通过循环伏安(CV)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和恒电流充放电测试方法研究了二氟草酸硼酸锂(LiODFB)基电解液对Li/石墨半电池和镍锰酸锂(LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_4)/石墨全电池性能的影响。结果表明,在首次循环过程中,Li ODF... 通过循环伏安(CV)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和恒电流充放电测试方法研究了二氟草酸硼酸锂(LiODFB)基电解液对Li/石墨半电池和镍锰酸锂(LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_4)/石墨全电池性能的影响。结果表明,在首次循环过程中,Li ODFB约在1.5 V在石墨电极表面还原,形成初始固体电解质相界面膜(SEI),阻止电解液与石墨电极的直接接触,电解液在石墨电极表面的还原得以减少,从而在石墨电极表面形成了致密低阻抗的SEI膜,提高了Li/石墨半电池和LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_4/石墨全电池的循环性能。 展开更多

A novel oligomer PPV derivative(OPPV)is reported,which is designed to contain the oxadiazole function segment in the main chain.Photoluminescence of the OPPV thin Him originates from aggregated states.In a double layer device consisting of poly phenylene vinylene(PPV)and OPPV,emission only from PPV layer was observed and the efficiency of the device was improved by about one order of magnitude compared with the single layer PPV device,this indicates the electron transport characteristic of OPPV.In the OPPV/Tb complex device^OPPV functions as the hole transport layer.A possible explanation is proposed. 展开更多

The upconversion luminescence of oxyfluoride transparent vitroceramics codoped with Er^(3+) and Yb^(3+) has been studied experimentally. There are microcrystallites to form in the oxyfluoride glass which is treated over its transi tion temperature, and the transparent vitroceramics are obtained. The vitroceramics has the better transparency and a high upconversion luminescent efficiency. Our results show that there is strong energy transfer between Er^(3+) and Yb^(3+) in the vitroceramics, which results in the change of the upconversion spectra with intensity of excitation laser. 展开更多

Based on the calculations about scattering rates,the electron acceleration process of ZnS-type thin film electroluminescent devices is studied in detail through Monte Carlo method.The acceleration time and drift length before the balance of acceleration and Scattering are about 200 fs and 30-40nm,respectively.The steady average kinetic energy of electrons increases with electric field.Field emission process of electrons trapped at interface states only affects the acceleration process of electron transport and makes no influence on steady state.New explanations about the“dead layer”phenomenon and the overshoot in the averge drift velocity are proposed based on the calculations. 展开更多
