 77.5°to 86.2°with the increasing amount of capsaicin-acrylate.The antibacterial tests demonstrated excellent antimicrobial capability of the polymers.展开更多

The differences in the PSD(power spectr...Based on the observations of 36 gPhone gravimeters in 2015, the background noise levels in the seismic frequency band(200-600 s) and sub-seismic band(1-6 h) are calculated. The differences in the PSD(power spectrum density) of each band of gPhone gravimetric gauges in different surrounding environments were analyzed and compared with Peterson's NLNM(new low-noise model) which is derived from the envelope at the power spectrum density of 75 seismograph stations around the world. The results showed that: the influence of station type on the noise magnitude of gPhone gravimeter is very small; The seismic band noise magnitude(hereinafter referred to as SNM) and the sub-seismic band noise magnitude(hereinafter referred to as SSNM) in the coastal gPhone gravimeter are higher than those of inland stations. Although the local hydrological change has a great influence on the gravity observation, the rainfall is not directly relative to the noise magnitude of the instrument. Except 3 coastal stations, the eight stations which had the highest amplitudes in the SNM were located near the seismic belt. This indicates that the SNM of the gPhone Gravimeter may reflect some seismic information.Compared with the NLNM model, the PSD of the gPhone gravimeter is lower than the NLNM model in the long period band(〈3×10^(-5)Hz), indicating that the gPhone gravimeter is more suitable for detecting long-period signals(〉10 h) than the seismometer.展开更多
Amorphophallus konjac is rich in glucomannan,which can be hydrolyzed into glucose and mannose,thereby acting as an economic raw material for the acquisition of glucose and mannose.The total sugar yield was 91.2%when k...Amorphophallus konjac is rich in glucomannan,which can be hydrolyzed into glucose and mannose,thereby acting as an economic raw material for the acquisition of glucose and mannose.The total sugar yield was 91.2%when konjac powder was treated with 0.75%hydrochloric acid at 121℃for 1 h.Thus,dilute acid hydrolysates of konjac powder were used as a carbon source for obtaining value-added products.Here we showed that the microbial production of ethanol and mannonic acid was obtained by employing Candida shehatae(C.shehatae)and Gluconobacter oxydans(G.oxydans).Through a step-by-step bioprocess,glucose is the first selectively converted to ethanol by C.shehatae,which enables G.oxydans-mediated biocatalysis of mannose to mannonic acid.Finally,approximately 100 g ethanol and 340 g mannonic acid were produced starting from 1 kg refined konjac powder.The results demonstrated the feasibility of this bioconversion method for producing mannonic acid starting from crude hydrolysates of konjac powder.展开更多

It is therefore difficult to naturally regenerate by itself and relies on animal d...After maturation, Korean pine (Pinus koraiensis Siebold & Zucc.) seeds often cannot disperse to reach a suitable germination site. It is therefore difficult to naturally regenerate by itself and relies on animal dispersal. Squirrels hoard pine seeds as winter food and Korean pine seeds stored for overwintering might become the source of regeneration of the species. From field observations, the pine seeds are the food preference for squirrels during autumn in the Lesser Khingan Mountains in Northeast China. Such preference by squirrels has been attributed to high seed energy content and the ease of seed storage. However, it may also be expected from nutritional aspects that a coevolutionary relationship between squirrels and Korean pine species could be partially explained by the effect of active seed components and their physiological regulatory effects on squirrels. To test this hypothesis, control experiments were carried out to examine the modulatory effects of Korean pine nut oil (PNO) on intestinal microbiota, inflammatory profile and oxidative stress in mice. The results showed that, compared with mice fed a high-fat diet, PNO significantly improved the physical and the healthy state of mice. Histological analysis of the liver and epididymal fat tissue showed that PNO alleviated liver and adipocyte lesions, and inflammation caused by high-fat diets. PNO also significantly decreased atherosclerotic index and ameliorate serum lipid accumulation to prevent cardiovascular disease, which effect the positive control SG group. Moreover, PNO elevated superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase enzyme activities and reduced malondialdehyde levels in the serum. 16S rRNA sequencing showed that PNO restored intestinal microbiota composition, significantly increasing the relative abundance of Lactobacillus and Akkermansia bacteria. These results suggest that Korean pine seeds not only provide adequate fat, protein and energy for squirrels, but also promote physical health and improve body immunity.展开更多

