随着信息技术的不断发展,信息化时代已经来临,显示作为人机信息交互环节最重要的信息输出终端,已经遍及人们生活的各个方面。当今时代显示技术层出不穷,都以实现超高分辨率、大尺寸、真色彩的极致画面显示,满足人们追求极致美好视觉的... 随着信息技术的不断发展,信息化时代已经来临,显示作为人机信息交互环节最重要的信息输出终端,已经遍及人们生活的各个方面。当今时代显示技术层出不穷,都以实现超高分辨率、大尺寸、真色彩的极致画面显示,满足人们追求极致美好视觉的需求为发展方向,目标就是实现高保真图像再现。激光显示是采用三基色激光作为显示光源的新型显示技术,可以实现双高清(几何/颜色)、大色域、高观赏舒适度的"冲击人眼视觉极限"高保真图像再现,被视为显示产业转型升级的重要方向之一。本文立足新形势下显示产业自主可控安全发展的需求,详细论述了激光显示技术和产业特点,梳理和总结了本领域发展现状、趋势和短板问题,凝练出激光显示产业发展路线图,建议我国应抓住这一大好机遇,加大关键核心技术攻关,自主可控加速将激光显示产业发展壮大,支撑下一代显示产业的高端市场,并开拓出激光显示规模产业集群。 展开更多

地基光学望远镜对天观测时,大气湍流扰动引起星光波前畸变将导致其实际分辨率远低于物理极限,这是急需解决的科学技术问题。采用钠信标激光激发海拔80~105 km大气电离层中的钠原子可产生高亮度的钠导引星,可作为信标探测大气对光波的扰... 地基光学望远镜对天观测时,大气湍流扰动引起星光波前畸变将导致其实际分辨率远低于物理极限,这是急需解决的科学技术问题。采用钠信标激光激发海拔80~105 km大气电离层中的钠原子可产生高亮度的钠导引星,可作为信标探测大气对光波的扰动,再利用自适应光学技术进行校正,能使望远镜克服大气扰动影响,获得近衍射极限的分辨率。介绍了钠信标激光的特性与国内外研究进展,尤其是中国科学院理化技术研究所激光物理与技术研究中心研制的钠D2线双峰谱型匹配的微秒脉冲钠信标激光器及其在大型望远镜上的应用情况。 展开更多

The retracing behavior of the phase-matching angle(RBPA)in many nonlinear optical crystals for second harmonic generation(SHG)has been demonstrated by calculation.The generality of this phenomenon is successfully explained by a theoretical analysis based on classical optics.The wavelengths of the fundamental waves and phasematching angles for describing the RBPA of eight kinds of crystals are presented.Furthermore,we point out that RBPA exists generally in both uniaxial and biaxial crystals for both type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ SHG. 展开更多

Tunable blue radiation with a tuning range of 340-460nm has been generated using aβ-BaB_(2)O_(4) crystal for external frequency doubling of a ns-pulsed Ti:Al_(2)O_(3) laser.By pumping the Ti:sapphire with 94mJ/pulse of energy from the second harmonic of a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser,as much as 5.4mJ/pulse at 390nm with a bandwidth of 0.02nm was obtained.This represents an infrared to blue conversion efficiency of 36%and a total conversion(from 532nm to blue)of 5.7%. 展开更多

We report the operation of aβ-BaB_(2)O_(4)(BBO)optical parametric oscillator(OPO)broadly tunable in the visible and the near infrared.Quantum efficiency of 22.7%for the signal and 34.1%for the idler corresponding to the total energy conversion efficiency of 25.9%has been achieved.The maximum average output power and the maximum output energy reached 220m W and 22rnJ/pulse,respectively.By changing the matching angle of the OPO,the output wavelength was continuously scanned throughout 425-2144nm. 展开更多

According to the theory of DBR, with the P-type DBR as an example, the electrical characteristics and optical reflection of the DBR are analyzed by studying the energy band structure with various graded region widths and doping densities. The width and doping density of graded region are decided through a comparative study. The P-type DBR of 980 nm VCSELs is designed with Al0.9Ga0.1As and Al0.1Ga0.9As selected as the high and low refractive index material for the DBR. The 980 nm bottom VCSELs, which consists of 30 pairs P-type DBR and 28 pairs N-type DBR, are then fabricated. In P-type DBR, the width of graded region is 0.02 μm and the uniformity doping concentration is 2.5×10^18cm^-3. Its reflectivity is 99.9%. In N-type DBR, the width of graded region is also 0.02 μm and the uniformity doping concen- tration is 2×10^18cm^-3. Its reflectivity is 99.3%. The I-V curve shows that the series resistance of the device is about 0.05Ω.
