社会组织与企业的合作模式、实践困境及其超越——基于资源依赖视角

社会组织与企业的合作是建立在信任的基础上,通过契约的形式达成合作关系实现公益目标的过程。以双方合作的意愿和互动状况作为划分标准,可分为单向输出型模式、伙伴关系型模式、协同创新模式三种合作类型。其中协同创新模式中组织双方关系最融洽,将双方优势发挥得最大,能产生最佳的社会效益,伙伴关系型模式关系其次,而单向输出型模式关系最弱。当前社会组织与企业合作存在合作意愿不强、社会组织形成对企业的单向资源依赖、社会组织自身发展不成熟等问题。对此,有必要从建立合作机理、实现双方主体平衡以及增强社会组织自身能力三个维度着手,更好地推进社会组织与企业合作。

Risk Analysis and its Preventive Mechanism in Government Purchasing Elderly Home -Based Service from NGOs： A Theoretical Framework

Outsourcing elderly home-based service reduces risk, improves service quality and efficiency while there are risks mainly for demand-side risk and supply-side risk. In order to prevent these risks, risk-management framework should be constructed with risk preparedness, risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and risk disposal as a whole process. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the legal regulation, improve the supervision mechanism, strengthen the purchasing performance evaluation and improve the capability ofnonprofits to delivery the service and so on,