This paper presents a hw/sw co-verification methodology based on TWCNP-OS, a Linux-based operating system designed for FPGA-based platform of two-way cable network (TWCNP) SOC. By implementing HAL (hardware Abstraction level) specially, which is the communications interface between hardware and software, we offer a homogeneous Linux interface for both software and hardware processes. Hardware processes inherit the same level of service from kernel, as typical Linux software processes by HAL. The familiar and language independent Linux kernel interface facilitates easy design reuse and rapid application development. The hw/sw Architecture of TWCNP and design flow of TWCNP-OS are presented on detail. A software and hardware co-verification method using TWCNP-OS is proposed, through the integrated using of Godson-I test board and TWCNP, which realizes the combination of design and verification. It is not a replacement of the co-verification with generic RTOS modeling, but is complementary to them. Performance analysis of our current implementation and our experience with developing this system based on TWCNP-OS will be presented. Most importantly, since the introduction of TWCNP-OS to our FPGA-based platform, we have observed increased productivity among high-level application developers who have little experience in FPGA application design.展开更多
Energy metabolism is fundamental for life.It encompasses the utilization of carbohydrates,lipids,and proteins for internal processes,while aberrant energy metabolism is implicated in many diseases.In the present study...Energy metabolism is fundamental for life.It encompasses the utilization of carbohydrates,lipids,and proteins for internal processes,while aberrant energy metabolism is implicated in many diseases.In the present study,using three-dimensional(3D)printing from polycarbonate via fused deposition modeling,we propose a multi-nuclear radiofrequency(RF)coil design with integrated 1H birdcage and interchangeable X-nuclei(^(2)H,^(13)C,^(23)Na,and^(31)P)single-loop coils for magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)/magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS).The single-loop coil for each nucleus attaches to an arc bracket that slides unrestrictedly along the birdcage coil inner surface,enabling convenient switching among various nuclei and animal handling.Compared to a commercial 1H birdcage coil,the proposed 1H birdcage coil exhibited superior signal-excitation homogeneity and imaging signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).For X-nuclei study,prominent peaks in spectroscopy for phantom solutions showed excellent SNR,and the static and dynamic peaks of in vivo spectroscopy validated the efficacy of the coil design in structural imaging and energy metabolism detection simultaneously.展开更多
Surface incident shortwave radiation(Rs)can promote the circulation of substance and energy,and the accuracy of its estimation is of great significance for climate studies.The Rs can be acquired from satellite retriev...Surface incident shortwave radiation(Rs)can promote the circulation of substance and energy,and the accuracy of its estimation is of great significance for climate studies.The Rs can be acquired from satellite retrievals,reanalysis predictions and general circulation model(GCM)simulations.Although Rs estimates have been evaluated and compared in previous studies,most of them focus on evaluating the Rs estimates over specific regions using ground measurements from limited stations.Therefore,it is essential to comprehensively validate Rs estimates from multiple data sources.In this study,ground measurements of 690 stations from BSRN,GEBA,CMA,GC-NET and buoys were employed to validate the Rs estimates from seven representative products(GLASS,GEWEX-SRB,CERES-EBAF,ERA5,MERRA2,CFSR and CMIP6).The validation results indicated that the selected products overestimated Rs globally,with biases ranged from 0.48 to 21.27 W/m^(2).The satellite retrievals showed relatively better accuracy among seven datasets compared to ground measurements at the selected stations.Moreover,the selected seven products were all in poor accuracy at high-latitude regions with RMSEs greater than 50 W/m^(2).The long-term variation trends were also analyzed in this study.展开更多

However, MLH1 (P = 0.697), MSH2 (P = 0.956), PMS2 (P = 0.341), and PD-L1 (P = 0.734) appeared to have no impact on overall survival among patients with pancreatic cancer. Conclusion: Both bioinformatics and real-world data showed that there were correlation between PMS2 deletion and PD-L1 expression, and correlation between MLH1, MSH2 and clinical stage.

文摘Three A10 absolute gravimeters(AGs) were first acquired in China by the Hubei Earthquake Agency under the Belt and Road Seismic Monitoring Network Project. Although AG measuring and testing technique is not new, the purchase and simultaneous testing of 3 A10 absolute gravimeters is unprecedented in China. This study conducted the first acceptance testing of the AGs at 3 locations(the Jiufengshan Gravity Observation Station, the Global Navigation Satellite System Observation Station in Wuhan, and the Jiugongshan Observation Station in Xianning). The results were compared using a method based on expert validation, and the acceptance testing scheme was formulated by referring to the Technical Regulations for Tectonic Environment Monitoring Networks in China and Specifications for Gravimetry Control. Based on the repeatability, precision, and consistency of the measured g values, the results from each instrument were evaluated using the air pressure precision test. Comparing the instrument reference values, the final test results can identify the indicator parameters for 3 A10 AGs, the effects of the surrounding environment, and the related parameters on measurement precision. The precision of A10-059, A10-058, and A10-057 exceeded 0.78 μGal, 0.79 μGal, and 0.42 μGal, respectively.This testing scheme can be used as a reference for conducting acceptance testing of AGs in the future and obtaining absolute gravimetric measurements.

