目的:探讨小儿导尿管在麦默通微创旋切治疗乳腺良性肿瘤中的应用效果,并分析其优势及价值。方法:本研究系回顾性研究,依据纳入排除标准选择笔者所在医院2019年6月-2020年8月行麦默通微创旋切治疗的乳腺良性肿瘤患者90例为研究对象,将入...目的:探讨小儿导尿管在麦默通微创旋切治疗乳腺良性肿瘤中的应用效果,并分析其优势及价值。方法:本研究系回顾性研究,依据纳入排除标准选择笔者所在医院2019年6月-2020年8月行麦默通微创旋切治疗的乳腺良性肿瘤患者90例为研究对象,将入组对象按引流方法分为无引流组(n=30)、皮片引流组(n=30)和小儿导尿管组(n=30),其中无引流组患者仅接受微创旋切术,不采取任何引流方式;皮片引流组患者通过微创旋切术切除患者肿块后采用皮片对手术残腔进行引流;小儿导尿管组患者则在手术后选择小儿无菌导尿管对残腔进行引流。比较三组的手术操作时间、术后48 h内出血量、瘀斑面积直径、术后48 h VAS评分、术后1个月时残腔内积血情况、术后3个月乳房形态及瘢痕评分等指标。结果:相比无引流组、皮片引流组,小儿导尿管组的手术操作时间、术后48 h内出血量、瘀斑面积直径、手术后48 h VAS评分、术后1个月时残腔内积血情况均明显较优,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后3个月乳房形态及瘢痕评分显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在麦默通微创旋切治疗乳腺良性肿瘤手术中应用小儿导尿管,可减少术后出血,降低血肿和局部瘀斑发生率,减轻疼痛,术后美观度更佳,可作为麦默通微创旋切治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的有力辅助工具,适合临床推广应用。展开更多

The outstanding properties of polymer-clay nanocomposites are achieved at a much lower volume fraction, compared with conventional composites. Polymer-clay nanocomposites can be processed using common techniques, such as extrusion and casting, which are superior to the cumbersome techniques used for the conventional composites. Hence, polymer-clay nanocomposites have important potential commercial value.展开更多
