明确橡胶的流变行为对于理解其链结构和加工行为,以及二者之间的关系至关重要.本文中通过流变学测试手段对比研究了仿生天然橡胶和天然橡胶的生胶的线性黏弹行为和非线性流变行为.相比于商品化合成异戊橡胶,文中的仿生天然橡胶和天然橡... 明确橡胶的流变行为对于理解其链结构和加工行为,以及二者之间的关系至关重要.本文中通过流变学测试手段对比研究了仿生天然橡胶和天然橡胶的生胶的线性黏弹行为和非线性流变行为.相比于商品化合成异戊橡胶,文中的仿生天然橡胶和天然橡胶表现出更为相近的线性黏弹行为,主要表现为近乎相同的平台模量、末端弛豫时间、复数黏度,以及在加工窗口区域相同的剪切黏度对剪切速率的依赖性.非线性松弛行为的结果表明,天然橡胶和仿生天然橡胶的松弛模量对于时间均表现为幂律关系,对时间和应变的依赖具有可分离性,二者的衰减函数对应变的依赖性由于链结构和微观精细结构的不同而存在一定差异. 展开更多

高分子玻璃的物理性质与其结构和动力学密切相关.揭示高分子玻璃化的微观物理图像对高分子玻璃材料的结构调控和分子设计至关重要.然而,高分子的长链结构和复杂单体结构特征致使目前仍然缺乏普适的理论或者模型来定量解释高分子玻璃化... 高分子玻璃的物理性质与其结构和动力学密切相关.揭示高分子玻璃化的微观物理图像对高分子玻璃材料的结构调控和分子设计至关重要.然而,高分子的长链结构和复杂单体结构特征致使目前仍然缺乏普适的理论或者模型来定量解释高分子玻璃化的物理机制.因此,亟需发展更为先进的研究方法从而更深入地理解高分子玻璃化.近年来,国内外学者利用基于数据驱动的信息学方法(例如机器学习)对高分子玻璃化开展了研究,并取得了丰富成果.本综述首先介绍了常用的高分子信息学数据库和机器学习算法.之后,从高分子玻璃化转变温度的预测、新型高分子玻璃材料的研发、过冷液体的结构-动力学关系和玻璃体系相变的确定四个方面总结和评述了机器学习应用在玻璃化研究中的代表性进展.最后,探讨了机器学习方法在高分子玻璃化研究中面临的主要挑战,并对玻璃信息学这一领域的发展进行了展望. 展开更多

The prevalence of asymptomatic cryptococcal antigenemia(ACA)in human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infected individuals has been observed to be elevated.The prevalence of ACA ranges from 1.3%to 13%,with different rates of prevalence in various regions of the world.We reviewed studies conducted internationally,and also referred to two established expert consensus guideline documents published in China,and we have concluded that Chinese HIV-infected patients should undergo cryptococcal antigen screening when CD4+T-cell counts fall below 200 cells/μL and that the recommended treatment regimen for these patients follow current World Health Organization guidelines,although it is likely that this recommendation may change in the future.Early screening and optimized preemptive treatment for ACA is likely to help decrease the incidence of cryptococcosis,and is lifesaving.Further studies are warranted to explore issues related to the optimal management of ACA. 展开更多

It has been established that star polymers with a large number of arms display both the conventional chain relaxation and a slower interchain relaxation due to the formation of hard cores,which is called the local structural relaxation.Here,we demonstrate that this unique relaxation property of multi-arm stars leads to unusual rheological behaviors.We study the response of star polymer melts with various arm numbers to start-up shear flow via nonequilibrium molecular dynamics simulation.Our simulation results indicate that the stress-strain response of multi-arm star polymer melts differs from that of star polymers with a small number of arms in both quantitative and qualitative manners.While the multi-arm star polymer melts exhibit an overshoot peak in the stress-strain curve both at relatively small and sufficiently large shear rates,two overshoot peaks appear when the flow strength is comparable to the relaxation time of the star polymers.This double stress overshoot is absent in linear polymers and star polymers with a small number of arms and is evidently related to the presence of the local structural relaxation in star polymers with a large number of arms.We present a detailed analysis of the conformational and dynamical properties of star polymer melts under start-up shear to gain a molecular understanding of their stress response. 展开更多

We adopt Langevin dynamics to explore the stress-structure relationship of telechelic reversible associating polymer gel during startup shear flow, with shear strengths varying from Wi=12.6 to Wi=12640. At weak shear flow Wi=12.6, the shear stress proportionally increases with shear strain at short times, followed by a strain hardening behavior and then passes through a maximum(σmax, γmax) and finally decreases until it reaches the steady state. During the evolution of stress, the gel network is only slightly broken and essentially maintains its framework, and the strain hardening behavior originates from the excessive stretching of chains. On the other hand, the stress-strain curve at intermediate shear flow Wi=505.6 shows two differences from that at Wi=12.6, namely, the absence of strain hardening and a dramatic increase of stress at large strains,which is caused by the rupture of gel network at small strains and the network recovery at large strains, respectively. Finally, at very strong shear flow Wi=6319.7, the gel network is immediately broken by shear flow and the stress-strain curve exhibits similar behaviors to those of classical polymeric liquids. 展开更多