文摘Objective:Angiogenesis plays a vital role in tumor growth and metastasis.Here,we aimed to find novel efficient antiangiogenic molecules targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA)at the transcriptional level to treat triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods:We used a cell-based seryl tRNA synthetase(SerRS)promoter-driven dual-luciferase reporter system to screen an in-house library of 384 naturally occurring small molecules and their derivatives to find candidate molecules that could upregulate the expression of SerRS,a potent transcriptional repressor of VEGFA.The levels of SerRS and VEGFA were examined by quantitative RT-PCR(qRT-PCR),western blotting,and/or ELISAs in TNBC cells after candidate molecule administration.Zebrafish,the Matrigel plug angiogenesis assay in mice,the TNBC allograft,and xenograft mouse models were used to evaluate thein vivoanti-angiogenic and anti-cancer activities.Furthermore,the potential direct targets of the candidates were identified by proteomics and biochemical studies.Results:We found the most active compound was 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)quinolin-4(1H)-one(MEQ),an isoflavone derivative.In TNBC cells,MEQ treatment resulted in increased SerRS mRNA(P<0.001)and protein levels and downregulated VEGFA production.Both the vascular development of zebrafish and Matrigel plug angiogenesis in mice were inhibited by MEQ.MEQ also suppressed the angiogenesis in TNBC allografts and xenografts in mice,resulting in inhibited tumor growth and prolonged overall survival(P<0.05).Finally,we found that MEQ regulated SerRS transcription by interacting with MTA2(Metastasis Associated 1 Family Member 2).Conclusions:Our findings suggested that the MTA2/SerRS/VEGFA axis is a drug-treatable anti-angiogenic target,and MEQ is a promising anti-tumor molecule that merits further investigation for clinical applications.

文摘Adsorption desulfurization performance of Na Y,HY and Ce HY zeolites is evaluated in a miniature fixedbed flow by model gasoline containing with thiophene,tetrahydrothiophene,2-methylthiophene,benzothiophene or mixed sulfur compounds.The structural properties of adsorbents are characterized by XRD,N2-adsorption and XPS techniques.Adsorption desulfurization mechanisms of these sulfur compounds over the specific active sites of adsorbents as a major focus of this work,have been systematically investigated by using in situ FT-IR spectroscopy with single and double probing molecules.Desulfurization experimental results show that the Ce HY adsorbent exhibits superior adsorption sulfur capacity at breakthrough point of zero sulfur for ultra-deep removal of each thiophenic sulfur compound,especially in the capture of aromatic 2-methylthiophene(about ca.28.6 mgS/gadsorbent).The results of in situ FT-IR with single probing molecule demonstrate an important finding that high oligomerization ability of thiophene or 2-methylthiophene on the CeHY can promote the breakthrough adsorption sulfur capacity,mainly resulting from the synergy between Br?nsted acid sites and Ce(III)hydroxylated species active sites located in the supercages of Ce HY.Meanwhile,the result of in situ FT-IR with double probing molecules further reveals the essence of oligomerization reactions of thiophene and 2-methylthiophene molecules on those specific active sites.By contrast,the oligomerization reaction of benzothiophene molecules on the active sites of Ce HY cannot occur due to the restriction of cavity size of supercages,but they can be adsorbed on the Br?nsted acid sites via protonation,and on Ce(III)hydroxylated species and extra-framework aluminum hydroxyls species via direct"S-M"bonding interaction.As to the tetrahydrothiophene,adsorption mechanism is similar to that of benzothiophene,except in the absence of protonation.The paper can provide a new design idea of specific adsorption active sites in excellent desulfurization adsorbents for elevating higher quality of FCC gasoline in the future.

文摘Current electronic technology based on silicon is approaching its physical and scientific limits. Carbon-based devices have numer- ous advantages for next generation electronics (e.g., fast speed, low power consumption and simple process), that when combined with the unique nature of the versatile allotropes of carbon elements, are creating an electronics revolution. Carbon electronics are greatly advancing with new preparations and sophisticated designs. In this perspective, representatives with various dimensions, e.g., carbon nanotubes, graphene, bulk diamond, and their extraordinary performance, are reviewed. The associated state-of-the-art devices and composite hybrid all-carbon structures are also emphasized to reveal their potential in the electronics field. Advances in commercial production have improved the cost effi-ciency, material quality, and device design, accelerating the promise of carbon materials.

