目的观察电针手厥阴心包经穴对大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型大鼠突触可塑性的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法将150只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、心包经组和肺经组,每组再分成3、7、14、21、28 d 5个时点,每个时点6只。采用颈外...目的观察电针手厥阴心包经穴对大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型大鼠突触可塑性的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法将150只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、心包经组和肺经组,每组再分成3、7、14、21、28 d 5个时点,每个时点6只。采用颈外动脉插入线栓法制备MCAO大鼠模型。心包经组取穴“天泉”“曲泽”“内关”“大陵”,肺经组取穴“天府”“尺泽”“列缺”“太渊”,于造模后第2日开始干预,每次30 min,连续电针6 d,间隔1 d,继续电针,共28 d。采用免疫组化、Western blot检测大鼠脑组织突触素(SYP)、突触后致密蛋白-95(PSD-95)表达。结果免疫组化结果显示,与正常组、假手术组比较,模型组大鼠脑组织7、14 d SYP表达明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),各时点PSD-95表达均明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,心包经组、肺经组大鼠脑组织各时点SYP表达均明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),除3 d外,心包经组、肺经组大鼠脑组织PSD-95表达均明显升高(P<0.01);与同一时点肺经组比较,除3 d外,心包经组大鼠脑组织SYP和PSD-95表达均明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。Western blot结果显示,与正常组、假手术组比较,模型组大鼠脑组织各时点SYP和PSD-95蛋白表达均明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,心包经组大鼠脑组织各时点SYP和PSD-95蛋白表达均明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);与同一时点肺经组比较,心包经组大鼠脑组织3、7、21 d SYP和PSD-95蛋白表达均明显升高(P<0.01)。结论电针心包经穴能提高MCAO模型大鼠突触可塑性相关蛋白SYP和PSD-95表达,在一定程度上参与脑缺血后突触可塑性的调节。展开更多
In order to better blend green plum wine and study aromatic components of green plum wine,a qualitative analysis on aromatic components of soaked base liquor,green plum soaked wine,green plum juice,and fermented wine ...In order to better blend green plum wine and study aromatic components of green plum wine,a qualitative analysis on aromatic components of soaked base liquor,green plum soaked wine,green plum juice,and fermented wine of green plum juice by Head Space Solid-phase Microextraction( HS-SPME) and Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer( GC-MS) was studied in this paper. Experiment results indicated that14,32,17,and 46 kinds of aromatic components were identified respectively from four samples. Different aromatic components determined the special flavor and taste of green plum wine. Unique aromatic components generated in soaking process include benzaldehyde,1-butanol,2-methyl-,S-(-),benzoic acid ethyl ester,and 5-( hydroxymethyl). Special aromatic components in green plum juice were furfural,phenylethyl alcohol,and benzyl alcohol. The aromatic components in fermented wine of green plum juice mainly included phenylethyl alcohol( 6. 941%,relative content of peak area,same below),1-butanol,3-methyl-( 6. 940%),octanoic acid,ethyl ester( 3. 734%),decanoic acid,ethyl ester( 2. 590%),hexanoic acid,ethyl ester( 2. 479%),ethyl 9-decenoate( 2. 080%),and 5-hydroxymethyl( 1. 756%).
