All patients were graded by TI-RADS grading and confirmed by pathology after operation. The expression of OPN was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. The expression of OPN mRNA was detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The correlation between OPN expression and acoustic pulse radiation imaging was analyzed.Results:(1) 60 patients (93.33%) with primary TC and 4 (6.67%) patients with secondary TC were found in 60 patients with TC. Thirty-seven patients (61.67% according to the pathological features, 32 cases (53.33%) had papillary TC, diffuse sclerosis 19 cases of diffuse sclerosis PTC (31.67%), follicular carcinoma in 9 cases (15.00%). (2) The expression of OPN mRNA in 37 cases of calcified TC was significantly higher than that in non-calcified TC, and the increase of OPN expression was in direct proportion to the distribution of gritty calcification.Conclusions: The distribution of calcified microsomes in TC was positively correlated with the expression of OPN, suggesting that enhanced OPN expression may be related to the formation of psammoma bodies, the increased hardness of nodules and the increased malignancy. Acoustic pulse radiation imaging technology for early diagnosis of TC and prognosis of TC was of great significance.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the value of(VTIQ)shear wave elastography in the diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods:20 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and 40 healthy volunteers were enrolled in and devided ...Objective:To investigate the value of(VTIQ)shear wave elastography in the diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods:20 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and 40 healthy volunteers were enrolled in and devided into the pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)group and the control group.20 cases in the normal non-fertile(NNF)group and the normal fertile(NF)group respectively were including in the control group.The Young's modulus of puborectalis(PR)in three groups was measured by virtual touch tissue imaging quantification(VTIQ)at different states.The Young's modulus of PR and their differences in the three groups and between groups were compared and calculated.Receiver-operating characteristic curve(ROC)analyses were performed to assess the diagnostic value of VTIQ,and the area under the curve(AUC)was compared.Results:Young's modulus of PR at resting-state,maximun rectal state and Vasalva state in NNF group and NF group were statistical significance(all P<0.05).Young's modulus of maximun rectal state was higher than that of resting-state and Vasalva state in PFD group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Young's modulus between the resting-state and Vasalva state in the PFD group(P>0.05).Difference of PR Young's modulus between resting status and maximun rectal state and that between resting status and Vasalva state were of statistical significance among the three groups(all P<0.05).ROC curves analyses indicated that the AUC,cut-off value,sensitivity,specificity and Youden index of the difference between the Young's modulus of resting status and maximun rectal state measured by VTIQ in control group and PFD group were 0.788,35.45kPa,91.67%,57.14%,0.488,espectively.The AUC,cut-off value,sensitivity,specificity and Youden index of the difference between the Young's modulus of resting status and Vasalva state measured by VTIQ in control group and PFD group were 0.799,14.00kPa,63.89%,85.71%,0.496,respectively.There was no significant difference in AUC between the two groups(Z=0.130,P>0.05).Conclusion:VTIQ technology is an effective method to quantitatively assess the biomechanical properties of PR.The effect of labor on the puborectalis muscle was not significant.The increase of Young's modulus of passive stretching in vasalva state was not significant in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.The difference between resting status and maximun rectal state and difference between resting status and Vasalva state is more advantageous to the diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction disorder.展开更多

Objective: The ultrasonic findings of papillary thyroid carcinoma were analyzed by acoustic power pulse imaging, and the relationship between the expression of osteopontin and the expression of osteopontin was analyze...Objective: The ultrasonic findings of papillary thyroid carcinoma were analyzed by acoustic power pulse imaging, and the relationship between the expression of osteopontin and the expression of osteopontin was analyzed. Methods: Using color Doppler ultrasound in patients with lesions, morphology, internal echo, calcification and blood flow of the situation, and then switch to ARFI VTI mode and VTQ mode, VTI were measured with two-dimensional area and area ratio of VTQ mode SWV;osteopontin expression was detected in two groups of patients with thyroid tissues. Analysis of difference between the two the group index by using SPSS18.0 software, Pearson linear correlation method is used to analyze the area ratio and SWV value of thyroid tissue expression correlated with OPN. Results: The shape of papillary thyroid carcinoma nodules showed that the boundary was irregular and the shape of the nodules was burr. The shape of benign nodules was more than 1 with low echo in the interior. The shape of benign nodules showed clear boundary and middle hyperechoic in the interior. No calcification occurred in most lesions in that observation group, the area ratio in VTI mode is obviously higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (T=7.313, P=0.000), the SWV value in the VTQ model of the observation group was also significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t=43.334, P=0.000). The expression of OPNmRNA in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group , and the difference was statistically significant (t=8.894, P=0.000). Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between OPNmRNA expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma and area ratio in VTI model and SWV course in VTQ model (r=0.235, 0.264;P<0.05). Conclusion: It is important for the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma to use the technique of acoustic power pulse imaging combined with the detection of OPNmRNA expression. It can be used as a new method for the diagnosis and prognosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.展开更多
