银屑平丸对小鼠银屑病样模型血清中TGF-β、IL-10表达的影响

目的:观察银屑平丸对BALB/c小鼠银屑病样模型血清中转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)和白细胞介素10(IL-10)表达的影响,探讨银屑平丸治疗银屑病的可能作用机制。方法:将48只BALB/c雄性小鼠随机分为空白组、模型对照组、银屑平丸高、中、低剂量组、雷公藤组,每组8只。所有小鼠背部脱毛后,空白组小鼠外涂凡士林,其余5组小鼠外涂咪喹莫特乳膏,诱发小鼠银屑病样模型;同时予以相应药物进行灌胃干预,连续8 d。观察并记录小鼠背部皮肤皮损面积和严重程度指数(psoriasis area and serenty index,PASI)评分;ELISA法检测小鼠外周血清中TGF-β、IL-10水平;取小鼠背部皮肤组织做病理切片进行组织病理观察。结果:银屑平丸高、中、低剂量组、雷公藤组小鼠背部皮损PASI评分及外周血TGF-β、IL-10含量均明显低于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银屑平丸能降低银屑病样模型小鼠外周血TGF-β、IL-10的表达,这可能是银屑平丸治疗银屑病的作用机制之一。

纳米陶瓷中间合金增强高铬铸铁铸渗层的研究

采用将纳米陶瓷颗粒单独加入或者混入中间变质合金后加入两种方法,通过传统的砂型铸渗工艺在中碳铸钢ZG270-500表面分别制备出纳米粉末增强高铬铸铁铸渗层和纳米变质合金增强高铬铸铁铸渗层两种材料。通过微观组织分析和耐磨性能测试发现:将纳米TiN颗粒以粉末形式直接加入,渗层中的碳化物分散较为均匀,但仍保留有不明显的网状特征;加入变质合金的渗层中碳化物呈颗粒状、棒状或层片状独立分布;若变质合金中加入稀土,渗层中碳化物呈细小的颗粒状,在基体中均匀弥散分布,因此它的硬度较高,耐磨性能最好。

中原城市群经济增长、产业空间布局及其交互效应研究

城市群是不同发展水平的都市圈通过竞争与合作形成的空间交互与叠加的经济区域。城市群经济增长主要受制于要素禀赋、结构、功能及创新等方面,城市群经济增长需要从要素投入、产业布局、空间异质性等多重维度进行考察。引入空间权重的中原城市群经济增长空间杜宾模型结果表明:中原城市群对资本积累的依赖程度较高,空间溢出效应较为明显;中原城市群内部联系较弱,创新程度较低,没有形成基于空间和产业的多维价值链,基于分工与专业化的城市体系尚未形成,产业升级效果不明显。中原城市群因其特殊的地理区位,在发展中应体现柔性化、层次化、多样化和多核化的发展理念和推进措施,各城市内部形成"中心+组团"发展格局,形成优势互补、开放协同和功能完备的城市体系,加速推动空间效应的形成和提升,推动城市群高质量发展。

Linear and Nonlinear Optical Absorptions of a Hydrogenic Donor in a Quantum Dot Under a Magnetic Field

Linear and Nonlinear Optical Absorptions of a Donor Impurity in Spherical Quantum Dots

An investigation of the optical properties of a hydrogenic donor in spherical parabolic quantum dots hasbeen performed by using the matrix diagonalization method.The optical absorption coefficient between the ground(L=0) and the first excited state (L=1) have been examined based on the computed energies and wave functions.The results are presented as a function of the incident photon energy for the different values of the confinement strength.These results show the effects of the quantum size and the impurity on the optical absorption coefficient of a donorimpurity quantum dot.

Binding Energy of an Exciton Bound to Ionized Acceptor in Quantum Dots

Binding energiesfor an exciton (X ) trapped in the two-dimensional quantum dot by a negative ion located on the z axis at a distance from the dot plane are calculated by using the method of few-body physics.This configuration is called a barrier (A-,X) center.The dependence of the binding energy of the ground state of the barrier (A-,X)center on the electron-to-hole mass ratio for a few values of the distance d between the fixed negative ion on the z axis and the dot plane is obtained.We find that when d → 0,the barrier (A-,X) center has not any bound state.We also studied the stability and binding energy of the ground state of the barrier (A-,X) center in a parabolic quantum dot as a function of the distance d between the fixed negative ion on the z axis and the dot plane.

Charged-Exciton Complexes in Quantum Dots

It is known experimentally that stable charged-exciton complexes can exist in low-dimensional semiconductor nanostructures. Much less is known about the properties of such charged-exciton complexes since three-body problems are very difficult to be solved, even numerically. Here we introduce the correlated hyperspherical harmonics as basis functions to solve the hyperangular equation for negatively and positively charged excitons (trions) in a harmonic quantum dot. By using this method, we have calculated the energy spectra of the low-lying states of a charged exciton as a function of the radius of quantum dot. Based on symmetry analysis, the level crossover as the dot radius increases can be fully explained as the results of symmetry constraint.

Ground State Transitions of Four-Electron Quantum Dots in Zero Magnetic Field

<Abstract>In this paper,we study four electrons confined in a parabolic quantum dot in the absence of magnetic field,by the exact diagonalization method.The ground-state electronic structures and orbital and spin angular momenta transitions as a function of the confined strength are investigated.We find that the confinement may cause accidental degeneracies between levels with different low-lying states and the inversion of the energy values.The present results are useful to understand the optical properties and internal electron-electron correlations of quantum dot materials.

Binding Energies of a Positively Charged Exciton in a Quantum Disc

The binding energies of the lowest singlet and triplet states of positively charged excitons confined to a quantum disc are studied using exact diagonalization techniques. We investigate the dependence of the binding energies on the confinement strength and on the effective electron-to-hole mass ratio. The results we have obtained show that the binding energies are closely correlated to the strength of the confinement potential and the effective electron-to-hole mass ratio.

A Study of a Confined Hydrogen Negative Ion

The binding energy of excitons confined to a quantum ring under the influence of perpendicular homogeneous magnetic field is calculated as a function of the ring radius.Calculations are made by using the method of exact diagonalization within the effective-mass approximation.The feature of binding energy of the ground state as a function of the ring radius for several values of the magnetic field has been revealed.The interesting feature of our study is that, in a quantum ring,the geometric structure of excitons may reveal transition.
