DA release was evoked by electrical stimulation of the medial forebrain bundle (MFB). DA release from Acb was increased with increasing intensity or frequency of electrical stimulation in a dose-dependent manner and was inhibited by microinjection of CCK-8 (0.5μg/kg) into the ventral tegmental area.展开更多
