目的探讨产后运动操联合格林健康教育对剖宫产产妇的效果。方法选取厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院/厦门市妇幼保健院产科2022年1月—2023年9月收治的245例剖宫产产妇。按照不同干预方法分为对照组120例,给予产后运动操;观察组125例给予产后...目的探讨产后运动操联合格林健康教育对剖宫产产妇的效果。方法选取厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院/厦门市妇幼保健院产科2022年1月—2023年9月收治的245例剖宫产产妇。按照不同干预方法分为对照组120例,给予产后运动操;观察组125例给予产后运动操联合格林健康教育。比较2组手术相关指标、角色适应能力[母亲角色适应调查问卷(maternal role adaptation questionnaire,MRAQ)]、自我护理能力[自我护理能力测定量表(exercise of self-care agencyscale,ESCA)]、术后并发症。结果观察组首次下床、首次肛门排气及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,2组MRAQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组MRAQ评分为(60.52±7.48)分,高于对照组的(52.24±7.20)分(P<0.05)。干预前,2组ESCA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组ESCA评分为(114.25±7.44)分,高于对照组的(104.36±7.18)分(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的11.67%(P<0.05)。结论产后运动操联合格林健康教育应用于剖宫产产妇中能够缩短住院时间,使产妇加快适应母亲角色,并且提高自我护理能力,减少并发症发生率。展开更多

The Cu^2...A simple and reliable method has been developed for separation and preconcentration of trace amounts of copper ions in cereals food for subsequent measurement by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The Cu^2+ ions are adsorbed selectively and quantitatively during the passage. The retained copper ions were desorbed from the potassium tetratitanate whisker with 10.0mL of 2mol/L sulphuric acid solutions as eluent and were determined by FAAS. The linear range was 0.05μg/mL-0.20μg/mL in the original solution with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998. The detection limit of the proposed method is 2. lng/mL in the original solution (3σ, n=9). Determination of copper in standard ions showed that the proposed method has good accuracy (recovery was more than 95%). The mainly effect parameters ott the adsorptive efficiency of Pb(Ⅱ), such as the acidity of the solution, the amount of attapulgite, oscillation time and static time were studied. Also the influencing factors of the recovery efficiency of Pb(Ⅱ), including the concentration of hydrochloric acid, the volume of hydrochloric acid, oscillation time and static time were investigated. The adsorptive capacity of Pb(Ⅱ) on nanometer attapulgite was 26.5mg/g and the adsorptive capacity of first cycle and second cycle regenerated nanometer attapulgite were 26.5mg/g and 26.3mg/g, respectively. The adsorptive behavior of potassium hexatitanate whisker to Pb(II), primary influencing factors of adsorption and elution and effect of coexistence ions were investigated systemically. The optimal analytical conditions were discussed and examined. It was found that the adsorption rate of potassium hexatitanate whisker to Pb(II) was 100% at pH 4.0. Pb(II) could be eluted from potassium tetratitanate whisker with HCl (2mol/L) under boiling water for 30min. The detection limit was 5.75ng/mL, and relative standard deviation was 1.66% (n=9, CPb=2.0μg/mL).展开更多

The hydroquinone would be degraded completely after treated by Catalytic wet peroxide oxidation method with Co(II)/active carbon catalyst. After activate treatment, the active carbon was immerged in cobaltous nitrate solution, then put into a drying oven, Co(II) could be loaded on the micro-surface of carbon. Taking the static bed as the equipment, the absorption of active carbon and catalysis of Co(II) was used to reduce activation energy of hydroquinone. Thus hydroquinone could be drastically degraded and the effluent can be drained under the standard. Referring to Fenton reaction mechanism, experiment had been done to study the heterogeneous catalyzed oxidation mechanism of Co(II). The degradation rate of hydroquinone effluent could be achieved to 92% when treated in four columns at H2O2 concentration 10%, reaction temperature 40℃ , pH 5 and reaction time 2.5h.展开更多
A kind of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIPs) with high selectivity was prepared using methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as crosslinker and Gatifloxacin as template. ...A kind of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIPs) with high selectivity was prepared using methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as crosslinker and Gatifloxacin as template. The effect of various parameters such as volume of solvent, functional monomer dosage, crosslinker dosage and polymerization time were investigated. The selective binding experiment for substrates show that the affinity and selectivity for Gatifloxacin were higher than that for blank polymer. Scatchard analysis show that the MIPs recognized template with two kinds of binding sites. The dissociation constant Kd and maximum adsorption quantity Qmax of these two kinds of binding sites were calculated: Kd1 and Qmax1 of the binding sites with high affinity were 8.67×10-4 mol/L and 28.19μmol/g, while Kd2 and Qmax2 of the binding sites with low affinity were1.05×10-3 mol/L and 33.20μmol/g respectively.展开更多
