Endometrial receptivity is an important factor that influences embryo implantation.Thus,it is important to identify an applicable approach to improve endometrial receptivity in women undergoing assisted reproductive technology.Recently,growing evidence has indicated that intrauterine platelet-rich plasma(PRP)infusion is an effective method to obtain a satisfactory reproductive outcome by increasing endometrial thickness and improving endometrial receptivity.Therefore,the present review aims to outline the possible mechanisms of PRP on endometrial receptivity and summarize the present literature on the effects of PRP therapy in improving endometrial receptivity. 展开更多

Methods The constituents were separated and purified with chromatographic methods. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods (1D, 2D NMR, IR, and HR-ESI-MS) and chemical analyses. Results One new phenylpropanol glycoside, 4-hydroxyl-5-methoxyl-phenylpropanol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), and its aglycone (2) were successfully isolated from the twigs and leaves of R. primulaeflorum. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new phenylpropanol glycoside. Compounds 1 and 2 are isolated from this plant for the first time. 展开更多

GPR40 has emerged as an attractive drug target for the treatment of type 2 diabetes due to its role in the enhancement of insulin secretion with glucose dependency. With the aim to improve the metabolic and safety profiles, a series of novel phenylpropionic acid derivatives were synthesized. Extensive structural optimization led to identification of compounds 22 g and 23 e as potent GPR40 agonists with moderate liver microsomal stability. All the discovery supported further exploration surrounding this scaffold. 展开更多
