Objective:To analyze the mental health status of Hainan Provincial medical staff who aided Hubei Province to combat COVID-19.Methods:The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Reporting Questionnaire-20(SRQ-20)and PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version(PCL-C)were used to evaluate the mental health status of 243 medical staff who aided Hubei Province to combat COVID-19.Results:A total of 221 persons have completed the psychological assessment.The survey showed that 9.05%of the medical staff had different degrees of anxiety,16.29%had different degrees of depression,13.12%were abnormal in Self-Reporting Questionnaire-20,and 9.05%were abnormal in PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version.There were difference in scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale across different genders,age groups,profession and educational levels,But Regression analysis rejects the correlation.Conclusions:The mental health status of Hainan Provincial medical staff who aided Hubei Province to fight against COVID-19 was abnormal,regardless of gender,age,profession or education background.Preventative measures at an early stage are warranted to alleviate the psychological problems. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effect of Melanocortin four receptor,MC4R rs489693 polymorphism on glucose and Lipid metabolism in schizophrenia patients treated with Olanzapine for 12 weeks.Methods:171 patients with schizophrenia were divided into AA Group(N=12),AC group(N=59)and CC Group(N=100)according to the polymorphism of MC4R gene at 489693 locus detected by DNA sequencing.Blood Glucose and lipid levels were measured before and 12 weeks after treatment,the differences of variables among the 3 groups were compared,and the incidence of glucose and lipid abnormalities after treatment was statistically analyzed.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the net increase of blood glucose in AA group was greater than that in CC group(P<0.05),and the net increase of cholesterol and triglyceride in AA group was greater than that in AC group and CC group(all P<0.05),and the incidence of Blood Glucose and at least one dyslipidemia in AA Group was higher than that in AC and CC group(all P<0.01).Conclusion:The rs489693 gene polymorphism of MC4R gene is related to the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in schizophrenia treated with olanzapine. 展开更多

CYP correlation study of refractory schizophrenia drug gene detection

Objective:To study the refractory factors associated with schizophrenia.Methods: 200 patients with refractory schizophrenia and 200 patients with non-refractory schizophrenia were selected. The CYP series of genes CYP1A2, CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 were detected by drug gene, and the rapid metabolic probabilities of the three genes were compared and analyzed. 200 patients with refractory schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups: the combined drug treatment group and the single drug treatment group. The results were compared between the treatment of 0W and 4W for drug gene detection, 3 genes fast metabolizing type and BPRS scale. analysis.Results: The rapid metabolizing probability and non-refractory difference of CYP1A2, CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 genes in patients with refractory schizophrenia were significant. The comparison of fast metabotropic probabilities of CYP1A2, CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 genes in patients treated with 4W after treatment There was no significant difference in the single drug treatment group. The BPRS scale score was significantly higher in the drug-treated group than in the single-drug group. After logistic regression analysis, the refractory characteristics of schizophrenia and The CYP series of genes CYP1A2, CYP3A4, and CYP2D6 are rapidly metabolized.Conclusion: CYP series of genes CYP1A2, CYP3A4, CYP2D6 fast metabolites are related factors of refractory schizophrenia, antipsychotic drugs combined with CYP enzyme inhibitor treatment can improve the efficacy. 展开更多
