文摘Objective:Bayesian network meta-analysis was used to evaluate the effect of different nursing interventions on the incidence of peritonitis in peritoneal dialysis patients at home. Methods:Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,China Biology Medicine disc,CNKI and Wanfang data were searched to identify randomized controlled trials(RCTs)investigating the effects of different nursing interventions or health education on peritonitis in home peritoneal dialysis patients from the establishment of each database to March 2022.After literature screening, the Cochrane 5.1 evaluation tool was used to assess quality,Review Manager 5.4 software was used to generate a literature quality evaluation chart and R4.1.2 software,JAGS package, and GEMTC package were used for statistical analysis. Results:A total of 9 RCTs involving 8 different nursing interventions and a total of 1011 patients were included in the meta-analysis.The incidence of peritonitis for the eight nursing interventions, ranked from highest to lowest, were:systematic nursing,Omaha system case management intervention, routine care+health promotion mode,PD specialist nurse-led multi-disciplinary network platform management mode,5E rehabilitation nursing mode, routine care+Omaha extended nursing service,one-on-one coordinated family support intervention, and routine care. Conclusions:Systematic nursing was found to be the most effective intervention in reducing the incidence of peritonitis in peritoneal dialysis patients at home. However, this conclusion needs to be further verified by more high-quality,multicenter and large sample RCTs.
文摘Objective:Skill competence is essential for nursing students and experiential teaching method has become increasingly popular in China’s nursing education. To systematically evaluate the effects of experiential teaching method on the development of nursing students’skill competence, and to provide evidence for nursing education. Methods:The China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP,Wanfang Data,PubMed,and Web of Science databases were searched from their inception until November 28,2019.We screened the studies according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted the data, and assessed the quality. Then,a meta-analysis was conducted. Results:Totally 15 studies were included, and 1,633 nursing students were analyzed by Review Manager5.3 and Stata15.1 software. The results show that the experiential teaching method can significantly improve nursing students’nursing skills such as training(SMD=1.05,95%CI:0.95–1.16,P=0.000),learning interest(ES=0.93,95%CI:0.79–1.06),ability to analyze and solve problems(ES=0.75,95%CI:0.55–0.94),ability to judge and innovative thinking(ES=1.01,95%CI:0.77–1.25),abilities of understanding and perception(ES=0.59,95%CI:0.34–0.83),and teaching satisfaction(ES=1.26,95%CI:1.13–1.4).Conclusions:The results suggest that the experiential teaching method is more effective for the nursing students’skill competence than traditional teaching in China. However, due to the heterogeneity and bias risk,a large sample and high-quality studies are needed in future to confirm its effectiveness.
文摘Background:Recently,WeChat application has been widely applied in the field of nursing education in China.Among them,WeChat as a platform combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method is a commonly used method in nursing teaching, however,no unanimous consensus on the effectiveness of the application of nursing teaching.Purpose:The purpose of this meta-analysis is to systematically evaluate the effectiveness of WeChat as a platform combined with PBL teaching method in nursing teaching for Chinese nursing students from four aspects:nursing students'performance, ability, learning interest and teaching satisfaction. Methods:The following English and Chinese databases were searched for relevant articles:PubMed,Embase,Cochrane library,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Database,VIP Database and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM).The search timeframe was set fromthe establishment of these databaseto August 2021.Two reviewers separately screened records, abstracted data, and assessed risk of bias in trials included.Review Manager Software 5.3 was used to analyze data. Results:A total of 11 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included. The results of this meta-analysis showed that WeChat combined with PBL teaching method can significantly improve theory examination(SMD=2.50,95%CI:1.69 to 3.30,P<0.001),operation skill(SMD=2.32,95%CI:1.47 to 3.18,P<0.001),comprehensive ability(SMD=3.18,95%CI:1.59 to 4.76,P<0.001),and learning interest(SMD=3.08,95%CI:1.44 to 4.72,P<0.001)in Chinese nursing students, and increase nursing students on teachers'teaching satisfaction(SMD=2.64,95%CI:0.39 to 4.89,P<0.001).Conclusion:WeChat combined with PBL teaching method can significantly enhance Chinese nursing students'knowledge mastery and application, improve their comprehensive ability and learning interest, and improve classroom teaching effect.College nursing educators should consider adopting WeChat combined with PBL teaching method in nursing education to fully demonstrate its application value.
文摘Objective:To systematically evaluate the effects of MBSR on psychological health intervention in nurses. Methods:The randomized controlled trial(RCT)and self-controlled trial(SC)investigating the application of mindfulness-based stress reduction in nursing staff were retrieved from CNKI,WanFang,VIP,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,EMBASE databases. The retrieval time was set from the establishment of the database to April 2020.The Review Manager 5.3 software were used for meta-analysis.Result:9 RCTs and 5 self-control trails were included with 1421,712 subjects in the experimental group and 709 subjects in the control group. The results of the meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy can effectively reduce the psychological symptoms of clinical nurses[SMD=-0.96,95%CI(-1.51,-0.38),P=0.001],reduces nurses'anxiety levels[SMD=-1.28,95%CI(-2.18,-0.38),P=0.005],relieve the nurse's depression[SMD=-1.08,95%CI(-2.15,-0.02),P=0.005],improve the mental resilience of nurse[SMD=7.05,95%CI(3.93,10.17),P=0.03],showing a statistical meaning. Conclusion:The mental health of nurses is often neglected by themselves and there is insufficient awareness that MBSR can improve mental health. There has been a debate about whether MBSR actually improves the mental health of nurses,so it is necessary to further explore this issue and seek better methods and opportunities for practice.
