Then we constructed protein-protein interactions (PPI) network of target genes, and then analyzed the Key genes in GO analysis and KEGG analysis. Results: We got 97 components, 53 potential therapeutic targets, 1009 GO items and 92 pathways in our study. The main pathways included Lipid and atherosclerosis, Chemical carcinogenesis-receptor activation, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, Human cytomegalovirus infection, Prostate cancer, etc. Conclusion: Xinyi San plays a role in treating rhinitis through multiple components, multiple targets and multiple pathways.展开更多
In recent years,microbial metabolomics,a new field that has attracted wide attention,provides a map of metabolic pathways and clarifies the interaction mechanism between microorganisms and hosts.Many microorganisms ar...In recent years,microbial metabolomics,a new field that has attracted wide attention,provides a map of metabolic pathways and clarifies the interaction mechanism between microorganisms and hosts.Many microorganisms are found in the human intestine,oral cavity,vagina,etc.Probiotics could maintain the good health of the host,while pathogens and an imbalance of bacterial flora lead to a series of diseases of the body and mind.Metabolomics is a science for qualitative and quantitative analysis of all metabolites in an organism or biological system,which could provide key information to understand the related metabolic pathways and associated changes.This approach analyzes the final products of cellular regulatory processes,the level of which can be regarded as the ultimate response of the biological system to genetic or environmental changes.Microbial metabolomics has been widely used in different research fields,such as microbial phenotypic classification,mutant screening,metabolic pathways,microbial metabolic engineering,fermentation engineering monitoring and optimization,microbial environmental pollution,and so on.However,there are only a few reviews on microbial metabolomics of probiotics and pathogens.This review summarizes the main methodologies,including sample preparation,identification of metabolites,data processing,and analysis.Recent applications in microbial metabolomics of probiotics and pathogens are also described.This paper first summarized the research progress and application of microbial metabolomics from two aspects:probiotics and pathogenic bacteria.Probiotics and pathogenic bacteria do not exist independently most of the time;hence,these were reviewed in the research field of coexistence of probiotics and pathogenic bacteria,which was subdivided into important microbial research fields closely related to human health,including the human gut,oral cavity,food,and nutrition-related microorganisms.Then,the main problems and trends associated with microbial metabolomics are discussed.展开更多
This study established a novel method for the simultaneous detection of two-component gases.Radio frequency(RF)white noise disturbance laser current and wavelength modulation were simultaneously used to improve the of...This study established a novel method for the simultaneous detection of two-component gases.Radio frequency(RF)white noise disturbance laser current and wavelength modulation were simultaneously used to improve the off-axis integrated cavity output spectroscopy technique,and a high-precision dual modulation OA-ICOS(RF-WM-OA-ICOS)system was established.The two laser beams were coupled into one laser beam that was applied incident to the cavity of RF-WM-OA-ICOS system.The second harmonic signals of CH_(4)and CO_(2)gas simultaneously appeared in the rising or falling edge of a triangular wave.This method was used to measure CH_(4)and CO_(2)with different concentrations.The results indicated that the proposed system has high stability and can accurately and simultaneously measure the concentrations of CH_(4)and CO_(2),with an optimal integration time of 220 s.The minimum detection limit was 10 ppb for CH_(4)and 1.5 ppm for CO_(2).The corresponding noise equivalent absorption sensitivity values were calculated as 2.67×10^(-13)cm^(-1)·Hz^(-1/2)and 5.18×10^(-11)cm^(-1)·Hz^(-1/2),respectively.The proposed dual-component gas simultaneous detection method can also be used for high-precision simultaneous detection of other gases.Therefore,this study may serve as a reference for developing portable multicomponent gas analyzers.展开更多
[Objectives]To investigate the spasticity of rat tail and the expression of dopamine receptor-1(DRD1)mRNA in the spinal cord after spinal cord injury(SCI)induced tail spasticity in rats.[Methods]Adult male Wistar rats...[Objectives]To investigate the spasticity of rat tail and the expression of dopamine receptor-1(DRD1)mRNA in the spinal cord after spinal cord injury(SCI)induced tail spasticity in rats.[Methods]Adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into Sham group and SCI group.The second sacral spinal cord(S2)segment of SCI rats was completely transected.60 d after operation,the rat tail spasticity was scored,and then the spinal cord tissues below the level of S2 spinal cord transection were taken.The expression of DRD1 mRNA in the sacrococcygeal spinal cord was detected by qPCR.In addition,3 normal rats were used for DAR/neuronal nuclei(NeuN)and DRD1/choline acetyltransferase(ChAT)immunofluorescence staining to study the distribution of DRD1 in spinal cord and the properties of DRD1 positive cells.[Results]60 d after operation in SCI group,the tail spasticity of rats developed fully,and the symptoms of spasticity were typical.qPCR results showed that the expression of DRD1 mRNA in SCI group was significantly lower than that in Sham group(P<0.05).DRD1 was widely distributed in the dorsal horn,intermediate zone and ventral horn at the sacrococcygeal end of the rat spinal cord.[Conclusions]The decrease of DRD1 mRNA expression after SCI may be related to the occurrence and development of spasticity.展开更多
