牛乳儿童霜对特应性皮炎动物模型损伤缓解效果的评价

目的 观察某品牌儿童霜中鲜牛乳成分对特应性皮炎动物模型皮肤损伤的缓解效果。方法 项目于2019年3—6月,采用2,4-二硝基氯苯涂抹致敏的方法对SD大鼠进行特应性皮炎模型建立。对59只实验动物进行随机分组,分别建立使用含鲜牛乳的实验样... 目的 观察某品牌儿童霜中鲜牛乳成分对特应性皮炎动物模型皮肤损伤的缓解效果。方法 项目于2019年3—6月,采用2,4-二硝基氯苯涂抹致敏的方法对SD大鼠进行特应性皮炎模型建立。对59只实验动物进行随机分组,分别建立使用含鲜牛乳的实验样品组并与使用不含牛乳的基质样品组、凡士林及健康大鼠进行对照。采用Berth-Jones在六区域六体征评分法(six area six sign atopic dermatitis,SASSAD)中推荐的界定方法对患部红肿、苔藓化及表皮脱落情况进行打分;通过检测各组动物血清中白三烯B4(leukotriene B4,LTB4)、半胱氨酰白三烯受体(cysteinyl leukotriene receptor,CysLTR)水平,评价实验样品组缓解特应性皮炎引发的急、慢性炎症效果;通过模型部位皮肤组织染色观察不同实验组预后表皮增厚修复情况。结果 根据SASSAD打分,实验样品组对特应性皮炎干预后打分优于基质样品组和凡士林对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清检测结果显示含鲜牛乳成分的实验样品对皮肤炎症产生抑制效果;组织染色观察结果显示实验样品组预后表皮增厚程度减轻且淋巴细胞浸润减少,进一步提示鲜牛乳成分对炎症的缓解作用。结论 使用含鲜牛乳成分儿童霜对预防及缓解儿童特应性皮炎具有良好效果。 展开更多

This study evaluated the effect of a fresh-milk cream on reducing skin erythema response in 30 subjects(23.87±0.34 years)by objective instrumental method.The model of skin erythema was established by tape stripping and histamine stimulation.Herein the skin erythema index(EI),skin sensitivity value and skin images of subjects were measured.The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS software.The results showed that the fresh-milk cream could continuously decrease the value of the histamine-stimulated area’s erythema index and skin sensitivity,and relieve the skin redness.It indicated that the fresh-milk cream had the functions of reducing skin erythema response and soothing the skin sensitivity. 展开更多

The moisturizing effect of a fresh-milk cream after single and long-term application was studied by the combination of subjective and instrumental methods.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the moisturizing efficacy of fresh milk as a moisturizer in skin care products.Thirty female subjects aged 18~55 years were enrolled and a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled comparison study was applied in this research.The stratum corneum water content and transdermal water loss on the cheek,and VISIA-CR images of the whole face were recorded after using the samples.The subjective evaluation of the subjects were also collected.The results showed that the fresh milk cream played a significant role in increasing the water content of facial stratum corneum,improving the transdermal water loss and skin redness compared with the base formula without fresh milk.It indicated that fresh milk can be added to skin care products as a moisturizing agent,which can replenish moisture and enhance the skin barrier function. 展开更多
