Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder characterized by impaired perception, delusions, thought disorder, abnormal emotion regulation, altered motor function, and impaired drive. The default mode network (DMN), since it was first proposed in 2001, has become a central research theme in neuropsychiatric disorders, including schizophrenia. In this review, first we define the DMN and describe its functional activity, functional and anatomical connectivity, heritability, and inverse correlation with the task positive network. Second, we review empirical studies of the anatomical and functional DMN, and anti-correlation between DMN and the task positive network in schizophrenia. Finally, we review preliminary evidence about the relationship between antipsychotic medications and regulation of the DMN, review the role of DMN as a treatment biomarker for this disease, and consider the DMN effects of individualized therapies for schizophrenia. 展开更多

By considering the static voltage characteristic of the load, we propose a WAMS/SCADA mixed nonlinear method to estimate the voltage of unobservable buses caused by topology change or phasor measurement unit (PMU) malfunction in a power system. By modeling the load characteristic with data from SCADA, we employed the Gauss-Seidel method to solve the nonlinear equations and estimate the voltage of unobservable buses with the high precision voltages of neighboring buses measured by a PMU. Simulations were carried out on the IEEE 39-bus system, and the results show that this novel method can dynamically and accurately trace the variation of the voltage phasor of the unobservable buses. 展开更多

新型存储技术——如相变存储器(phase change memory, PCM——的兴起,为I/O密集型应用的高性能存储提供了新机遇。然而传统软件栈和硬件架构需要重构优化以提升I/O访问效率。此外,存储内计算技术已经成为当前研究热点,能有效减少I/O请... 新型存储技术——如相变存储器(phase change memory, PCM——的兴起,为I/O密集型应用的高性能存储提供了新机遇。然而传统软件栈和硬件架构需要重构优化以提升I/O访问效率。此外,存储内计算技术已经成为当前研究热点,能有效减少I/O请求数量。提出一种基于相变存储器的新型存储系统,包括支持存储内计算的文件系统(in-storage processing enabled file system, ISPFS)和可配置并行计算的存储内计算引擎。一方面,ISPFS充分利用新型非易失存储器(non-volatile memory, NVM)的特性,减少软件冗余和数据拷贝,提供低延迟、高性能的随机访问。另一方面,ISPFS通过命令文件将ISP指令发送给存储内计算引擎来处理I/O密集型任务。实验证明,ISPFS的吞吐量是EXT4文件系统的2–10倍。对于I/O密集型应用,该存储内计算方案比传统软件方案减少97%的I/O请求,效率提升19倍。 展开更多
