Millions of people may perform tra...As it has been stepping into the e-time period, software, which is considered as the key factor of the network and computer development, has become an integral part of everyday life. Millions of people may perform transaction through internet, mobile phone, ATM, and send e-mails, handle word processing or spreadsheets for different purposes. In another word, the network and information have been related to our daily life completely. Then, by IT advancing, the awareness of software security becomes a hot and serious topic. This paper will give some comments in various aspects, such as, in the beginning of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), how do designers analyze the functional and non-functional requirements and choose the proper development model? And then the testing professors take which kinds of methods to test the software with white-box testing or black-box testing to discover the vulnerabilities and flaws. At the same time, the paper gives some examples to demonstrate why the security of software is pretty important and what we should do to secure that. In addition, the paper will talk something about the enterprises’ actions to build a more secure network environment.展开更多

The basic configuration of the new topology and their fundamental principle are firstly introduced, the method of design double-loop controller and sliding mode controller are clarified, analyzed and compared in the following. Finally the validity and feasibility of the new topology are tested by simulation. The results indicate that regulation of the voltage transfer ratio and output frequency can be realized optionally by the new converter, furthermore the harmonic distortion of waveform is low. So the inherent drawback of low voltage transfer ratio of traditional converter is effectively settled. This study may provide inspiration for further engineering application.展开更多

The zero-sequence current flows through the fourth leg of the three-phase four-leg inverter so the three-phase four-leg inverter can work with unbalanced load. This paper presents a Z-source three-phase four-leg inverter which combines a Z-source network with three-phase four-leg inverter. The circuit uses simple SPWM modulation technique and the fourth bridge arm uses fully compensated control method. The inverter can maintain a symmetrical output voltage when the proposed scheme under the unbalanced load.展开更多
Herein,the nanoscaled ATP-responsive upconversion metal-organic frameworks(UCMOFs)are aqueousphase synthesized for co-delivery of therapeutic protein cytochrome c(Cyt c)and chemodrugs doxorubicin(DOX),achieving target...Herein,the nanoscaled ATP-responsive upconversion metal-organic frameworks(UCMOFs)are aqueousphase synthesized for co-delivery of therapeutic protein cytochrome c(Cyt c)and chemodrugs doxorubicin(DOX),achieving targeted combinational therapy of human cervical cancer.The UCMOFs are rationally fabricated by growing ZIF-90 on mesoporous silica-coated upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs),in which the ZIF-90 layer attenuates the upconversion luminescence(UCL)and the rigid frameworks increase the stability of encapsulated proteins.Once the UCMOF@DOX/Cyt c are internalized into HeLa cells via specific recognition of sgc8 aptamers,the intracellular ATP triggers the dissolution of ZIF-90 into Zn^(2+),which facilitates not only the release of Cyt c and DOX but also the restoration of UCL for real-time monitoring of drug release.It has been demonstrated that the therapeutic efficacy is greatly improved by the combination of caspase-mediated apoptosis activated by Cyt c(protein therapeutics),DNA fragmentation induced by DOX(chemotherapy),and Zn;-promoted generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)(oxidative stress).Overall,our proposed multifunctional UCMOFs provide an effective platform for targeted combinational cancer therapy and in situ imaging,which hold great promise in biomedical and clinical applications.展开更多
The pressure difference in buildings under natural state is usually below 10 Pa,and the air change rate at 50 Pa(ACHso)is often used to evaluate building airtightness.There is a dearth of research on air infiltration ...The pressure difference in buildings under natural state is usually below 10 Pa,and the air change rate at 50 Pa(ACHso)is often used to evaluate building airtightness.There is a dearth of research on air infiltration predictive model at different pressures in China.Moreover,the airflow coefficient(C),a key parameter for air infiltration,is necessary to determine ACHso.Based on prior experimental data,several methods including ordinary least squares(OLS),stepwise regression,partial least squares(PLS)and nonlinear fitting with independent variable screening methods,were employed to establish an airflow coefficient model.The determination coefficient(ft2)and the variation coefficient of the root-mean-square error(CV(RMSE))of these models were compared.The simulation results show that ft2 of the airflow coefficient models for apartments and villas increased by a maximum of 25.9%and 2.3%,respectively,using PLS method.The improvement with nonlinear fitting was weaker.Based on K-P model,a conversion model between ACHso and ACH4 was developed as an air infiltration predictive model under natural state.Blower door and tracer gas tests were conducted to verify the conversion model.The expected error was approximately 10%,which may be caused by measurement errors and shielding from surrounding obstructions.Further studies need to focus on obtaining more experimental data for building airtightness and developing a conversion model for high-rise residential buildings.展开更多
