目的:采用星点设计-响应曲面法优选归芪扶正颗粒最佳成型工艺。方法:以成型率、吸湿率、休止角为考察指标,在明确辅料种类后,采用星点设计-响应曲面法优选辅料用量、乙醇浓度等成型工艺参数,并对颗粒的包装湿度进行考察。结果:最佳成型... 目的:采用星点设计-响应曲面法优选归芪扶正颗粒最佳成型工艺。方法:以成型率、吸湿率、休止角为考察指标,在明确辅料种类后,采用星点设计-响应曲面法优选辅料用量、乙醇浓度等成型工艺参数,并对颗粒的包装湿度进行考察。结果:最佳成型工艺为:浸膏粉∶甘露醇∶炒六神曲=6∶2∶1比例混合,以87%乙醇为粘合剂制粒,包装湿度应控制在65%以下。结论:采用星点设计-响应曲面法选归芪扶正颗粒最佳成型工艺稳定可靠,可为后期生产提供相关依据。 展开更多
