Eye-feature diagnosis is a time-homored met hod for studying many diseases in tradit ional Chinese medicine.There is a dlose relationship between eye feature and viscera,and eye feature is a reflect ion of viscer al health status.Commercially used ophthalmology diagnosis instr uments have disadvantages and cannot satisfy the requirements of eye feature diagnosis.In this paper,we proposed a novel askiatic imaging method that removes the interference of an ilumination source's reflection shadow and is free from image splicing.We developed a novel imaging system to implement this method,and some eye feature characteristics to analyze visceral diseases were obtained. 展开更多

High-performance thermal protection materials(TPMs)for spacecraft are becoming current research hotspots.Lightweight polymer-based ablators are considered to be the most promising candidates for TPMs due to their excellent designability and versatility.In this study,a unique nano-TiO_(2) coated needled carbon fiber felt/phenolic resin aerogel composite(TiCF/PR)is reported.Wherein the anatase nano-TiO_(2) was in-situ coated on the surface of carbon fibers uniformly through the sol-gel and calcination method,then,the phenolic resin aerogel was in-situ synthesized in the nano-TiO_(2) coated needled carbon fiber felt(TiCF)preform through vacuum impregnation and solvothermal method.The as-prepared aerogel com-posite possesses a low density(0.30–0.32 g/cm^(3)),low thermal conductivity(0.034 and 0.312 W/(m K)in the z and xy directions),and excellent thermal stability with 13.86%residual weight at 1300℃ in air.It is worthwhile to note that the TiCF/PR composite exhibits excellent antioxidant ablation and infrared(IR)radiation shielding properties in a high-temperature heating environment.With an oxygen-acetylene blaze heating of 1.5 MW/m^(2) for 150 s,the linear ablation rates decreased by 13.4%,and the backside temperature reduced from 322.3 to 179.1℃ compared to that of the sample without nano-TiO_(2) coating.The experimental and theoretical analysis showed that the present TiCF/PR nanocomposite has competitive and potential application prospects in the field of future TPMs. 展开更多

The zebrafish relies heavily on these primary defense mechanisms against pathogens. Disposable hygiene products have evolved into the important parts for millions of people around the world,enhancing the convenience of daily lives.However,development of the disposable hygiene products is restricted by unsustainable production technology,complicated operation process,and poor liquid absorption performance of the absorbent core.Herein,integrated and three-dimensional(3D)multifunctional superabsorbent nonwovens with liquid-triggered fragrance release was prepared via green,fast and scalable multi efect hot-air anchoring method which physically crosslinking the joint thermobonding fbers and anchoring fragrance microcapsules/super absorbent polymer(SAP)onto adjacent thermo-bonding fbers simultaneously.The resulting composite nonwovens could three-dimensionally absorb water 33.14 times of its own weight without gel blockage between SAP,and correspondingly release increased intensity fragrance along with enhancing amount of water absorption.Absorption rate t1 and t2 is 83.62%and 50.62%higher than the commercial specimen respectively,and the air permeability is increased by 226.88%compared with the commercial specimen.The superabsorbent nonwovens with controllable fragrance release and odorant synergistic has the potential to be practically applied to functional textiles felds because of the excellent liquid absorption and controlled fragrance release performance,and is easy to be produced on a sustainable,pollution-free and large-scale industrial production. 展开更多

Researches on indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase-1(IDO1),a neoplastic pathogenesis-related protein,have provided a new angle of view to regulate malignancy-related immunosuppression.However,the therapeutic efficacy of IDO1 inhibitors is subject to key limitations as both cancer and dendritic cells tend to be trapped in the IDO1-mediated immune dysfunction,which poses challenges to the inhibitory potency of drug regimens in multiple targets.Here,we report on the fabrication technique of a biomimetic nanocarrier that is endowed with the whole array of cancer cell membrane proteins for encapsulating the most used IDO1 probe indoximod(IND).By fully utilizing the homologous adhesion proteins and antigenic motifs on cytomembrane,these nanoparticulate particles are capable of infiltrating tumors and actively accumulating in cancer and dendritic cells,as well as hitching a ride on dendritic cells to tumor-draining lymph nodes.Ultimately,by increasing the distribution of drugs in both tumor cells and dendritic cells in tumor-draining lymph nodes,these formulations greatly enhance the efficacy of IND without the aid of chemotherapeutic drugs,achieving substantial control of tumor growth.Overall,this leverage of bionanotechnology maximizes the therapeutic potential of IND and can provide a theoretical reference for the clinical application of IDO1 inhibitors. 展开更多
