深度学习图像分割算法在胃癌病理切片中的可行性分析 被引量:10

目的采用基于深度学习的胃癌病理切片分割算法实现对癌症区域的识别。方法以U-Net网络为基本架构设计更深层次的胃癌病理切片分割算法模型Deeper U-Net(DU-Net)。采用区域重叠分割法将数据集分割成若干小块图片,然后利用预先训练好的DU-... 目的采用基于深度学习的胃癌病理切片分割算法实现对癌症区域的识别。方法以U-Net网络为基本架构设计更深层次的胃癌病理切片分割算法模型Deeper U-Net(DU-Net)。采用区域重叠分割法将数据集分割成若干小块图片,然后利用预先训练好的DU-Net网络模型对分割的小图片块进行初次分割,并使用图片分类器清除假阳性样本,重新合成新样本。采用重复学习的方法使用新样本进行多次重复训练,将得到的结果应用全连接条件随机场(CRF)进行后续处理。最终得到胃癌分割图片并验证结果。结果经过3次重复学习后,DU-Net网络模型的平均精度为91.5%,平均交叉联合度量(IoU)为88.4%;相比于未经重复学习的基础DU-Net模型,其平均精度提升了5.6%,平均IoU提升了2.9%。结论基于深度学习的胃癌病理切片分割算法实现了精准的分割,提高了模型的泛化能力和鲁棒性,可用于辅助胃癌病理诊断。 展开更多

随着对地观测系统以及空间信息网络的快速发展,中国已经建成星地一体化的对地观测系统。高分辨率遥感影像数据从GB级转向TB级,轻小型智能遥感卫星有限的带宽容量和存储空间都严重限制了遥感信息的智能实时服务,由此提出了一种面向任务... 随着对地观测系统以及空间信息网络的快速发展,中国已经建成星地一体化的对地观测系统。高分辨率遥感影像数据从GB级转向TB级,轻小型智能遥感卫星有限的带宽容量和存储空间都严重限制了遥感信息的智能实时服务,由此提出了一种面向任务的智能压缩方法。首先,基于遥感影像的数据特点以及轻小型智能遥感卫星星地数传的瓶颈,分析了传统在轨压缩算法的局限性,论述了面向任务的高分辨率光学卫星遥感影像智能压缩处理的重要性;其次,提出了基于珞珈三号01星平台面向任务的智能压缩方法,通过星上高质量成像和高精度几何定位获取观测区域;然后,根据不同的任务需求,利用信息提取模型获取感兴趣目标/区域;最后,利用压缩模型对该区域进行自适应码率分配来实现高倍率压缩任务,并生成码流文件回传到地面。针对不同的任务需求,合理分配码率,可通过该方法有效实现遥感影像的高倍率智能压缩。 展开更多

The paper studies an often-observed phenomenon of diversification of manufacturing firms into real estate development in East Asian economies. Utilizing a sudden change in China's accounting standards that requires firms to disclose information about their real estate holdings for investment purpose (or investment property), we examine both the impact of such diversification on firms' investment in their original business and the stock market response to such diversification. Our results confirm there exists underinvestment in original business (or hollowing out of the real economy) for firms diversifying into real estate, and that there is a lack of investor response to such diversification, in both short-rim and long-run. Our study calls for further research on the role of real estate development in the long-run competitiveness of developing economies. 展开更多

Two-dimensional self-assemblies of four partially fluorinated molecules, 1,4-bis(2,6-difluoropyridin-4-yl)benzene, 4,4'-bis(2,6-difluoropyridin-4-yl)-1,1'-biphenyl, 4,4'-bis(2,6-difluoropyridin-4-yl)-1,1':4',1'-terphenyl and 4,4'-bis(2,6-difluoropyridin-3-yl)-1,1'-biphenyl, involving weak intermolecular C-H···F and C-H···N hydrogen bonds were systematically investigated on Au(111) with low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy. The inter-molecular connecting modes and binding sites were closely related to the backbones of the building blocks, i.e., the molecule length determines its binding sites with neighboring molecules in the assemblies while the attaching positions of the N and F atoms dictate its approaching and docking angles. The experimental results demonstrate that multiple weak hydrogen bonds such as C-H···F and C-H···N can be efficiently applied to tune the molecular orientations and the self-assembly structures accordingly. 展开更多
