It is f...The influence of Ce or Ce and Mn combined additions on the morphology of a-Fe phases in recycled AloSi alloys was experimentally investigated by microstructure observation and room temperature tensile testing. It is found that Ce modifies the morphology of a-Fe phase from the large Chinese script-like into the individual and fine nodular shape. A combined addition of Ce and Mn results in the promotion of primary a-Fe formation, and their size increases considerably with the increase in Ce content. The mechanism of the above morphological changes was discussed in accordance with the nucleation and growth of a-Fe phase during solidification.展开更多
This paper reviews the research progress of “person-centered” nursing,and provides reference for the development of “person-centered” nursing in China.Currently,foreign scales have been developed to measure “pers...This paper reviews the research progress of “person-centered” nursing,and provides reference for the development of “person-centered” nursing in China.Currently,foreign scales have been developed to measure “person-centered” nursing,such as Individualized Care Scale,P-CA,Assess Health Care Providers’ Implementation of Patient-Cen,Person-centered Critical Care Nursing and Human-based Perioperative Care Scale.The “Person-centered” nursing model has been widely used in clinical nursing and nursing management.Studies have shown that “person-centered” nursing can improve patient satisfaction and promote the physical and mental health of patients.At the same time,the combination of “person-centered” nursing and teaching promotes the innovation of medical education medicine,and its combination with architecture promotes the progress of hospital construction.Future research should focus on the overall layout of hospitals and wards,use more holistic means of psychosomatic medicine to set up more comprehensive humanistic concepts such as accompanying family members area,improve the breadth and depth of humanistic nursing field,and promote the development of humanistic nursing in China.展开更多
In this study,the low frequency electromagnetic casting(LFEC) technology was adopted to fabricate 2195 Al-Li alloy.The microstructure and solid solubility of as-cast 2195 alloys,as well as the second phase precipitati...In this study,the low frequency electromagnetic casting(LFEC) technology was adopted to fabricate 2195 Al-Li alloy.The microstructure and solid solubility of as-cast 2195 alloys,as well as the second phase precipitation and tensile properties after aging,were investiagated and compared with the counterpart direct chill casting 2195 alloy.Our results indicate that LFEC can significantly improve the microstructure and metallurgical quality of as-cast alloy,and increase the number density of θ’(Al2Cu) and T1(Al2CuLi) phases during aging treatment due to the enhanced solubilities of alloying elements.The tensile properties of 2195 aged alloy cast by LFEC were hence improved evidently.展开更多
Weight reduction plays an important role in reducing fuel and emissions,and the heat-treatable 6016 aluminum alloy exhibits excellent application prospect in automobile lightweight.In this paper,ingot with constant Mg...Weight reduction plays an important role in reducing fuel and emissions,and the heat-treatable 6016 aluminum alloy exhibits excellent application prospect in automobile lightweight.In this paper,ingot with constant Mg/Si ratio and decreased Mg and Si contents was obtained.Both the microstructure and the texture of 6016 aluminum alloy plate designed with different alloy compositions at the top/bottom were systematically investigated by electron backscatter diffraction technology(EBSD)measurement,as well as the room-temperature mechanical properties at the different positions with composition gradient.The results indicate that as Mg and Si contents increase,the grain size decreases,improving the cube texture with recrystallization and weakening the S texture.The strength of 6016 aluminum alloy decreases with lower Mg and Si contents.展开更多
