随着氢能的广泛应用,检测氢气(H_(2))泄漏十分必要。采用溶剂热法合成钯(Pd)纳米颗粒,结合旋涂法从极大程度上简化了覆盖敏感层工艺,在利用微机电系统(MEMS)工艺制备的硅基金(Au)叉指电极上研究了基于“氢致Pd晶格膨胀效应(HILE)”的裂... 随着氢能的广泛应用,检测氢气(H_(2))泄漏十分必要。采用溶剂热法合成钯(Pd)纳米颗粒,结合旋涂法从极大程度上简化了覆盖敏感层工艺,在利用微机电系统(MEMS)工艺制备的硅基金(Au)叉指电极上研究了基于“氢致Pd晶格膨胀效应(HILE)”的裂结式H_(2)传感器的敏感特性,为低成本批量化制备室温型氢气传感器提供了可行性研究。结果表明该传感器对H_(2)的响应值与Pd纳米颗粒在基底上的覆盖率密切相关:覆盖率在一定范围内越大,响应值越小。在室温下,该类传感器对500×10^(-6)~2500×10^(-6)H_(2)表现出了较快的响应速度:响应时间在5 s左右,恢复时间在25 s左右,具有较高的响应值:在2500×10^(-6)H_(2)气氛下高达83%,有较好的选择性和稳定性。 展开更多

手外伤患者术后各关节活动范围及力量对其手功能恢复影响的研究

目的探讨手外伤患者术后各关节活动范围及力量对其手功能恢复的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院手足外科100例手术治疗的手外伤住院患者,观察其手功能恢复情况,分析评估患者手指关节总主动活动度、拇指对指功能及握力和捏力,采... 目的探讨手外伤患者术后各关节活动范围及力量对其手功能恢复的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院手足外科100例手术治疗的手外伤住院患者,观察其手功能恢复情况,分析评估患者手指关节总主动活动度、拇指对指功能及握力和捏力,采用Jebsen手功能测试量表评估手功能,开展相应的线性相关性分析。结果100例患者拆线时间(12.61±2.89)d,拇指对指功能评分(4.29±0.47)分,握力(12.64±2.43)kg。写字时间和拇指总主动活动度(TAM)及拇指对指评呈负相关(P<0.05);翻纸牌时间和拇指TAM呈负相关(P<0.05);拣小物时间和拇指TAM、食指TAM、中指TAM、环指TAM及拇指对指评分呈负相关(P<0.05);模拟进食时间和食指TAM及中指TAM呈负相关(P<0.05);叠棋子时间和食指TAM、中指TAM及拇指对指评分呈负相关(P<0.05);拿起大的轻罐子时间和拇指TAM、中指TAM及前臂旋前呈负相关(P<0.05);拿起大的重罐子时间和拇指TAM呈负相关(P<0.05)。拇指活动范围和指评分、握力及捏力呈正相关(P<0.05);食指活动范围和握力及捏力呈正相关(P<0.05);中指活动范围和握力呈正相关(P<0.05);环指活动范围和对指评分以及握力呈正相关(P<0.05);小指活动范围和对指评分及握力呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论手外伤患者的手功能恢复可受各关节活动范围以及力量的影响,对指功能以及拇指活动度是其术后康复恢复的重点,同时合理的力量训练可在一定程度上帮助患者恢复各指关节活动范围。 展开更多

目的探讨依靠2枚克氏针的动态外固定器与微型接骨板治疗掌指骨不稳定骨折的疗效。方法选取60例掌指骨不稳定性骨折作为研究对象,微型接骨板组(30例)治疗采取微型接骨板内固定,动态外固定器组(30例)治疗采取2枚克氏针的动态外固定器固定... 目的探讨依靠2枚克氏针的动态外固定器与微型接骨板治疗掌指骨不稳定骨折的疗效。方法选取60例掌指骨不稳定性骨折作为研究对象,微型接骨板组(30例)治疗采取微型接骨板内固定,动态外固定器组(30例)治疗采取2枚克氏针的动态外固定器固定,对比分析两组临床疗效、住院时间、手术时间等相关指标。结果动态外固定器组临床治疗优良率(93.34%)高于微型接骨板组(73.33%)(P<0.05)。动态外固定器组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、开始功能锻炼时间低于微型接骨板组(P<0.05)。动态外固定器组并发症发生率(3.33%)低于微型接骨板组(20.00%)(P<0.05)。结论掌指骨不稳定骨折采取克氏针动态外固定器治疗效果更佳,能在较短时间内实现愈合,是一种安全性与推广应用价值高的治疗方案。 展开更多