文摘The halbach permanent magnet synchronous motor(HPMSM)combines the advantages of permanent magnet motors and halbach arrays,which make it very suitable to act as a robot joint motor,and it can also be used in other fields,such as electric vehicles,wind power generation,etc.At first,the sizing equation is derived and the initial design dimensions are calculated for the HPMSM with the rated power of 275W,based on which the finite element parametric model of the motor is built up and the key structural parameters that affect the total harmonic distortion of air-gap flux density and output torque are determined by analyzing multi-objective sensitivity.Then the structure parameters are optimized by using the cuckoo search algorithm.Last,in view of the problem of local overheating of the motor,an improved stator slot structure is proposed and researched.Under the condition of the same outer dimensions,the electromagnetic performance of the HPMSM before and after the improvement are analyzed and compared by the finite element method.It is found that the improved HPMSM can obtain better performances.

文摘A novel antibacterial acrylate polymer composite modified with capsaicin was successfully synthesized by a two-step reaction.Capsaicin and acryloyl chloride were firstly esterified,and then applied to solution polymerization with acrylate monomers and styrene.The yield of the esterified products was about 85.3%.The polymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),contact angle(CA)and antibacterial ring tests.The number-average molecular weight(M_n)of the polymer was 27214,based on the capsaicin-acrylate dosage of 6.5 wt%.The TGA revealed a stable thermal property.The contact angles of the polymers films on tinplate increased from 77.5°to 86.2°with the increasing amount of capsaicin-acrylate.The antibacterial tests demonstrated excellent antimicrobial capability of the polymers.

文摘Based on the observations of 36 gPhone gravimeters in 2015, the background noise levels in the seismic frequency band(200-600 s) and sub-seismic band(1-6 h) are calculated. The differences in the PSD(power spectrum density) of each band of gPhone gravimetric gauges in different surrounding environments were analyzed and compared with Peterson's NLNM(new low-noise model) which is derived from the envelope at the power spectrum density of 75 seismograph stations around the world. The results showed that: the influence of station type on the noise magnitude of gPhone gravimeter is very small; The seismic band noise magnitude(hereinafter referred to as SNM) and the sub-seismic band noise magnitude(hereinafter referred to as SSNM) in the coastal gPhone gravimeter are higher than those of inland stations. Although the local hydrological change has a great influence on the gravity observation, the rainfall is not directly relative to the noise magnitude of the instrument. Except 3 coastal stations, the eight stations which had the highest amplitudes in the SNM were located near the seismic belt. This indicates that the SNM of the gPhone Gravimeter may reflect some seismic information.Compared with the NLNM model, the PSD of the gPhone gravimeter is lower than the NLNM model in the long period band(〈3×10^(-5)Hz), indicating that the gPhone gravimeter is more suitable for detecting long-period signals(〉10 h) than the seismometer.

文摘Amorphophallus konjac is rich in glucomannan,which can be hydrolyzed into glucose and mannose,thereby acting as an economic raw material for the acquisition of glucose and mannose.The total sugar yield was 91.2%when konjac powder was treated with 0.75%hydrochloric acid at 121℃for 1 h.Thus,dilute acid hydrolysates of konjac powder were used as a carbon source for obtaining value-added products.Here we showed that the microbial production of ethanol and mannonic acid was obtained by employing Candida shehatae(C.shehatae)and Gluconobacter oxydans(G.oxydans).Through a step-by-step bioprocess,glucose is the first selectively converted to ethanol by C.shehatae,which enables G.oxydans-mediated biocatalysis of mannose to mannonic acid.Finally,approximately 100 g ethanol and 340 g mannonic acid were produced starting from 1 kg refined konjac powder.The results demonstrated the feasibility of this bioconversion method for producing mannonic acid starting from crude hydrolysates of konjac powder.

文摘After maturation, Korean pine (Pinus koraiensis Siebold & Zucc.) seeds often cannot disperse to reach a suitable germination site. It is therefore difficult to naturally regenerate by itself and relies on animal dispersal. Squirrels hoard pine seeds as winter food and Korean pine seeds stored for overwintering might become the source of regeneration of the species. From field observations, the pine seeds are the food preference for squirrels during autumn in the Lesser Khingan Mountains in Northeast China. Such preference by squirrels has been attributed to high seed energy content and the ease of seed storage. However, it may also be expected from nutritional aspects that a coevolutionary relationship between squirrels and Korean pine species could be partially explained by the effect of active seed components and their physiological regulatory effects on squirrels. To test this hypothesis, control experiments were carried out to examine the modulatory effects of Korean pine nut oil (PNO) on intestinal microbiota, inflammatory profile and oxidative stress in mice. The results showed that, compared with mice fed a high-fat diet, PNO significantly improved the physical and the healthy state of mice. Histological analysis of the liver and epididymal fat tissue showed that PNO alleviated liver and adipocyte lesions, and inflammation caused by high-fat diets. PNO also significantly decreased atherosclerotic index and ameliorate serum lipid accumulation to prevent cardiovascular disease, which effect the positive control SG group. Moreover, PNO elevated superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase enzyme activities and reduced malondialdehyde levels in the serum. 16S rRNA sequencing showed that PNO restored intestinal microbiota composition, significantly increasing the relative abundance of Lactobacillus and Akkermansia bacteria. These results suggest that Korean pine seeds not only provide adequate fat, protein and energy for squirrels, but also promote physical health and improve body immunity.

