Between July 2014 and July 2016, 107 patients with PDAC were enrolled for CTC evaluation. CTC enumeration and classification were correlated with patient clinicopathological features and outcomes.RESULTS CTCs were detected in 78.5% of PDAC patients. The number of total CTCs ranged from 0 to 26 across all 107 patients, with a median value of six. CTC status correlated with lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, distant metastasis, blood lymphocyte counts, and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that patients with ≥ 6 total CTCs had significantly decreased overall survival and progression-free survival compared with patients with < 6 total CTCs. The presence of M-CTCs was positively correlated with TNM stage(P < 0.01) and distant metastasis(P < 0.01). Additionally, lymphocyte counts and NLR in patients without CTCs were significantly different from those in patients testing positive for each CTC subpopulation(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION Classifying CTCs by EMT markers helps to identify the more aggressive CTC subpopulations and provides useful evidence for determining a suitable clinical approach.展开更多

Its surface population, diameter, and growth direction, etc., are critical for device performance. In this research,we carried out a detailed study on electron transfer process at the interface of nanowire CH_(3) NH_(3) PbI_(3)(N-MAPbI_(3))/Phenyl C61 butyric acid methyl-ester synonym(PCBM), as well as the interface of compact CH_(3) NH_(3) PbI_(3)(C-MAPbI_(3))/PCBM by transient absorption spectroscopy. By comparing the carrier recombination dynamics of N-MAPbI_(3), N-MAPbI_(3)/PCBM,C-MAPbI_(3), and C-MAPbI_(3)/PCBM from picosecond(ps) to hundred nanosecond(ns) time scale, it is demonstrated that electron transfer at N-MAPbI_(3)/PCBM interface is less efficient than that at C-MAPbI_(3)/PCBM interface. In addition, electron transfer efficiency at C-MAPbI_(3)/PCBM interface was found to be excitation density-dependent, and it reduces with photo-generation carrier concentration increasing in a range from 1.0 × 1018 cm^(-3)–4.0 × 1018 cm^(-3). Hot electron transfer, which leads to acceleration of electron transfer between the interfaces, was also visualized as carrier concentration increases from 1.0 × 10^(18) cm^(-3)–2.2 × 10^(18) cm^(-3).展开更多

In this study, NiCr and NiSi films were prepared with radio frequency(RF) magnetron sputtering and the influences of vacuum annealing on the resistivity of the films were investigated. Afterward, NiCr-NiSi films were deposited on Ni-based superalloy substrates to form TFTCs. The overall dimension of the thermocouple is 64 mm in length, 8 mm in width and 30 lm in thickness. Compared with those of as-deposited sample, the thermoelectric property and stability of the TFTC are significantly improved by vacuum annealing of NiCr and NiSi films. The variation of the Seebeck coefficient of TFTC was discussed based on the size effect of NiCr and NiSi films. And a lower Seebeck coefficient of TFTC of 38.4 μV·℃^-1 is obtained.展开更多

The effects of Cu(tmhd)2 concentra- tion in the precursor on the properties of YBCO films were systematically investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) reveals that the mole ratio of Cu/Ba in the precursor from 0.77 to 0.97 is helpful to improve the crystallization and out-of-plane orientation of YBCO films; however, it hardly affects the inplane texture. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) shows the dense, crack-free but rough surface, on which there are Cu-O and Ba-Cu-O outgrowths identified by energy-dispersive spectrometer (EDS). As the mole ratio of Cu/Ba increasing, the average size of Ba-Cu-O precipitates keeps increasing and the film composition becomes inhomoge- neous at the mole ratio of Cu/Ba of 0.97. The 250 nm thick YBCO film prepared at the mole ratio of Cu/Ba of 0.91 shows the critical current density (Jc) of 4.0 MA.cm-2 (77 K, 0 T).展开更多

Polyvinylbutyral(PVB) was added into the precursor solution to enhance the thickness of the single layer. The pyrolysis process was shortened to about 3 h due to the reduction of the fluorine content in the precursor solution. The effects of heating rate during the crystallization process on the microstructure and Jcvalues of YBCO films were investigated. The α-axis-oriented YBCO crystals dominate when the heating rate is lower than 20 °C·min^-1, while faster heating rate of 43 °C·min^-1 results in pure c-axis epitaxial growth. The Jcvalues of YBCO films increase linearly with heating rate increasing due to the increase of c-axis YBCO growth, and the critical current(Ic) value of 100 A·cm^-1 within a single-layer YBCO film is achieved.展开更多