目的对比克氏针内固定与Herbert螺钉内固定治疗跖跗关节(Lisfranc)损伤的临床效果。方法选取2015年5月-2019年9月收治的58例Lisfranc损伤患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各29例。观察组行Herbert螺钉内固定治疗,对照组行克氏针内固定治疗... 目的对比克氏针内固定与Herbert螺钉内固定治疗跖跗关节(Lisfranc)损伤的临床效果。方法选取2015年5月-2019年9月收治的58例Lisfranc损伤患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各29例。观察组行Herbert螺钉内固定治疗,对照组行克氏针内固定治疗。对比两组手术情况、优良率及疼痛评分。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,失血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Lisfranc损伤恢复优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Herbert螺钉固定治疗Lisfranc损伤疗效确切,具有较好的稳定性及安全性,利于促进骨折愈合、关节稳定,值得推广应用。 展开更多

通过气喷工艺在石英晶体微天平(QCM)上制备了基于还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)与聚氧化乙烯(PEO)两种材料的复合湿敏薄膜,对环境湿度进行检测。所得纯PEO薄膜及RGO-PEO复合薄膜的表面形貌以及化学特性分别通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及紫外-可见... 通过气喷工艺在石英晶体微天平(QCM)上制备了基于还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)与聚氧化乙烯(PEO)两种材料的复合湿敏薄膜,对环境湿度进行检测。所得纯PEO薄膜及RGO-PEO复合薄膜的表面形貌以及化学特性分别通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及紫外-可见光谱进行表征。与基于纯PEO薄膜的湿度传感器相比,基于RGO-PEO复合湿敏薄膜的湿度传感器的动态响应大大提高,其灵敏度从16.3Hz/%RH提升到34.7Hz/%RH。此外,基于复合薄膜的湿度传感器拥有更快的响应/恢复时间,达到传感器吸附/脱附时总频移的63.2%所用时间分别为3s和4 s,而纯PEO薄膜为10 s和12 s;湿滞为1.21%RH,且有较好的长期稳定性。这项研究揭示了基于RGO-PEO复合薄膜的QCM湿度传感器在常温下检测环境湿度的发展潜力。 展开更多

Formaldehyde(HCHO),a colorless and pungent-smelling gas,is confirmed be a huge threat to human health.The detection of formaldehyde is necessary and important.The Poly(3-hexythiophene)(P3HT)/ZnO organic-inorganic composite thin film was fabricated and used as the sensitive layer of organic thin film transistors(OTFT) by spray-deposited method to detect HCHO at room temperature.The process parameters such as P3HT/ZnO weight ratios and airbrushed masses were optimized.The results showed that P3HT/ZnO OTFT exhibited good sensing response to HCHO.Airbrushed mass of 1ml was the optimal mass,and the 1:1 and 1:5 weight ratios of P3HT/ZnO exhibited better sensing properties compared with others.OTFT gas sensors based on P3HT/ZnO composite film provides a novel promising approach to the detection of HCHO. 展开更多

