As an important river in the western part of Jilin Province,the lower reach of the Nenjiang River is an important wetland water source conservation area in Jilin Province.Within the watershed,it governs the Momoge Wetland,the Xianghai Wetland,and the Danjiang Wetland in Jilin Province.The main problem in the lower reaches of the Nenjiang River is the uneven distribution of water resources in time and space,and the intensification of land salinization.Zhenlai County and Da an City in the Nenjiang River Basin have sufficient surface water resources,with surface water as the drinking water source.Baicheng City and Tongyu County have scarce surface water resources,and both use groundwater as their domestic water source.The main polluted section in the basin is the Xianghai Reservoir,and the annual water quality evaluation is Class V.However,the water quality of the Tao er River,the main stream of the Nenjiang River,is significantly better than that of the Xianghai Reservoir.In order to better study the water environmental pollution situation in the Nenjiang River basin,monitoring data from five sections of non seasonal rivers in the basin from 2012 to 2021 were selected for studying water quality.This in-depth exploration of the water pollution status and river water quality change trends in the Nenjiang River basin is of great significance for future rural development,agricultural pattern transformation,and the promotion of water ecological civilization construction. 展开更多

Combining high-speed schlieren technology and infrared imaging technology,related research has been carried out on the influence of parameters such as actuation voltage,repetition frequency,and electrode size of an actuator on the discharge characteristics,induced flow field characteristics,and thermal characteristics of nanosecond pulsed dielectric barrier discharge.The results show that increasing the value of the actuation voltage can significantly increase the actuation intensity,and the plasma discharge area is significantly extended.Increasing the repetition frequency can increase the number of discharges per unit time.Both will cause more energy input and induce more changes in the flow field.The effect of temperature rise is more significant.The width of the covered electrode will affect the potential distribution during the discharge process,which in turn will affect the extension process of the plasma discharge filament.Under the same actuation intensity,the wider the covered electrode,the larger range the induced flow field and temperature rise is.Preliminary experimental analyses of high-frequency actuation characteristics,temperature field characteristics,flow field characteristics and actuation parameter settings provide support for the parameter selection and partial mechanism analysis of plasma anti-icing. 展开更多

In order to comprehensively understand the water quality in Yinma River Basin,and to analyze the spatial-temporal variation characteristics of water quality over the years and the causes of water pollution,15 sections were selected in the Yinma River Basin.Based on the water quality monitoring data in the past decade,7 evaluation indexes including dissolved oxygen(DO),5-day biochemical oxygen demand(BOD_(5)),permanganate index(COD_(MN)),chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)-N),total phosphorus(TP)and total nitrogen(TN)were determined,according to the Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water(GB3838-2002)and the historical monitoring data of rivers.The water quality of 15 sections in Yinma River Basin was comprehensively evaluated,and the water quality categories and the evolution of river water quality were analyzed.The pollution sources of Yinma River Basin were analyzed,and the constructive countermeasures were put forward according to the conclusions. 展开更多

The incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is signifi-cantly lower in women than men,implying that estrogen receptors(ERs)may play an important role in this sex di-morphism.Recently,considerable progress has been made in expanding our understanding of the mechanisms of ERs in HCC.As one of the most important ERs,ERαfunctions as a tumor suppressor in the progression of HCC through various pathways,such as STAT3 signaling pathways,lipid metabolism-related signaling pathways,and non-coding RNAs.However,the function of ERαwas reduced with the changes of some molecules in the liver,which may develop further into HCC and make it difficult to achieve an effective hormone treatment effect.Intriguingly,there are signs that individualized hormone therapy according to the activity of ERαwill overcome this challenge.Based on these observa-tions,it is particularly imperative to reassess and extend the function of ERα.In this review,we mainly elucidated molecular mechanisms associated with ERαin HCC and investigated the individualized hormone therapy based on these mechanisms,with the aim of providing new insights for HCC treatment. 展开更多