文摘Previous studies show that the calculated loading effects from global ocean tide models do not match actual measurements of gravity attraction and loading effects in Southeast Asia.In this paper,taking advantage of a unique network of gravity tidal stations all over the Chinese mainland,we compare the observed and modeled tidal loading effects on the basis of the most recent global ocean tide models.The results show that the average efficiencies of the ocean tidal loading correction for O_(1),K_(1),M_(2) are 77%,7 s3%and 59%,respectively.The loading correction efficiencies using recent ocean tidal models are better than the 40 years old Schwiderskis model at coastal stations,but relative worse at stations far from ocean.

文摘Co-verification is the key step of software and hardware codesign on SOC. This paper presents a hw/sw co-verification methodology based on TWCNP-OS, a Linux-based operating system designed for FPGA-based platform of two-way cable network (TWCNP) SOC. By implementing HAL (hardware Abstraction level) specially, which is the communications interface between hardware and software, we offer a homogeneous Linux interface for both software and hardware processes. Hardware processes inherit the same level of service from kernel, as typical Linux software processes by HAL. The familiar and language independent Linux kernel interface facilitates easy design reuse and rapid application development. The hw/sw Architecture of TWCNP and design flow of TWCNP-OS are presented on detail. A software and hardware co-verification method using TWCNP-OS is proposed, through the integrated using of Godson-I test board and TWCNP, which realizes the combination of design and verification. It is not a replacement of the co-verification with generic RTOS modeling, but is complementary to them. Performance analysis of our current implementation and our experience with developing this system based on TWCNP-OS will be presented. Most importantly, since the introduction of TWCNP-OS to our FPGA-based platform, we have observed increased productivity among high-level application developers who have little experience in FPGA application design.

文摘Energy metabolism is fundamental for life.It encompasses the utilization of carbohydrates,lipids,and proteins for internal processes,while aberrant energy metabolism is implicated in many diseases.In the present study,using three-dimensional(3D)printing from polycarbonate via fused deposition modeling,we propose a multi-nuclear radiofrequency(RF)coil design with integrated 1H birdcage and interchangeable X-nuclei(^(2)H,^(13)C,^(23)Na,and^(31)P)single-loop coils for magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)/magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS).The single-loop coil for each nucleus attaches to an arc bracket that slides unrestrictedly along the birdcage coil inner surface,enabling convenient switching among various nuclei and animal handling.Compared to a commercial 1H birdcage coil,the proposed 1H birdcage coil exhibited superior signal-excitation homogeneity and imaging signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).For X-nuclei study,prominent peaks in spectroscopy for phantom solutions showed excellent SNR,and the static and dynamic peaks of in vivo spectroscopy validated the efficacy of the coil design in structural imaging and energy metabolism detection simultaneously.

文摘Surface incident shortwave radiation(Rs)can promote the circulation of substance and energy,and the accuracy of its estimation is of great significance for climate studies.The Rs can be acquired from satellite retrievals,reanalysis predictions and general circulation model(GCM)simulations.Although Rs estimates have been evaluated and compared in previous studies,most of them focus on evaluating the Rs estimates over specific regions using ground measurements from limited stations.Therefore,it is essential to comprehensively validate Rs estimates from multiple data sources.In this study,ground measurements of 690 stations from BSRN,GEBA,CMA,GC-NET and buoys were employed to validate the Rs estimates from seven representative products(GLASS,GEWEX-SRB,CERES-EBAF,ERA5,MERRA2,CFSR and CMIP6).The validation results indicated that the selected products overestimated Rs globally,with biases ranged from 0.48 to 21.27 W/m^(2).The satellite retrievals showed relatively better accuracy among seven datasets compared to ground measurements at the selected stations.Moreover,the selected seven products were all in poor accuracy at high-latitude regions with RMSEs greater than 50 W/m^(2).The long-term variation trends were also analyzed in this study.