Flexible nitrogen dioxide(NO_2) gas sensors based on organic thin-film transistors(OTFTs) were developed in this work, in which conductive indium tin oxide(ITO) coated polyethylene naphthalene-2,6-dicarboxylate(PEN) was designed for the flexible substrates, and poly methyl methacrylate(PMMA) and poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) was spin-coated as the gate dielectric layer and spray-deposited as the active layer, respectively. The effects of PMMA concentrations and P3HT solution volume on performances of flexible OTFTs were systematically investigated. The results showed that the optimized flexible OTFT exhibited high field-effect mobility(9.51×10^(–3) cm^2/(V s) at a gate bias of –50 V) and excellent response characteristics,including high sensitivity(up to 0.169 ppm^(–1)), good repeatability and selectivity. The flexibility of the developed OTFT sensor was also investigated, and the results showed that the electrical and gas-sensing properties were affected by the bending cycles,thus further work should be done for improving the flexibility of the sensor. This work provides an effective approach in developing high performance flexible OTFT NO_2 gas sensor. 展开更多

In this paper, composite film based on polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)/graphene oxide(GO) was fabricated by spray method on AT-cut 9.986 MHz quartz crystal microbalance(QCM) for NH_3 sensing. The thin films were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-VIS) to investigate the morphologies and the composition contents, respectively. The experimental results reveal that PVP/GO based sensor holds higher sensitivity, larger responsiveness and smaller baseline drift than those based on pure PVP at room temperature. Besides, the prepared sensor exhibits greater response to NH_3 than other gases such as CO, CO_2 and NO_2 at the same concentration. The good linearity, reproducibility and stability demonstrate the practicability of PVP/GO hybrid film in detecting NH_3. 展开更多

A carbon monoxide gas sensor based on single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT)has been developed for detection of carbon monoxide(CO)at room temperature.Copper chloride(CuCl)was mixed with SWNT by mechanical blending.The thin film was deposited on interdigitated electrodes by using airbrush technology.This paper described the fabrication of the sensor for detecting carbon monoxide with concentrations from 20 ppm to 100 ppm.The performance of CO gas sensor was measured by using relevant apparatus to obtain the continuous sensor electric resistance change on exposure to CO and air atmosphere at room temperature,respectively.The results exhibited that the senor presented a larger sensitivity and a good recoverability.The experimental results suggested the potential use of CuCl doped SWCNT for CO detecting. 展开更多

The results shed new insig... A UV-activated room temperature chemiresistive gas sensor based on ZnO nanocrystals film was fabricated. Its gas sensing properties under various conditions were also investigated in detail. The results shed new insight into the adsorption behaviors of gas molecules on the surface of ZnO nanocrystals under UV irradiation. The chemisorbed oxygen species(O^-2(ads)(hv)) induced by UV light govern the adsorption and desorption ways of other gas molecules on the surface of ZnO nanocrystals, which is dependent on the electron affinity of gas molecules. Gas molecules with higher electron affinity than oxygen molecules can be adsorbed on the surface by the competitive adsorption way, extracting electrons from the surface. Gas molecules with lower electron affinity than oxygen molecules are attracted by the adsorbed O^-2(ads)(hv)layer, releasing electrons to the surface. These processes can influence the gas sensing properties of the sensor. Our findings will pave the way for the fundamental understanding and design of UV-activated gas sensor in the future. 展开更多

In this paper,bottom contact organic thin-film transistor(OTFT)gas sensors were prepared.Silicon dioxide(SiO2)and titanium/aurum(Ti/Au)were used as the insulating layer and the electrode for the device,respectively.The multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)/α-sexithiophene(α-6T)bilayer films were used as the active layer,andα-6T single layer sensitive film was also prepared for comparison purpose.The electrical and trace NO2-sening properties of these two OTFT gas sensors were tested and analyzed.The results showed that,the OTFT device based on MWCNTs/α-6T bilayer had obviously better electrical properties,better stabilities and higher NO2-sening response values than the device withα-6T single layer,in which both the carrier mobility(μ)and on/off current ratio enhanced two order of magnitude.The improved performance of bilayer OTFT can be explained that MWCNTs acted as highly conducting bridges connecting the crystalline terraces in theα-6T film.Threshold voltage(VT),carrier mobility,on/off current ratio and grid current which showed extremely similar variation trend as source-drain current,were optional parameters to reveal the gas-sensing characteristic of OTFT gas sensors.Morphology analysis showed that the special feature of MWCNTs had certain influence on the gas-sensing properties. 展开更多
